Abstract

본 발명은 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치에 관한 것으로, 차체에 장착되는 커버부와, 커버부에 내장되는 2개의 모터부와, 2개의 모터부에 각각 개별적으로 장착되어 회전되는 2개의 로터부와, 로터부와 선택적으로 연결되는 전달부와, 전달부에 결합되는 토션댐퍼부와, 로터부 중 어느 하나와 전달부를 선택적으로 연결하는 클러치부와, 클러치부와 연결되고, 변속기에 동력을 배출하는 출력부를 포함하며, 로터부 중 어느 하나는 토션댐퍼부와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치{POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE FOR HYBRID VEHICLE}
본 발명은 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 로터 지지부가 토션댐퍼부의 일부 구성을 겸하도록 설치됨으로써, 이중 모터가 적용되더라도 전장을 축소할 수 있고, 로터 지지부가 댐퍼용 매스를 대체하게 됨으로써, 부품 수가 축소될 수 있는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치는 자동변속기, 모터, 엔진 및 ISG(Integrated Startor & Generator)가 일렬로 배열되는 레이아웃을 갖는다.
엔진과 모터를 이용한 하이브리드 자동차에서는 모터를 사용하여 차량의 초기 출발을 도모하고 차량이 일정속도를 갖게 되면 제너레이터, 즉 ISG가 엔진을 시동하여 엔진의 출력과 모터의 출력을 동시에 이용하게 된다.
한편, 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치에서 사용되는 모터는 초기 엔진이 구동되지 않을 때 차량 전기 주행을 위해 구동될 수 있다.
그리고, 최근에는 모터가 1개로 한정되지 않고 2개 이상이 복수개로 배치된다. 일예로, 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치에서 2개의 모터가 배치되는 경우, 제1모터는 엔진 시동을 위해 구동되고, 제2모터는 차량 전기 주행을 위해 구동될 수 있다.
그러나, 종래에는 엔진 구동력에 의한 충격을 흡수하기 위해 필수적으로 사용되는 토션댐퍼가 모터와 엔진 사이에 배치되므로, 하이브리드 차량용 전달장치의 전장이 길어지고, 토션댐퍼에는 댐퍼용 매스가 별도로 설치되기 때문에, 부품의 수가 증가하여 제조 비용 증가하고 생산성이 감소하는 문제점이 있다.
따라서, 이를 개선할 필요성이 요청된다.
본 발명의 배경기술은 대한민국 공개특허공보 제2009-0020791호(2009.02.27. 공개, 발명의 명칭 : 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치)에 게시되어 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점들을 개선하기 위해 안출된 것으로서, 로터 지지부가 토션댐퍼부의 일부 구성을 겸하도록 설치됨으로써, 이중 모터가 적용되더라도 전장을 축소할 수 있고, 로터 지지부가 댐퍼용 매스를 대체하게 됨으로써, 부품 수가 축소될 수 있으며, 엔진부 및 모터부의 충격을 완화할 수 있는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치는: 차체에 장착되는 커버부와, 커버부에 내장되는 2개의 모터부와, 2개의 모터부에 각각 개별적으로 장착되어 회전되는 2개의 로터부와, 로터부와 선택적으로 연결되는 전달부와, 전달부에 결합되는 토션댐퍼부와, 로터부 중 어느 하나와 전달부를 선택적으로 연결하는 클러치부와, 클러치부와 연결되고, 변속기에 동력을 배출하는 출력부를 포함하며, 로터부 중 어느 하나는 토션댐퍼부와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 토션댐퍼부는 로터부와 전달부 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 커버부는 모터부가 내측에 장착되는 커버외벽부와, 커버외벽부에서 내측으로 연장되는 커버내벽부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 모터부는 커버부의 내측에 장착되고, 엔진부의 시동을 위해 구동되는 제1모터부와, 커버부의 내측에 장착되고, 차량 주행을 위해 구동되는 제2모터부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 로터부는 제1모터부에 의해 회전되는 제1로터부와, 제2모터부에 의해 회전되고, 클러치부와 선택적으로 연결되는 제2로터부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 제1로터부는 제1모터부의 회전자 기능을 하는 제1로터회전부와, 제1로터회전부와 연동되고, 전달부와 연결되는 제1로터지지부를 포함하며, 제1로터지지부는 토션댐퍼부의 상측에 연결되고, 전달부 방향으로 절곡되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 토션댐퍼부는 엔진부 및 모터부의 충격을 완화하는 토션 스프링과, 토션 스프링에 연결되어 전달부에 스플라인 결합되는 플라이휠을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치는 로터 지지부가 토션댐퍼부의 일부 구성을 겸하도록 설치됨으로써, 이중 모터가 적용되더라도 전장을 축소할 수 있고, 로터 지지부가 댐퍼용 매스를 대체하게 됨으로써, 부품 수가 축소될 수 있으며, 엔진부 및 모터부의 충격을 완화할 수 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치의 실시예를 설명한다. 이러한 과정에서 도면에 도시된 선들의 두께나 구성요소의 크기 등은 설명의 명료성과 편의상 과장되게 도시되어 있을 수 있다. 또한, 후술되는 용어들은 본 발명에서의 기능을 고려하여 정의된 용어들로서, 이는 사용자, 운용자의 의도 또는 관례에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 그러므로, 이러한 용어들에 대한 정의는 본 명세서 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대로 내려져야 할 것이다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치를 개략적으로 나타내는 단면도이며, 도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치의 토션댐퍼부를 나타내는 단면도이다. 도 1과 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치(1)는 커버부(10)와, 모터부(20)와, 로터부(30)와, 전달부(40)와, 토션댐퍼부(50)와, 클러치부(60)와, 출력부(70)를 포함한다.
커버부(10)는 차체에 장착된다. 모터부(20)는 커버부(10)에 내장되고 전원이 인가되면 구동된다. 이러한 모터부(20)는 2개가 사용될 수 있으며, 어느 하나는 시동용으로 사용되고 다른 하나는 주행용으로 사용될 수 있다.
로터부(30)는 모터부(20)에 장착되어 회전된다.
전달부(40)는 토션댐퍼부(50)와 연결되어 회전 가능하다. 이러한 전달부(40)는 엔진부(100)의 회전력을 전달할 수 있다.
토션댐퍼부(50)는 전달부(40)에 일부가 스플라인 결합된다.
클러치부(60)는 로터부(30) 중 어느 하나와 전달부(40)를 선택적으로 연결한다. 출력부(70)는 클러치부(60)와 연결되어 변속기(200)에 동력을 배출한다.
토션댐퍼부(50)는 로터부(30)와 전달부(40) 사이에 배치된다. 즉, 모터부(20)의 내부에 로터부(30)가 배치되고, 로터부(30)의 회전 중심축상에 전달부(40)가 배치되며, 로터부(30)와 전달부(40) 사이에 토션댐퍼부(50)가 배치됨으로써, 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치(1)의 전장 길이를 축소할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커버부(10)는 커버외벽부(11)와 커버내벽부(12)를 포함한다.
커버외벽부(11)의 내측에는 모터부(20)가 장착된다. 일예로, 커버외벽부(11)는 차체에 고정 설치되되 내부에는 모터부(20)와, 로터부(30)와, 전달부(40)와, 토션댐퍼부(50)와, 클러치부(60)와, 출력부(70)가 내장되기 위한 공간이 형성될 수 있다. 커버외벽부(11)는 변속기(200)와 연결될 수 있다.
커버내벽부(12)는 커버외벽부(11)에서 내측으로 연장된다. 일예로, 커버내벽부(12)는 커버외벽부(11)에서 연장되는 제1내벽부(121)와, 제1내벽부(121)에서 연장되는 제2내벽부(122)를 포함할 수 있다.
한편, 커버외벽부(11)와 커버내벽부(12) 사이 공간으로 변속기(200) 내부 오일이 유입되어 냉각을 실시할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 모터부(20)는 제1모터부(21)와 제2모터부(22)를 포함한다.
제1모터부(21)는 커버부(10)의 내측에 장착되고, 엔진부(100)의 시동을 위해 구동된다. 일예로, 제1모터부(21)는 커버내벽부(12)의 좌측에 배치되어 제2모터부(22) 보다 엔진부(100)에 근접 배치될 수 있다.
제2모터부(22)는 커버부(10)의 내측에 장착되고, 차량의 주행을 위해 구동된다. 일예로, 제2모터부(22)는 제1모터부(21)의 좌측에 배치되고, 제1모터부(21) 보다 상대적으로 더 큰 용량을 갖는다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 로터부(30)는 제1로터부(31)와 제2로터부(32)를 포함한다.
제1로터부(31)는 제1모터부(21)에 의해 회전된다. 일예로, 제1로터부(31)는 제1모터부(21)의 회전자 기능을 하는 제1로터회전부(311)와, 제1로터회전부(311)와 연동되고 전달부(40)와 연결되는 제1로터지지부(312)를 포함할 수 있다.
제1로터지지부(312)는 토션댐퍼부(50)의 상측에 연결되고, 전달부(40) 방향으로 절곡되도록 형성된다.
제2로터부(32)는 제2모터부(22)에 의해 회전되고, 클러치부(60)와 선택적으로 연결된다. 일예로, 제2로터부(32)는 제2모터부(22)의 회전자 기능을 하는 제2로터회전부(321)와, 제2로터회전부(321)와 연동되는 제2로터지지부(322)를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 토션댐퍼부(50)는 엔진부(100) 및 모터부(20)의 충격을 완화하는 토션 스프링(51)과, 토션 스프링(51)에 연결되어 전달부(40)에 스플라인 결합되는 플라이휠(52)을 포함한다.
제1로터지지부(312)는 제1로터회전부(311)에 연결되고 토션댐퍼부(50)의 상측에 위치하는 토션 스프링(51)에 연결되는 수평부(312a)와, 수평부(312a)로부터 전달부(40) 방향으로 절곡되어 연장형성되며, 전달부(40)에 연결되는 수직부(312b)를 포함한다. 이때, 수직부(312b)는 토션 스프링(51)이 수용될 수 있는 공간(S)이 마련되도록 절곡 형성된다.
토션댐퍼부(50)의 일측에는 보조 댐퍼부(55)가 더 배치될 수 있다. 보조 댐퍼부(55)는 엔진부(100) 및 모터부(20)의 충격을 완화하는 보조 토션 스프링(56)과 보조 토션 스프링(56)에 연결되어 토션댐퍼부(50)의 플라이휠(52)과 연결되는 보조 플라이휠(57)을 포함한다.
제1로터지지부(312)가 토션댐퍼부(50)의 상측에 위치하는 토션 스프링(51)과 연결되는 부분은 다른 부분보다 더 두꺼운 형상으로 이루어짐으로써, 종래의 댐퍼용 매스를 대체할 수 있다.
또한, 제1로터지지부(312)는 전달부(40) 방향으로 절곡되어 연장 형성됨으로써, 종래의 토션댐퍼부(50)의 일 측부를 구성하던 프라이머리 플라이휠을 대체할 수 있다.
따라서 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제1로터부(31)의 제1로터지지부(312)가 토션댐퍼부(50)의 종래 구성인 프라이머리 플라이휠과 댐퍼용 매스를 대체하기 때문에, 부품수가 축소될 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
상기와 같은 구조를 갖는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치의 조립 및 작동을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제2모터부(22)의 내부에 제2로터부(32)를 배치시키고, 전달부(40)와 제2로터부(32) 사이에 클러치부(60)를 배치시킨다. 이때, 제2모터부(22)는 커버외벽부(11)의 내측에 장착되고, 제2로터부(32)는 커버내벽부(12)에 지지된다.
그리고, 제1모터부(21)의 내부에 제1로터부(31)를 배치시킨다. 이때, 제1모터부(21)는 커버외벽부(11)의 내측에 장착되고, 제1로터부(31)는 커버내벽부(12)에 지지된다.
또한, 제1로터부(31)의 제1로터지지부(312)를 엔진부(100)와 결합하고, 토션댐퍼부(50)의 토션 스프링(51)이 설치된 플라이휠(52)을 전달부(40)에 스플라인 결합한다. 이 후, 댐퍼 커버(53)를 플라이휠(52)에 설치하고, 댐퍼 커버(53)의 일측을 제1로터지지부(312)에 용접 등으로 결합한다.
그러면 토션댐퍼부(50)는 제1로터부(31)의 내부에 배치된다.
상술한 조립 구조는 토션댐퍼부(50)를 제1모터부(21)의 내부에 배치하여 전장 단축을 기대할 수 있다. 또한, 제1로터부(31)의 제1로터지지부(312)가 토션댐퍼부(50)의 종래 구성인 프라이머리 플라이휠과 댐퍼용 매스를 대체하기 때문에, 부품수가 축소될 수 있다.
한편, 제2모터부(22)가 구동되면 제2로터부(32)가 회전되고, 클러치부(60)와 연결된 출력부(70)가 제2로터부(32)의 회전력을 변속기(200)에 전달하여 차량이 주행할 수 있다.
엔진부(100)가 구동되면, 엔진부(100)의 회전력이 토션댐퍼부(50)를 통해 전달부(40)에 전달되고, 클러치부(60)를 통해 출력부(70)로 이동되어 차량 주행이 실시될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치(1)는 제1로터부(31)의 제1로터지지부(312)가 토션댐퍼부(50)와 연결되고, 엔진부(100)와 연결되도록 형성됨으로써, 이중 모터가 적용되더라도 전장을 축소할 수 있고, 제1로터지지부(312)가 종래의 프라이머리 플라이휠과 댐퍼용 매스를 대체하기 때문에, 부품수가 축소될 수 있으며, 엔진부 및 모터부의 충격을 완화할 수 있다.
본 발명은 도면에 도시된 실시예를 참고로 하여 설명되었으나, 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 당해 기술이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 아래의 특허청구범위에 의해서 정하여져야 할 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 차체에 장착되는 커버부(10);
    상기 커버부에 내장되는 2개의 모터부(20);
    상기 2개의 모터부에 각각 개별적으로 장착되어 회전되는 2개의 로터부(30);
    상기 로터부(30)와 선택적으로 연결되는 전달부(40);
    상기 전달부(40)에 결합되는 토션댐퍼부(50);
    상기 로터부(30) 중 어느 하나와 상기 전달부(40)를 선택적으로 연결하는 클러치부(60); 및
    상기 클러치부(60)와 연결되고, 변속기(200)에 동력을 배출하는 출력부(70);를 포함하며,
    상기 로터부(30) 중 어느 하나는 상기 토션댐퍼부(50)와 연결되고,
    상기 커버부(10)는,
    상기 모터부(20)가 내측에 장착되는 커버외벽부(11); 및
    상기 커버외벽부(11)에서 내측으로 연장되는 커버내벽부(12);를 포함하고,
    상기 모터부(20)는,
    상기 커버부(10)의 내측에 장착되고, 엔진부(100)의 시동을 위해 구동되는 제1모터부(21); 및
    상기 커버부(10)의 내측에 장착되고, 차량 주행을 위해 구동되는 제2모터부(22);를 포함하고,
    상기 로터부(30)는,
    상기 제1모터부(21)에 의해 회전되는 제1로터부(31); 및
    상기 제2모터부(22)에 의해 회전되고, 상기 클러치부(60)와 선택적으로 연결되는 제2로터부(32);를 포함하고,
    상기 제1로터부(31)는,
    상기 제1모터부(21)의 회전자 기능을 하는 제1로터회전부(311); 및
    상기 제1로터회전부(311)와 연동되고, 상기 전달부(40)와 연결되는 제1로터지지부(312);를 포함하며,
    상기 토션댐퍼부(50)는,
    상기 엔진부 및 상기 모터부의 충격을 완화하는 토션 스프링(51); 및
    상기 토션 스프링(51)에 연결되어 상기 전달부(40)에 스플라인 결합되는 플라이휠(52);을 포함하고,
    상기 제1로터지지부(312)는,
    상기 제1로터회전부(311)에 연결되고, 상기 토션댐퍼부(50)의 상측에 위치하는 상기 토션 스프링(51)에 연결되는 수평부(312a); 및
    상기 수평부(312a)로부터 전달부(40) 방향으로 절곡되어 연장형성되며, 전달부(40)에 연결되고, 상기 토션 스프링(51)이 수용될 수 있는 공간(S)이 마련되는 수직부(312b);를 포함하고,
    상기 제1로터지지부(312)가 상기 토션 스프링(51)과 연결되는 부분은 다른 부분보다 더 두꺼운 형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 토션댐퍼부(50)는 상기 로터부(30)와 상기 전달부(40) 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치.
