Claims (6)
- エンジンと、電動機と、該エンジンと該電動機との動力伝達経路を選択的に断接するクラッチと、トルクコンバータと、変速機とを直列に備えた車両用駆動装置であって、
前記クラッチおよび前記電動機を含んで構成されるフロントモジュールを収容するハウジングと、前記トルクコンバータを収容するハウジングとが、一体成形され、
前記フロントモジュールと前記トルクコンバータとの間には、各々の収容空間を隔てる隔壁が前記ハウジングとは別体で設けられ、
前記隔壁は、前記ハウジングに第1ボルトによって締結され、
前記電動機のステータは、前記隔壁に第2ボルトによって締結されるとともに、前記電動機のロータは、前記隔壁によって支持されている
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 前記第1ボルトおよび前記第2ボルトは、前記フロントモジュール側から締結されることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第1ボルトおよび前記第2ボルトは周方向で重複する位置に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記ハウジングと前記隔壁とは嵌めあいにより固定されているとともに、前記第1ボルトによって締結されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記隔壁には、前記クラッチおよび前記電動機の少なくとも一方に油を供給する油路が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1の車両用駆動装置。
- エンジンと、電動機と、該エンジンと該電動機との動力伝達経路を選択的に断接するクラッチと、トルクコンバータとを、一体成形されたハウジング内に組付ける車両用駆動装置の組付方法であって、
前記ハウジングの軸方向の一方側から前記トルクコンバータを組付ける工程と、
前記トルクコンバータが組み付けられた状態で前記トルクコンバータの組付と同一方向から隔壁を該ハウジングに挿入するとともに、該隔壁を該ハウジングに第1ボルトによって締結する工程と、
前記トルクコンバータの組付と同一方向から、前記クラッチと前記電動機とから構成されるフロントモジュールを挿入し、前記電動機のロータが前記隔壁に支持された状態で、前記電動機のステータを前記第2ボルトによって前記隔壁に締結して、前記フロントモジュールを前記隔壁に組付ける工程とを、
含むことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の組付方法。
