Claims (8)
- 駆動源から駆動輪に至る動力伝達経路に回転可能に設けられてスプライン嵌合される第1動力伝達部材及び第2動力伝達部材を備えた動力伝達装置であって、
前記第1動力伝達部材に対して前記第2動力伝達部材を周方向一方側に付勢するためのスプリングを保持して前記第1動力伝達部材に取り付けられるスプリング保持部材を備え、
前記スプリング保持部材は、前記スプリングが前記第1動力伝達部材に対して前記スプリング保持部材を周方向一方側に付勢する第1圧縮状態において前記第1動力伝達部材に仮止めされて取り付けられる仮止め部と、前記第1動力伝達部材と前記第2動力伝達部材とがスプライン嵌合されるときに前記スプリングが前記第1圧縮状態より圧縮されて前記第1動力伝達部材に対して前記第2動力伝達部材を周方向一方側に付勢する第2圧縮状態において前記第2動力伝達部材に係止される係止部とを備え、
前記第1動力伝達部材に前記仮止め部に仮止めされる被仮止め部が設けられ、
前記第2動力伝達部材に前記係止部に係止される被係止部が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 前記係止部及び前記被係止部は、前記第1動力伝達部材と前記第2動力伝達部材とのスプライン嵌合部より径方向外側に設けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記スプリング保持部材は、前記スプリングの第1圧縮状態及び第2圧縮状態において前記第1動力伝達部材に係合して反第1動力伝達部材側への軸方向移動が規制される係合部を備えている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1動力伝達部材は、前記駆動源としてのモータであり、
前記第2動力伝達部材は、前記モータに連結されるダンパ装置である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記モータは、ロータを支持するロータ支持部材を備え、
前記ロータ支持部材に、前記被仮止め部が設けられて前記スプリング保持部材が取り付けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記スプリング保持部材は、前記スプリングを保持して環状に形成される環状本体部を備え、
前記仮止め部は、前記環状本体部から片持ち状に周方向一方側に延びる周方向延設部によって構成され、
前記被仮止め部は、前記第1動力伝達部材のスプリング保持部材側から反スプリング保持部材側に窪んで周方向に延びる周方向凹部によって構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れか1項に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記スプリング保持部材は、前記スプリングを保持して環状に形成される環状本体部を備え、
前記係止部は、前記環状本体部から前記第2動力伝達部材側に軸方向に延びる軸方向延設部によって構成され、
前記被係止部は、前記第1動力伝達部材側に軸方向に突出する突起部によって構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れか1項に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記係止部は、前記被係止部と係止するように案内する案内部を備えている、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の動力伝達装置。
