R:界磁巻線抵抗、 L:界磁巻線インダクタンス(sL:ラプラス変換後のL)

界磁電流Ifを上昇させる場合、界磁電流IfはインダクタンスLと界磁巻線抵抗Rの時定数で定まる傾斜で上昇する。したがって、界磁電源として12Vバッテリ4(電圧Vb)を用いて界磁電流IfがIf=Vb/Rとなるまで上昇させようとすると、界磁電流IfがゼロからVb/Rとなるまでの時間(立ち上がり時間)は一意的に定まる。界磁巻線のインダクタンスLの値によっては界磁立ち上がり時間が長くなり、モータがトルクを発生するまでの時間が長くなるので、運転者にとって違和感を与えることになる。

ステップS30では、実界磁電流Ifmgが界磁電流指令値Ifmg*まで立上ったか否かの判定を行う。界磁電流指令値Ifmg*の方が大きい場合にはステップS20にリターンし、小さい場合にはステップS40に進む。なお、実界磁電流Ifmgは不図示のモータに設けられた電流センサによって検出する。
昇降圧部3bは非作動とし、界磁制御回路602のON/OFFを式(4)となるように制御してステップS150に進む。

一方、端子電圧Vc<電圧E2の場合はステップS140に進み、界磁制御回路602をONにすると同時に、昇降圧部301を昇圧作動させ、コンデンサ302の端子電圧をE2となるように、素子T1のON/OFFを式(5)が成立するように制御してステップS150に進む。
ステップS150では、実界磁電流Ifmが界磁電流指令値Ifm*まで立上ったか否かの判定を行う。Ifm*>Ifmの場合はステップS120にリターンし、Ifm*≦Ifmの場合はステップS160に進む。
ステップS170ではスイッチ7をONにし、始動用モータ1の発電電力を後輪駆動用モータ6の電機子巻線に供給してモータトルクを発生させ、後輪を駆動する。

Claims (10)
- 車両に設けられ、動力を発生する界磁巻線モータと、
第1の電圧の電力を蓄電するバッテリと、
前記バッテリと前記界磁巻線モータとの間に設けられるとともに、前記バッテリに蓄電された電力を前記界磁巻線モータへと供給するインバータと、
前記界磁巻線モータの起動を指令する制御手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記界磁巻線モータの起動を指令したときに、
前記インバータを、前記バッテリに蓄電された第1の電圧の電力を第1の電圧より高い第2の電圧に所定時間昇圧させて前記界磁巻線モータへと供給するように制御することを特徴とする車両用モータ制御装置。 - 前記所定時間は、前記界磁巻線モータの実際の界磁電流が目標とする界磁電流指令値に達するまでの時間とする請求項1に記載の車両用モータ制御装置。
- 前記車両は、運転条件に応じてエンジンの自動停止・自動始動を行うアイドルストップ機能を備え、エンジン自動停止時に所定のアイドルストップ解除条件が成立すると、前記界磁巻線モータがエンジンの自動始動を行うエンジン始動・発電用モータである請求項1または2に記載の車両用モータ制御装置。
- 前記界磁巻線モータが、所定の運転条件が成立すると車両の前輪または後輪を駆動する駆動モータである請求項1または2に記載の車両用モータ制御装置。
- 前記車両は、前輪が前記エンジンにより駆動され、後輪が前記駆動モータにより駆動されるハイブリッド車両である請求項4に記載の車両用モータ制御装置。
- 前記駆動モータは、車両発進時から所定速度に達するまで駆動される請求項4または5に記載の車両用モータ制御装置。
- 前記駆動モータは、走行中、前記コントローラにより逐次演算される前輪のスリップ率が所定値を超えた場合に駆動される請求項4または5に記載される車両用モータ制御装置。
- 前記界磁巻線モータが複数備えられ、
前記一の界磁巻線モータは、所定のアイドルストップ条件が成立し停止しているエンジンを、所定のアイドルストップ解除条件が成立した場合に自動始動するモータであり、
前記他のモータは、所定の運転条件が成立した場合に、車両の前輪または後輪を駆動するモータである請求項1または2に記載の車両用モータ制御装置。 - 前記一の界磁巻線モータは、ぜんきえんじんによって回転させられることで電力を発電するモータであり、この発電力によって前記他の界磁巻線モータは駆動する請求項8に記載の車両用モータ制御装置。
- 界磁巻線モータの起動指令時に、バッテリの蓄電した前記第1の電圧の電力を、インバータによって前記第1の電圧よりも高い第2の電圧に所定時間昇圧させて、前記界磁巻線モータへと供給するようにしたことを特徴とする車両用モータ制御方法。
