Description
もともと、走行モードの切替しきい値は、燃費や加速性能を考慮して設計段階で適切な値に設定されているので、ドライバーの運転特性に基づいて切替しきい値が変更されると、燃費が大きく悪化する可能性もある。そこで、この変形例では、ドライバーの運転特性が顕著に現われるカーブ走行時のみ、ドライバーの運転特性の学習結果に基づいて走行モードの切替しきい値が変更される。
Claims (13)
- 動力源として内燃機関および電動機を搭載し、前記内燃機関を停止させて走行する第1の走行モードと前記内燃機関および前記電動機を動作させて走行する第2の走行モードとを車両の走行状態に応じて切換可能なハイブリッド車両であって、
運転者を設定するためのユーザ設定手段と、
前記ユーザ設定手段により設定される運転者ごとに走行時の運転特性を学習する学習手段と、
前記学習手段の学習結果に基づいて、前記ユーザ設定手段により設定される運転者に応じて前記第1および第2の走行モードの切替しきい値を変更する変更手段とを備えるハイブリッド車両。 - 当該車両の走行位置を検出可能なナビゲーション装置をさらに備え、
前記ナビゲーション装置は、減速または加速が予測される走行状況に当該車両があるか否かを判定する判定手段を含み、
前記変更手段は、当該車両が前記走行状況にあると判定されたとき、前記切替しきい値を変更する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記判定手段は、当該車両の進路のカーブ度合いに基づいて、当該車両が前記走行状況にあるか否かを判定する、請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記学習手段は、当該車両が前記走行状況にあると判定されているとき、前記運転特性を学習する、請求項2または請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記学習手段は、運転者により操作されるアクセルペダルの開度を学習し、
前記変更手段は、前記学習手段の学習値が大きいほど前記第2の走行モードで走行する領域が拡大するように、前記切替しきい値を変更する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記学習手段は、運転者により操作されるアクセルペダルの開度を学習し、
前記変更手段は、前記学習手段の学習値が小さいほど前記第1の走行モードで走行する領域が拡大するように、前記切替しきい値を変更する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 動力源として内燃機関および電動機を搭載し、前記内燃機関を停止させて走行する第1の走行モードと前記内燃機関および前記電動機を動作させて走行する第2の走行モードとを車両の走行状態に応じて切換可能なハイブリッド車両の制御方法であって、
運転者ごとに走行時の運転特性を学習する第1のステップと、
その学習結果に基づいて、前記第1および第2の走行モードの切替しきい値を運転者に応じて変更する第2のステップとを備える、ハイブリッド車両の制御方法。 - 減速または加速が予測される走行状況に当該車両があるか否かを判定する第3のステップをさらに備え、
当該車両が前記走行状況にあると判定されたとき、前記第2のステップにおいて前記切替しきい値が変更される、請求項7に記載の制御方法。 - 前記第3のステップにおいて、当該車両が前記走行状況にあるか否かは、当該車両の進路のカーブ度合いに基づいて判定される、請求項8に記載の制御方法。
- 当該車両が前記走行状況にあると判定されているとき、前記第1のステップにおいて前記運転特性が学習される、請求項8または請求項9に記載の制御方法。
- 前記第1のステップでは、運転者により操作されるアクセルペダルの開度が学習され、
その学習結果を示す学習値が大きいほど前記第2の走行モードで走行する領域が拡大するように、前記第2のステップにおいて前記切替しきい値が変更される、請求項7から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の制御方法。 - 前記第1のステップでは、運転者により操作されるアクセルペダルの開度が学習され、
その学習結果を示す学習値が小さいほど前記第1の走行モードで走行する領域が拡大するように、前記第2のステップにおいて前記切替しきい値が変更される、請求項7から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の制御方法。 - 請求項7から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の制御方法をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラムを記録したコンピュータ読取可能な記録媒体。
