前記入力軸(26)に連結する前記クラッチ(20)の2次側をカバー体(22)にて構成し、該カバー体内に、前記クラッチ(20)の摩擦板(32)、アクチュエータ(36,362)及び前記エンジン出力軸(7)に連結する1次側部材(31,32)を収納し、
前記2次側となるカバー体(22)に、前記モータ(2)のロータ(40)を一体に連結し、該モータ(2)のステータ(39)を前記モータハウジング(4)に固定し、
前記カバー体(22)のエンジン側に位置するフロントハブ(29)を前記モータハウジング(4)の前壁部材(50)に回転自在に支持すると共に、前記カバー体(22)の変速機構部(6)側に位置するリヤハブ(27)を前記モータハウジング(4)の後壁部材(56)に回転自在に支持することを特徴とする。
該オイルポンプアッシー(56)のポンプボデー(57)に、前記リヤハブ(27)の円筒部(27a)が回転支持部材(例えばブシュ66)を介して回転自在に支持されると共に、前記オイルシール(65)を介装して油密状に構成され、
前記モータハウジング(4)の前壁部材が、該モータハウジング(4)に一体に固定された隔壁部材(50)であり、
該隔壁部材(50)の内径部分に、前記フロントハブ(29)の円筒部(29a)が回転支持部材(例えばボールベアリング55)を介して回転自在に支持され、
前記1次側部材が、前記入力軸(26)を嵌合すると共に中実部(31e)を有するセンター部材(31)を有し、該センター部材の円筒部(31c)と前記フロントハブの円筒孔(29a)との間に回転支持部材(70)及び前記オイルシール(71)が介装されてなることを特徴とする。
前記ロータ(40)(例えばその支持部材)と前記補助隔壁部材(110)とに、前記ロータ(40)の回転角を検出するセンサ(例えばレゾルバ75)を固定してなることを特徴とする。
該オイルポンプアッシー(56)のポンプボデー(57)に、前記リヤハブ(27)の円筒部(27a)が回転支持部材(60)を介して回転自在に支持されると共に、前記オイルシール(65)が介装され、
前記モータハウジング(4)の前壁部材が、前記モータハウジング(4)に一体に固定された隔壁部材(50)と、該隔壁部材(50)の内周部分に外部より固着される補助隔壁部材(110)と、により構成され、
該隔壁部材(110)の内径部分に、前記フロントハブ(29)の円筒部(29a)が前記ロータ(40)及び回転支持部材(55)を介して回転自在に支持され、
前記1次側部材が、前記入力軸(26)を嵌合すると共に中実部を有するセンター部材(313)を有し、該センター部材(313)の外周部(31f)と前記フロントハブ(29)の円筒孔(29a)との間に回転支持部材(70)が介装されると共に、該センター部材(313)の外周部(31f)と前記補助隔壁部材(110)との間に前記オイルシール(71)が介装されてなることを特徴とする。
Claims (10)
- 変速機構部と、該変速機構部のエンジン側に配置されたモータハウジングに収納されたモータと、エンジン出力軸と前記変速機構部の入力軸との間に介在するクラッチと、を備えるハイブリッド車用駆動装置において、
前記入力軸に連結する前記クラッチの2次側をカバー体にて構成し、該カバー体内に、前記クラッチの摩擦板、アクチュエータ及び前記エンジン出力軸に連結する1次側部材を収納し、
前記2次側となるカバー体に、前記モータのロータを一体に連結し、該モータのステータを前記モータハウジングに固定し、
前記カバー体のエンジン側に位置するフロントハブを前記モータハウジングの前壁部材に回転自在に支持すると共に、前記カバー体の変速機構部側に位置するリヤハブを前記モータハウジングの後壁部材に回転自在に支持する、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - 前記カバー体の内部を油密状に構成すると共に、前記カバー体、前記前壁部材、及び前記後壁部材で隔離された前記モータハウジング内をオイルに浸されない非油浴空間として、該非油浴空間に前記ロータ及びステータからなる前記モータを配置してなる、
請求の範囲第1項に記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - 前記フロントハブ及び前記リヤハブにそれぞれオイルシールを装着して、前記非油浴空間をドライ空間として構成してなる、
請求の範囲第2項に記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - 前記ロータと、前記モータハウジングの前壁部材とに、前記ロータの回転角を検出するセンサを固定してなる、
請求の範囲第3項に記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - 前記モータハウジングの後壁部材が、前記変速機構部のミッションケースと前記モータハウジングとの連結・固定部に一体に配置されたオイルポンプアッシーであり、
該オイルポンプアッシーのポンプボデーに、前記リヤハブの円筒部が回転支持部材を介して回転自在に支持されると共に、前記オイルシールを介装して油密状に構成され、
前記モータハウジングの前壁部材が、該モータハウジングに一体に固定された隔壁部材であり、
該隔壁部材の内径部分に、前記フロントハブの円筒部が回転支持部材を介して回転自在に支持され、
前記1次側部材が、前記入力軸を嵌合すると共に中実部を有するセンター部材を有し、該センター部材の円筒部と前記フロントハブの円筒孔との間に回転支持部材及び前記オイルシールが介装されてなる、
請求の範囲第3項に記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - 前記センター部材の円筒部は、その外周面に、前記回転支持部材用支持面と前記オイルシール用介装面とを有し、その内周面に、エンジン出力軸側部材と連結する内スプラインが形成されてなる、
請求の範囲第5項に記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - 前記前壁部材及び前記後壁部材にそれぞれオイルシールを装着して前記非油浴空間を構成すると共に、前記カバー体にオイルを飛散し得る飛散孔を穿設し、前記ステータに前記飛散孔から飛散されるオイルが当たるように前記モータを配置してなる、
請求の範囲第2項に記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - 前記モータハウジングの前壁部材が、前記モータハウジングに一体に固定された隔壁部材と、該隔壁部材に外部より着脱自在に固着される補助隔壁部材と、により構成され、
前記ロータと前記補助隔壁部材とに、前記ロータの回転角を検出するセンサを固定してなる、
請求の範囲第7項に記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - 前記モータハウジングの後壁部材が、前記変速機構部のミッションケースと前記モータハウジングとの連結・固定部に一体に配置されたオイルポンプアッシーであり、
該オイルポンプアッシーのポンプボデーに、前記リヤハブの円筒部が回転支持部材を介して回転自在に支持されると共に、前記オイルシールが介装され、
前記モータハウジングの前壁部材が、前記モータハウジングに一体に固定された隔壁部材と、該隔壁部材の内周部分に外部より固着される補助隔壁部材と、により構成され、
該隔壁部材の内径部分に、前記フロントハブの円筒部が前記ロータ及び回転支持部材を介して回転自在に支持され、
前記1次側部材が、前記入力軸を嵌合すると共に中実部を有するセンター部材を有し、該センター部材の外周部と前記フロントハブの円筒孔との間に回転支持部材が介装されると共に、該センター部材の外周部と前記補助隔壁部材との間に前記オイルシールが介装されてなる、
請求の範囲第7項に記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - 前記1次側部材は、ダンパスプリングを有し、該ダンパスプリングが、前記カバー体内に配置されてなる、
