Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于混合动力车的动力传输装置。更特别地,本发明涉及一种能够减小发动机振动、促进发动机离合器控制并提供适合于大规模生产的组装配置(package layout)的用于混合动力车的动力传输装置。
背景技术
通常,用于混合动力车的动力传输装置具有这样的配置:自动变速器、电机、发动机和集成启动发电机(ISG)被排成一行。
在以协作的方式使用发动机和电机的混合动力车中,在低RPM下具有高效率的电机被用于初始加速。当车辆达到预定速度时,发电机(即,ISG)启动发动机,并且同时使用发动机和电机的输出。
此时,为了整体地使用发动机的输出和电机的输出,车辆具有这样的结构:每个输出均被连接至自动变速器的行星齿轮的一个组件。
即,发动机被连接至行星齿轮的托架,ISG被连接至行星齿轮的中心齿轮,并且电机被连接至环形齿轮。
因此,发动机的转动动力在自动变速器的行星齿轮中被调节至适当速度,然后被传递至驱动轴,并且最终通过推进轴传递至驱动轮。
同时,连接至自动变速器中的行星齿轮的中心齿轮的ISG从发动机接收旋转动力并在减速过程中产生电力。ISG所产生的电力通过逆变器(未绘出)被充电至充电器,然后逆变器向电机供应电力,以在车辆启动或加速时转动驱动轴。

美国专利第6,176,808号公开了一种用于混合动力车的动力传输的配置,其中电机通过扭振减震器连接至变速器的输入轴。然而,这样的配置的缺点在于发动机离合器、扭振减震器等的位置复杂。
此外,美国专利第6,474,428号公开了一种用于混合动力车的动力传输的配置,其中电机和发动机离合器并不布置在同一空间中,而是由盖体隔开。因此,其缺点在于电机没有浸在油中,并且因此降低了冷却效率。

发明内容

通过发动机离合器、电机、电机壳体和扭振减震器被布置在同一空间中的最优配置,本发明提供了减小发动机振动的效果,促进了发动机离合器控制,并使大规模生产能够得到实现。

发动机离合器,其被布置在所述电机壳体的左侧端和所述电机支撑轴的内周部的左侧表面之间,以在所述发动机的所述输出轴和所述自动变速器的所述输入轴之间提供动力传输;
电机盖壳体,其被布置成覆盖所述电机转子的右侧表面和所述电机支撑轴的内周部的右侧表面,并且所述电机盖壳体在其右侧表面上包括凹部;
扭振减震器,其被安置在所述电机盖壳体的所述凹部中以与所述电机转子隔开;
用于支撑所述电机支撑轴的转动的支撑轴承,所述支撑轴承被安装在所述电机支撑轴的内周部和所述电机盖壳体的内端之间;以及
电机位置传感器,其被安装在所述电机盖壳体的内端的左侧表面上,同时与所述电机支撑轴的右侧表面相邻。
2.如权利要求1所述的动力传输装置,其中所述扭振减震器在其外周上包括用于衰减所述发动机的扭转振动的扭簧。
3.如权利要求1所述的动力传输装置,其中所述扭振减震器的一部分被布置成与所述曲轴的端部重叠。
