Description
車輪の駆動力源となる回転電機と、
前記回転電機のロータに連結された第1回転部材と、
前記回転電機に対して軸方向の一方側である軸方向第1側に配置され、回転ハウジングを有する流体継手と、を備え、
前記第1回転部材及び前記回転ハウジングには、周方向に沿って複数の締結部が設けられ、
前記第1回転部材と前記回転ハウジングとが、複数の前記締結部のそれぞれにおいて、締結部材によって締結され、
複数の前記締結部のそれぞれは、前記軸方向に沿うように前記第1回転部材に形成されて、前記締結部材が挿入される第1締結孔と、前記軸方向に沿うように前記回転ハウジングに形成されて、前記締結部材が挿入される第2締結孔と、を有し、
前記第1回転部材及び前記回転ハウジングの一方の外周部に被係止部が設けられ、
前記第1回転部材及び前記回転ハウジングの他方の外周部に係止部が設けられ、
前記係止部は、前記被係止部に対して前記軸方向に挿入されて、前記被係止部に対して前記周方向の相対回転が規制されるように係止され、
前記第1締結孔と前記第2締結孔とは、前記係止部が前記被係止部に係止された状態で、前記軸方向に沿う軸方向視で重なるように配置されている点にある。
(1)上記の実施形態では、第1開口領域141が、ケース1の周壁部11の周方向Cの一部であって、径方向R視で係合凹凸部513と重複する部分に配置されている構成を例として説明した。しかし、そのような構成に限定されることなく、係合凹凸部513を利用した第1回転部材RT1の回転を、第1開口領域141を通して行うことができれば、係合凹凸部513と第1開口領域141とが、径方向R視で重複しないように軸方向Lにずれた位置関係で配置されていても良い。
以下では、上記において説明した車両用駆動装置(100)の概要について説明する。
車輪(W)の駆動力源となる回転電機(MG)と、
前記回転電機(MG)のロータ(Ro)に連結された第1回転部材(RT1)と、
前記回転電機(MG)に対して軸方向(L)の一方側である軸方向第1側(L1)に配置され、回転ハウジング(44)を有する流体継手(TC)と、を備え、
前記第1回転部材(RT1)及び前記回転ハウジング(44)には、周方向(C)に沿って複数の締結部(6)が設けられ、
前記第1回転部材(RT1)と前記回転ハウジング(44)とが、複数の前記締結部(6)のそれぞれにおいて、締結部材(F2)によって締結され、
複数の前記締結部(6)のそれぞれは、前記軸方向(L)に沿うように前記第1回転部材(RT1)に形成されて、前記締結部材(F2)が挿入される第1締結孔(H1)と、前記軸方向(L)に沿うように前記回転ハウジング(44)に形成されて、前記締結部材(F2)が挿入される第2締結孔(H2)と、を有し、
前記第1回転部材(RT1)及び前記回転ハウジング(44)の一方の外周部に被係止部(7a)が設けられ、
前記第1回転部材(RT1)及び前記回転ハウジング(44)の他方の外周部に係止部(7b)が設けられ、
前記係止部(7b)は、前記被係止部(7a)に対して前記軸方向(L)に挿入されて、前記被係止部(7a)に対して前記周方向(C)の相対回転が規制されるように係止され、
前記第1締結孔(H1)と前記第2締結孔(H2)とは、前記係止部(7b)が前記被係止部(7a)に係止された状態で、前記軸方向(L)に沿う軸方向視で重なるように配置されている。
また、本構成によれば、締結部(6)を締結する作業を、第1締結孔(H1)と第2締結孔(H2)との位置を合わせるためのピン等の治具を用いることなく容易に行うことができる。そのため、治具を設置する工程と、治具を取り外す工程とを別途行う必要がなく、また、それらの工程を行うためのスペースを確保する必要もなくなる。その結果、車両用駆動装置の製造工数を少なく抑えることができると共に、車両用駆動装置の大型化を抑制することができる。
前記第1締結孔(H1)と前記第2締結孔(H2)とは、前記係止部(7b)が前記被係止部(7a)に対して前記周方向(C)の一方側から当接した状態で、前記軸方向視で重なるように配置されていると好適である。
また、係止部(7b)が被係止部(7a)に挿入された状態で、第1回転部材(RT1)と回転ハウジング(44)とを周方向(C)に相対回転させるだけで、容易に第1締結孔(H1)と第2締結孔(H2)とが軸方向視で重なった状態とすることができる。
前記第1回転部材(RT1)及び前記回転ハウジング(44)の一方の外周部に、前記突出側に突出する突出部(71)が設けられ、
前記被係止部(7a)が、前記突出部(71)の前記突出側の端縁から前記反突出側に切り欠くと共に、前記突出部(71)の内周面から径方向(R)の外側(R2)に切り欠くように形成され、
前記係止部(7b)が、前記第1回転部材(RT1)及び前記回転ハウジング(44)の他方の外周部から径方向(R)の外側(R2)に突出するように形成され、
前記被係止部(7a)の前記軸方向(L)の寸法(d1)は、前記締結部(6)が1つも締結されていない状態において、前記第1回転部材(RT1)と前記回転ハウジング(44)とが前記軸方向(L)に相対的に移動可能な範囲(d2)よりも大きいと好適である。
前記締結部材(F2)が、前記反突出側から前記第1締結孔(H1)及び前記第2締結孔(H2)に挿入されていると好適である。
前記ポンプインペラ(41)及び前記タービンランナ(42)は、前記ロックアップクラッチ(43)に対して前記軸方向第1側(L1)に配置され、
前記回転ハウジング(44)は、前記ポンプインペラ(41)と前記タービンランナ(42)と前記ロックアップクラッチ(43)とを収容すると共に、前記ポンプインペラ(41)と一体的に回転するように連結され、
複数の前記締結部(6)は、前記ロックアップクラッチ(43)に対して径方向(R)の外側(R2)であって、前記径方向(R)に沿う径方向視で前記ロックアップクラッチ(43)と重複すると共に、前記軸方向視で前記ポンプインペラ(41)及び前記タービンランナ(42)と重複する位置に配置されていると好適である。
また、本構成によれば、複数の締結部(6)が、軸方向(L)に沿う軸方向視でポンプインペラ(41)及びタービンランナ(42)と重複する位置に配置されている。これにより、複数の締結部(6)がポンプインペラ(41)及びタービンランナ(42)に対して径方向(R)の外側(R2)に配置された構成と比べて、車両用駆動装置(100)の径方向(R)の寸法を小さく抑えることができる。
前記締結部材(F2)が、前記軸方向(L)における前記回転ハウジング(44)に対して前記第1回転部材(RT1)の側から前記第1締結孔(H1)及び前記第2締結孔(H2)に挿入されていると好適である。
更に、流体継手(TC)がポンプインペラ(41)とタービンランナ(42)とロックアップクラッチ(43)とを備えた上記構成においては、軸方向(L)における締結部(6)とポンプインペラ(41)及びタービンランナ(42)との間に、締結部(6)を締結する作業を行うためのスペースを確保する必要がない。これにより、軸方向(L)における締結部(6)とポンプインペラ(41)及びタービンランナ(42)との距離を小さく抑えることができる。したがって、車両用駆動装置(100)の軸方向(L)の寸法を小さく抑えることができる。
また、第1回転部材(RT1)の外周部に係止部(7b)が設けられていると共に、回転ハウジング(44)の外周部に被係止部(7a)が設けられている場合には、第1回転部材(RT1)における係止部(7b)及び第1回転部材(RT1)が配置される部分と、回転ハウジング(44)における被係止部(7a)及び第2回転部材(RT2)が配置される部分とのそれぞれの周方向(C)の寸法を小さく抑えることができる。
したがって、本構成によれば、第1回転部材(RT1)及び回転ハウジング(44)の重量を小さく抑えることができるため、車両用駆動装置(100)を軽量化することができる。
動力伝達経路における前記第1回転部材(RT1)と前記第2回転部材(RT2)との間に配置されて、前記回転電機(MG)と前記内燃機関(EN)とを選択的に連結する係合装置(CL)と、を更に備え、
前記第2回転部材(RT2)は、前記第1回転部材(RT1)に対して前記軸方向第1側(L1)とは反対側である軸方向第2側(L2)に配置され、前記第1回転部材(RT1)とは独立して回転自在であると好適である。

- 車輪の駆動力源となる回転電機と、
前記回転電機のロータに連結された第1回転部材と、
前記回転電機に対して軸方向の一方側である軸方向第1側に配置され、回転ハウジングを有する流体継手と、を備え、
前記第1回転部材及び前記回転ハウジングには、周方向に沿って複数の締結部が設けられ、
前記第1回転部材と前記回転ハウジングとが、複数の前記締結部のそれぞれにおいて、締結部材によって締結され、
複数の前記締結部のそれぞれは、前記軸方向に沿うように前記第1回転部材に形成されて、前記締結部材が挿入される第1締結孔と、前記軸方向に沿うように前記回転ハウジングに形成されて、前記締結部材が挿入される第2締結孔と、を有し、
前記第1回転部材及び前記回転ハウジングの一方の外周部に被係止部が設けられ、
前記第1回転部材及び前記回転ハウジングの他方の外周部に係止部が設けられ、
前記係止部は、前記被係止部に対して前記軸方向に挿入されて、前記被係止部に対して前記周方向の相対回転が規制されるように係止され、
前記第1締結孔と前記第2締結孔とは、前記係止部が前記被係止部に係止された状態で、前記軸方向に沿う軸方向視で重なるように配置され、
前記流体継手は、前記軸方向に対向して配置されて互いに相対回転可能に支持されたポンプインペラ及びタービンランナと、前記ポンプインペラと前記タービンランナとを選択的に直結係合状態とするロックアップクラッチと、を備え、
前記ポンプインペラ及び前記タービンランナは、前記ロックアップクラッチに対して前記軸方向第1側に配置され、
前記回転ハウジングは、前記ポンプインペラと前記タービンランナと前記ロックアップクラッチとを収容すると共に、前記ポンプインペラと一体的に回転するように連結され、
複数の前記締結部は、前記ロックアップクラッチに対して径方向の外側であって、前記径方向に沿う径方向視で前記ロックアップクラッチと重複すると共に、前記軸方向視で前記ポンプインペラ及び前記タービンランナと重複する位置に配置されている、車両用駆動装置。 - 車輪の駆動力源となる回転電機と、
前記回転電機のロータに連結された第1回転部材と、
前記回転電機に対して軸方向の一方側である軸方向第1側に配置され、回転ハウジングを有する流体継手と、を備え、
前記第1回転部材及び前記回転ハウジングには、周方向に沿って複数の締結部が設けられ、
前記第1回転部材と前記回転ハウジングとが、複数の前記締結部のそれぞれにおいて、締結部材によって締結され、
複数の前記締結部のそれぞれは、前記軸方向に沿うように前記第1回転部材に形成されて、前記締結部材が挿入される第1締結孔と、前記軸方向に沿うように前記回転ハウジングに形成されて、前記締結部材が挿入される第2締結孔と、を有し、
前記第1回転部材及び前記回転ハウジングの一方の外周部に被係止部が設けられ、
前記第1回転部材及び前記回転ハウジングの他方の外周部に係止部が設けられ、
前記係止部は、前記被係止部に対して前記軸方向に挿入されて、前記被係止部に対して前記周方向の相対回転が規制されるように係止され、
前記第1締結孔と前記第2締結孔とは、前記係止部が前記被係止部に係止された状態で、前記軸方向に沿う軸方向視で重なるように配置され、
前記軸方向における、前記第1回転部材及び前記回転ハウジングの一方に対して他方の側を突出側とし、当該突出側の反対側を反突出側として、
前記第1回転部材及び前記回転ハウジングの一方の外周部に、前記突出側に突出する突出部が設けられ、
前記被係止部が、前記突出部の前記突出側の端縁から前記反突出側に切り欠くと共に、前記突出部を径方向に貫通するように形成され、
前記係止部が、前記第1回転部材及び前記回転ハウジングの他方の外周部から前記径方向の外側に突出するように形成されている、車両用駆動装置。 - 前記被係止部の前記軸方向の寸法は、前記係止部の前記軸方向の寸法よりも大きい、請求項2に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記被係止部の前記軸方向の寸法は、前記締結部が1つも締結されていない状態において、前記第1回転部材と前記回転ハウジングとが前記軸方向に相対的に移動可能な範囲よりも大きい、請求項2又は3に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記締結部材が、前記反突出側から前記第1締結孔及び前記第2締結孔に挿入されている、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記締結部材が、前記軸方向における前記回転ハウジングに対して前記第1回転部材の側から前記第1締結孔及び前記第2締結孔に挿入されている、請求項5に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 互いに係止された前記係止部と前記被係止部との前記周方向の間にクリアランスが形成され、
前記第1締結孔と前記第2締結孔とは、前記係止部が前記被係止部に対して前記周方向の一方側から当接した状態で、前記軸方向視で重なるように配置されている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記係止部及び前記被係止部の前記周方向の配置領域と、前記第1締結孔及び前記第2締結孔の前記周方向の配置領域とが重なっている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第1回転部材と同軸に配置され、内燃機関に駆動連結される第2回転部材と、
動力伝達経路における前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材との間に配置されて、前記回転電機と前記内燃機関とを選択的に連結する係合装置と、を更に備え、
前記第2回転部材は、前記第1回転部材に対して前記軸方向第1側とは反対側である軸方向第2側に配置され、前記第1回転部材とは独立して回転自在である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
