Abstract

본 발명은 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치에 관한 것으로, 엔진부와, 엔진부의 동력을 전달하는 전달부와, 전달부에 동력을 제공하고 전원이 인가되면 구동되는 모터부와, 엔진부와 모터부 사이에 배치되고 직렬 연결되는 복수개의 토션댐퍼부를 포함하여, 전장을 축소하고 강성을 낮출 수 있다.

Description

하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치{POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE FOR HYBRID VEHICLE}
본 발명은 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 복수개의 댐퍼가 사용되어 진동 흡수 성능을 향상시키면서 사이즈를 줄여주어 전장을 축소할 수 있는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치는 자동변속기, 모터, 엔진 및 ISG(Integrated Startor & Generator)가 일렬로 배열되는 레이아웃을 갖는다.
엔진과 모터를 이용한 하이브리드 자동차에서는 모터를 사용하여 차량의 초기 출발을 도모하고 차량이 일정속도를 갖게 되면 제너레이터, 즉 ISG가 엔진을 시동하여 엔진의 출력과 모터의 출력을 동시에 이용하게 된다.
한편, 하이브리드 차량용 전달장치에서 사용되는 모터는 초기 엔진이 구동되지 않을 때 차량 전기 주행을 위해 구동될 수 있다.
그리고, 최근에는 모터가 1개로 한정되지 않고 2개 이상이 복수개로 배치된다. 일예로, 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치에서 2개의 모터가 배치되는 경우, 제1모터는 엔진 시동을 위해 구동되고, 제2모터는 차량 전기 주행을 위해 구동될 수 있다.
그러나, 종래에는 엔진 구동력에 의한 충격을 흡수하기 위해 필수적으로 사용되는 토션댐퍼가 모터와 엔진 사이에 배치되므로, 하이브리드 차량용 전달장치의 전장이 길어지고, 토션댐퍼를 지지하기 위한 별도의 중량물이 설치되어야 하는 문제점이 있다. 따라서, 이를 개선할 필요성이 요청된다.
본 발명의 배경기술은 대한민국 공개특허공보 제2009-0020791호(2009.02.27. 공개, 발명의 명칭 : 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치)에 게시되어 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점들을 개선하기 위해 안출된 것으로서, 복수개의 댐퍼가 사용되어 진동 흡수 성능을 향상시키면서 사이즈를 줄여주어 전장을 축소할 수 있는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치는: 엔진부; 상기 엔진부의 동력을 전달하는 전달부; 상기 전달부에 동력을 제공하고, 전원이 인가되면 구동되는 모터부; 및 상기 엔진부와 상기 모터부 사이에 배치되고, 직렬 연결되는 복수개의 토션댐퍼부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 토션댐퍼부는 상기 엔진부와 상기 모터부 사이에 배치되는 제1댐퍼부; 및 상기 제1댐퍼부와 상기 모터부 사이에 배치되는 제2댐퍼부;를 포함하고, 상기 모터부와 상기 전달부를 선택적으로 연결하는 클러치부는 상기 제2댐퍼부와 상기 모터부 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 토션댐퍼부는 상기 엔진부와 모터부 사이에 배치되는 제1댐퍼부; 및 상기 제1댐퍼부와 상기 모터부 사이에 배치되는 제2댐퍼부;를 포함하고, 상기 모터부와 상기 전달부를 선택적으로 연결하는 클러치부는 상기 제1댐퍼부와 상기 제2댐퍼부 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제1댐퍼부와 상기 제2댐퍼부는 직렬 연결되고, 상기 토션댐퍼부의 전체 탄성계수는 낮아지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 모터부는 상기 엔진부의 시동을 위해 구동되는 제1모터부; 및 차량 주행을 위해 구동되는 제2모터부;를 포함하고, 상기 토션댐퍼부는 상기 제1모터부와 상기 제2모터부 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 모터부는 상기 엔진부의 시동을 위해 구동되는 제1모터부; 및 차량 주행을 위해 구동되는 제2모터부;를 포함하고, 상기 토션댐퍼부는 상기 엔진부와 상기 제1모터부 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치는 엔진부와 모터부 사이에 복수개의 토션댐퍼부가 배치되므로, 전장 길이 축소가 가능하고, 토션댐퍼부가 엔진부 및 모터부의 충격을 완화하며 전체 강성을 낮출 수 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치의 실시예를 설명한다. 이러한 과정에서 도면에 도시된 선들의 두께나 구성요소의 크기 등은 설명의 명료성과 편의상 과장되게 도시되어 있을 수 있다. 또한, 후술되는 용어들은 본 발명에서의 기능을 고려하여 정의된 용어들로서, 이는 사용자, 운용자의 의도 또는 관례에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 그러므로, 이러한 용어들에 대한 정의는 본 명세서 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대로 내려져야 할 것이다.

도 1 내지 도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치(1)는 엔진부(10)와, 전달부(20)와, 모터부(30)와, 토션댐퍼부(40)를 포함한다.
엔진부(10)는 내연기관의 구동에 의해 동력을 생성하는 장치이고, 전달부(20)는 엔진부(10)의 동력을 전달한다. 일예로, 전달부(20)는 축 형상을 하고, 모터부(30)와 토션댐퍼부(40)를 관통할 수 있다. 이러한 전달부(20)는 일단부가 엔진부(10)와 연결되고, 타단부가 변속부(50)와 연결될 수 있다. 전달부(20)는 엔진부(10)와 직접 연결되는 제1전달축부(21)와, 변속부(50)와 직접 연결되는 제2전달축부(22)와, 제1전달축부(21)와 제2전달축부(22) 사이에 배치되어 동력을 전달하는 제3전달축부(23)를 포함할 수 있다.
모터부(30)는 전달부(20)에 동력을 제공하고, 전원이 인가되면 구동된다. 이러한 모터부(30)는 하나 이상이 사용될 수 있으며, 모터부(30)의 구동력이 전달되면 엔진부(10)가 구동되지 않더라도 차량이 주행할 수 있다.
토션댐퍼부(40)는 엔진부(10)와 모터부(30) 사이에 배치되고, 복수개가 직렬 연결된다. 일예로, 모터부(30)의 내부에 로터부(60)가 배치되고, 로터부(60)의 회전 중심축상에 전달부(20)가 배치되며, 로터부(60)와 전달부(20) 사이에 토션댐퍼부(40)가 배치됨으로써, 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치(1)의 전장 길이를 축소할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 모터부(30)는 하나로 이루어질 수 있고, 필요에 따라 제1모터부(31)와 제2모터부(32)를 포함할 수 있다.
제1모터부(31)는 엔진부(10)의 시동을 위해 구동된다. 일예로, 제1모터부(31)는 제2모터부(32) 보다 엔진부(10)에 근접 배치될 수 있다.
제2모터부(32)는 차량의 주행을 위해 구동된다. 일예로, 제2모터부(32)는 차량 주행이 가능하도록 제1모터부(31) 보다 상대적으로 더 큰 용량을 갖도록 설계될 수 있다.
이때, 토션댐퍼부(40)는 엔진부(10)와 제1모터부(31) 사이에 배치되거나 제1모터부(31)와 제2모터부(32) 사이에 배치될 수 있다.
한편, 모터부(30)가 제1모터부(31)와 제2모터부(32)를 포함하는 경우, 로터부(60)는 제1로터부(61)와 제2로터부(62)를 포함할 수 있다.
제1로터부(61)는 제1모터부(31)에 의해 회전되고, 토션댐퍼부(40)와 결합될 수 있다. 제2로터부(62)는 제2모터부(32)에 의해 회전되고, 클러치부(70)와 선택적으로 연결될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 토션댐퍼부(40)는 제1댐퍼부(41)와 제2댐퍼부(42)를 포함하고, 클러치부(70)는 제2댐퍼부(42)와 모터부(30) 사이에 배치된다(도 1 참조).
즉, 제1댐퍼부(41)는 엔진부(10)와 모터부(30) 사이에 배치되고, 제2댐퍼부(42)는 제1댐퍼부(41)와 모터부(30) 사이에 배치된다. 그리고, 모터부(30)와 전달부(20)를 선택적으로 연결하여 동력을 전달하는 클러치부(70)는 제2댐퍼부(42)와 모터부(30) 사이에 배치된다.
일예로, 제1댐퍼부(41)와 제2댐퍼부(42)는 서로 직렬 방식으로 연결되고, 엔진부(10) 및 모터부(30)에 의한 동력 전달시 진동을 흡수하도록 스프링이 포함될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 토션댐퍼부(40)는 제1댐퍼부(41)와 제2댐퍼부(42)를 포함하고, 클러치부(70)는 제1댐퍼부(41)와 제2댐퍼부(42) 사이에 배치된다(도 2 참조).
즉, 제1댐퍼부(41)는 엔진부(10)와 모터부(30) 사이에 배치되고, 제2댐퍼부(42)는 제1댐퍼부(41)와 모터부(30) 사이에 배치된다. 그리고, 모터부(30)와 전달부(20)를 선택적으로 연결하여 동력을 전달하는 클러치부(70)는 제1댐퍼부(41)와 제2댐퍼부(42) 사이에 배치된다.
일예로, 제1댐퍼부(41)와 제2댐퍼부(42)는 서로 직렬 방식으로 연결되고, 엔진부(10) 및 모터부(30)에 의한 동력 전달시 진동을 흡수하도록 스프링이 포함될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제3실시예에 따른 토션댐퍼부(40)는 제1댐퍼부(41)와 제2댐퍼부(42)를 포함하고, 제1모터부(31)와 제2모터부(32) 사이에 배치된다(도 3 참조).
즉, 엔진부(10)와, 제1모터부(31)와, 제2모터부(32)와, 변속부(50)가 순서대로 배치되고, 제1댐퍼부(41)와 제2댐퍼부(42)는 제1모터부(31)와 제2모터부(32) 사이에 배치된다. 그리고, 제2모터부(32)와 전달부(20)를 선택적으로 연결하여 동력을 전달하는 클러치부(70)는 제2댐퍼부(42)와 제2모터부(32) 사이에 배치된다.
일예로, 제1댐퍼부(41)와 제2댐퍼부(42)는 서로 직렬 방식으로 연결되고, 엔진부(10) 및 모터부(30)에 의한 동력 전달시 진동을 흡수하도록 스프링이 포함될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제4실시예에 따른 토션댐퍼부(40)는 제1댐퍼부(41)와 제2댐퍼부(42)를 포함하고, 엔진부(10)와 제1모터부(31) 사이에 배치된다(도 4 참조).
즉, 엔진부(10)와, 제1모터부(31)와, 제2모터부(32)와, 변속부(50)가 순서대로 배치되고, 제1댐퍼부(41)와 제2댐퍼부(42)는 엔진부(10)와 제1모터부(31) 사이에 배치된다. 그리고, 제2모터부(32)와 전달부(20)를 선택적으로 연결하여 동력을 전달하는 클러치부(70)는 제1모터부(31)와 제2모터부(32) 사이에 배치된다.
일예로, 제1댐퍼부(41)와 제2댐퍼부(42)는 서로 직렬 방식으로 연결되고, 엔진부(10) 및 모터부(30)에 의한 동력 전달시 진동을 흡수하도록 스프링이 포함될 수 있다.
한편, 제1댐퍼부(41)는 엔진부(10)와 직접 연결되고, 제1로터부(61)와 볼트 결합될 수 있다. 그리고, 제2댐퍼부(42)는 제1댐퍼부(41)와 연결되고 전달부(20)의 외주면과 스플라인 결합되어 동력 전달이 가능할 수 있다. 이때, 제1댐퍼부(41)의 내측에 제2댐퍼부(42)가 배치되어 전장을 줄일 수 있다.
그 외, 제1댐퍼부(41)와 제2댐퍼부(42)가 직렬 연결되면, 전체 탄성계수(K)는 낮아진다. 이로 인해 전체 강성을 낮출 수 있으므로 하중을 줄이고 연비를 향상시킬 수 있다.
즉, 전체 탄성계수를 K라 하고, 제1댐퍼부(41)의 탄성계수를 K1이라하며, 제2댐퍼부(42)의 탄성계수를 K2라 할 때, 용수철의 탄성계수 방식이 적용되어 수학식1을 도출할 수 있다.

한편, 수학식 1을 이용하여 수학식 2를 아래와 같이 도출할 수 있다.

이러한 수학식2를 통해 토션댐퍼부(40)의 전체 탄성계수(K)는 제1댐퍼부(41)의 탄성계수(K1) 및 제2댐퍼부(42)의 탄성계수(K2) 보다 작으므로, 전체 토션댐퍼부(40)의 전체 강성을 낮출 수 있다.
상기와 같은 구조를 갖는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치의 작동을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
동력원으로 하나의 엔진부(10)와 하나의 모터부(30)가 사용되는 경우(도 1과 도 2 참조), 모터부(30)가 구동되면 로터부(60)가 회전되고, 클러치부(70)와 연결된 전달부(20)가 로터부(60)의 회전력을 변속부(50)에 전달하여 차량이 주행할 수 있다.
그리고, 엔진부(10)가 구동되면, 엔진부(10)의 회전력이 댐퍼부(40)를 통해 전달부(20)에 전달되고, 클러치부(70)를 통해 변속부(50)로 이동되어 차량 주행이 실시될 수 있다.
한편, 동력원으로 하나의 엔진부(10)와 2개의 모터부(30)가 사용되는 경우(도 3과 도 4 참조), 제2모터부(32)가 구동되면 제2로터부(62)가 회전되고, 클러치부(70)와 연결된 전달부(20)가 제2로터부(62)의 회전력을 변속부(50)에 전달하여 차량이 주행할 수 있다.
그리고, 제1모터부(31)가 구동되면, 제1로터부(61)가 회전되고, 제1로터부(61)와 연결된 제1댐퍼부(41)가 엔진부(10)를 회전시켜 엔진부(10)의 시동을 유도할 수 있다.
엔진부(10)가 구동되면, 엔진부(10)의 회전력이 제1댐퍼부(41) 및 제2댐퍼부(42)를 통해 전달부(20)에 전달되고, 클러치부(70)를 통해 변속부(50)로 이동되어 차량 주행이 실시될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치(1)는 엔진부(10)와 모터부(30) 사이에 복수개의 토션댐퍼부(40)가 배치되므로, 전장 길이 축소가 가능하고, 토션댐퍼부(40)가 엔진부(10) 및 모터부(30)의 충격을 완화하며 전체 강성을 낮출 수 있다.
본 발명은 도면에 도시된 실시예를 참고로 하여 설명되었으나, 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 당해 기술이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 아래의 특허청구범위에 의해서 정하여져야 할 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 엔진부;
    상기 엔진부의 동력을 전달하는 전달부;
    상기 전달부에 동력을 제공하고, 전원이 인가되면 구동되는 모터부; 및
    상기 엔진부와 상기 모터부 사이에 배치되고, 직렬 연결되는 복수개의 토션댐퍼부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 토션댐퍼부는
    상기 엔진부와 상기 모터부 사이에 배치되는 제1댐퍼부; 및
    상기 제1댐퍼부와 상기 모터부 사이에 배치되는 제2댐퍼부;를 포함하고,
    상기 모터부와 상기 전달부를 선택적으로 연결하는 클러치부는 상기 제2댐퍼부와 상기 모터부 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 토션댐퍼부는
    상기 엔진부와 모터부 사이에 배치되는 제1댐퍼부; 및
    상기 제1댐퍼부와 상기 모터부 사이에 배치되는 제2댐퍼부;를 포함하고,
    상기 모터부와 상기 전달부를 선택적으로 연결하는 클러치부는 상기 제1댐퍼부와 상기 제2댐퍼부 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치.
  4. 제 2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 제1댐퍼부와 상기 제2댐퍼부는 직렬 연결되고, 상기 토션댐퍼부의 전체 탄성계수는 낮아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 모터부는
    상기 엔진부의 시동을 위해 구동되는 제1모터부; 및
    차량 주행을 위해 구동되는 제2모터부;를 포함하고,
    상기 토션댐퍼부는 상기 제1모터부와 상기 제2모터부 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 모터부는
    상기 엔진부의 시동을 위해 구동되는 제1모터부; 및
    차량 주행을 위해 구동되는 제2모터부;를 포함하고,
    상기 토션댐퍼부는 상기 엔진부와 상기 제1모터부 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 동력전달장치.
