Description
動力を入出力する少なくとも一つの電動機を備える駆動装置であって、
前記電動機に対して並列に接続されて前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な複数のキャパシタと、
前記複数のキャパシタの各々の前記電動機側への電気的な接続および接続の解除を行なう複数のキャパシタ用リレーと、
システム起動時には、前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーのうちの一部のキャパシタ用リレーのみをオンとした状態である一部オン状態で前記電動機が駆動されるよう前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーを制御し、前記一部オン状態で前記電動機を駆動しているときに所定条件が成立したときに前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーの全てがオンとされた状態で前記電動機が駆動されるよう前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーを制御するリレー制御手段と、

システム起動時には、前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーのうちの一部のキャパシタ用リレーのみをオンとした状態である一部オン状態で前記電動機が駆動されるよう前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーを制御し、前記一部オン状態で前記電動機を駆動している最中に第1の所定条件が成立した以降に前記一部のキャパシタ用リレーをオフとすると共に前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーのうちの残余のキャパシタ用リレーをオンとした状態である残余オン状態で前記電動機が駆動されるよう前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーを制御し、前記残余オン状態で前記電動機を駆動している最中に第2の所定条件が成立した以降に前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーの全てがオンとされた状態で前記電動機が駆動されるよう前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーを制御する、
ことを特徴とする。
Claims (5)
- 動力を入出力する少なくとも一つの電動機を備える駆動装置であって、
前記電動機に対して並列に接続されて前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な複数のキャパシタと、
前記複数のキャパシタの各々の前記電動機側への電気的な接続および接続の解除を行なう複数のキャパシタ用リレーと、
システム起動時には、前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーのうちの一部のキャパシタ用リレーのみをオンとした状態である一部オン状態で前記電動機が駆動されるよう前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーを制御し、前記一部オン状態で前記電動機を駆動している最中に第1の所定時間が経過した条件または前記一部のキャパシタ用リレーに対するキャパシタの温度が所定温度以上となる条件である第1の所定条件が成立した以降に前記一部のキャパシタ用リレーをオフとすると共に前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーのうちの残余のキャパシタ用リレーをオンとした状態である残余オン状態で前記電動機が駆動されるよう前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーを制御し、前記残余オン状態で前記電動機を駆動している最中に第2の所定時間が経過した条件または前記残余のキャパシタ用リレーに対するキャパシタの温度が前記所定温度以上となる条件である第2の所定条件が成立した以降に前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーの全てがオンとされた状態で前記電動機が駆動されるよう前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーを制御するリレー制御手段と、
を備える駆動装置。 - 走行用の動力を出力する内燃機関と請求項1記載の駆動装置とを搭載し、前記電動機は走行用の動力を出力可能に取り付けられてなるハイブリッド車。
- 請求項2記載のハイブリッド車であって、
前記内燃機関は、後輪に駆動用の動力を出力するよう取り付けられてなり、
前記電動機は、前輪に駆動用の動力を出力する前輪用電動機と後輪に駆動用の動力を出力する後輪用電動機とを含む複数の電動機であり、
前記複数のキャパシタは、第1キャパシタおよび第2キャパシタの2つのキャパシタであり、
前記2つのキャパシタの各々の正極に接続されると共に前記複数の電動機側の各々の正極側端子に接続される正極用接続部材と、
前記2つのキャパシタの各々の負極に接続されると共に前記複数の電動機側の各々の負極側端子に接続される負極用接続部材と、
前記複数の電動機の各々の前記正極用接続部材および前記負極用接続部材への電気的な接続および接続の解除を行なう複数の電動機用リレーと、
を備え、
前記リレー制御手段は、システム起動時には、前記第1キャパシタに対するリレーと前記複数の電動機用リレーとがオンとされた状態を前記一部オン状態として前記電動機が駆動されるよう前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーと前記複数の電動機用リレーとを制御し、前記一部オン状態で前記複数の電動機を駆動しているときに前記第1の所定条件が成立したときに前記第1キャパシタに対するリレーをオフとすると共に第2キャパシタに対するリレーと前記複数の電動機用リレーとがオンとされた状態を前記残余オン状態として前記電動機が駆動されるよう前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーと前記複数の電動機用リレーとを制御する手段である、
ハイブリッド車。 - 請求項3記載のハイブリッド車であって、
前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーは、前記2つのキャパシタの各々の正極または負極の一方の電極と前記正極用接続部材および前記負極用接続部材のうち該一方の電極に接続される接続部材との接続と接続の解除を行なうリレーであり、
前記複数の電動機用リレーは、前記正極用接続部材および前記負極用接続部材のうち前記一方の電極に接続される接続部材とは異なる他方の接続部材と前記複数の電動機側の各々の正極側端子および負極側端子のうち前記他方の接続部材に接続される端子との接続と接続の解除を行なうリレーである、
ハイブリッド車。 - 動力を入出力する少なくとも一つの電動機と、前記電動機に対して並列に接続されて前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な複数のキャパシタと、前記複数のキャパシタの各々の前記電動機側への電気的な接続および接続の解除を行なう複数のキャパシタ用リレーと、を備える駆動装置の制御方法であって、
システム起動時には、前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーのうちの一部のキャパシタ用リレーのみをオンとした状態である一部オン状態で前記電動機が駆動されるよう前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーを制御し、前記一部オン状態で前記電動機を駆動している最中に第1の所定時間が経過した条件または前記一部のキャパシタ用リレーに対するキャパシタの温度が所定温度以上となる条件である第1の所定条件が成立した以降に前記一部のキャパシタ用リレーをオフとすると共に前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーのうちの残余のキャパシタ用リレーをオンとした状態である残余オン状態で前記電動機が駆動されるよう前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーを制御し、前記残余オン状態で前記電動機を駆動している最中に第2の所定時間が経過した条件または前記残余のキャパシタ用リレーに対するキャパシタの温度が前記所定温度以上となる条件である第2の所定条件が成立した以降に前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーの全てがオンとされた状態で前記電動機が駆動されるよう前記複数のキャパシタ用リレーを制御する、
ことを特徴とする駆動装置の制御方法。
