技术领域
本公开的示例性实施例涉及一种用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,并且更特别地,涉及一种可以使用多个减振器以不仅提高振动吸收性能而且减小大小从而减小整体长度的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置。
背景技术
通常,用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置具有以下布局:在一条线上布置自动变速器、马达、发动机和ISG(集成起动器和发电机)。
使用发动机和马达的混合动力车辆由马达启动。当车辆以预定速度行驶时,发电机即ISG启动发动机,以便同时使用发动机的输出和马达的输出。
当在初始阶段不驱动发动机时,可驱动在用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置中所使用的马达,以用于车辆的电力驱动。
近来,除了安装有一个马达的混合动力车辆之外,已经开发了一种包括安装在其中的两个或更多个马达的混合动力车辆。例如,当两个马达布置在用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置中时,可以驱动第一马达以启动发动机,并且可以驱动第二马达以用于车辆的电力驱动。
然而,在常规的混合动力车辆中,在马达和发动机之间设置需要用于吸收由发动机的驾驶性引起的冲击的扭转减振器。因此,增加了用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置的整体长度,并且需要安装用于支撑扭转减振器的单独的质量块。因此,需要一种能够解决该问题的装置。
在于2009年2月27日公布的申请号为2009-0020791并且名称为“混合动力车辆的动力传递装置(Power Transmission Device for Hybrid Vehicle)”的韩国专利申请中公开了本公开的现有技术。
发明内容
各个实施例涉及一种用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,该动力传递装置可以使用多个减振器以不仅提高振动吸收性能,而且减小大小,从而减小整体长度。
在实施例中,一种用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置可以包括:发动机部件;传动部件,被配置为传送发动机部件的动力;马达部件,被配置为向传动部件提供动力,并且在被施加电力时被驱动;以及多个扭转减振器部件,设置在发动机部件和马达部件之间,并且串联连接。

参照图1和图4,根据本公开的实施例的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置包括发动机部件10、传动部件20、马达部件30和扭转减振器部件40。
发动机部件10是被驱动以产生动力的内燃发动机,并且传动部件20传送发动机部件10的动力。例如,传动部件20可以被形成为轴形,并且被设置成穿过马达部件30和扭转减振器部件40。传动部件20可以具有连接到发动机部件10的一端以及连接到传递部件50的另一端。传动部件20可包括第一至第三传动轴21至23。第一传动轴21可以直接连接到发动机部件10,第二传动轴22可以直接连接到传递部件50,并且第三传动轴23可以设置在第一传动轴21和第二传动轴22之间以传送动力。
马达部件30向传动部件20提供动力,并且当对其施加电力时被驱动。动力传递装置可以使用一个或多个马达部件30。当传送马达部件30的驱动力时,即使不驱动发动机部件10,也可以驱动车辆。

根据本实施例的动力传递装置可以包括一个马达部件30。如有必要,动力传递装置可包括第一马达部件31和第二马达部件32。
驱动第一马达部件31以启动发动机部件10。例如,可以将第一马达部件31设置成比第二马达部件32更靠近发动机部件10。
驱动第二马达部件32以操作车辆。例如,第二马达部件32可以被设计成具有比第一马达部件31更大的容量,以便操作车辆。因此,与第一马达部件31相比,第二马达部件32可以提供更高的输出。

当马达部件30包括第一马达部件31和第二马达部件32时,转子部件60可以包括第一转子部件61和第二转子部件62。

因为通过等式2计算出的扭转减振器部件40的总体弹性模量K小于第一减振器部件41的弹性模量K1以及第二减振器部件42的弹性模量K2,所以扭转减振器部件40的总体刚度可以降低。
将在下面描述具有上述结构的根据本公开的实施例的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置的操作。
当一个发动机部件10和一个马达部件30用作动力源时(见图1和图2),马达部件30可被驱动以使转子部件60旋转,并且连接到离合器部件70的传动部件20可将转子部件60的旋转力传送到传递部件50,以操作车辆。
当发动机部件10被驱动时,发动机部件10的旋转力可以通过减振器部件40传送到传动部件20,并且可以通过离合器部件70传送到传递部件50,以操作车辆。
当一个发动机部件10和两个马达部件30用作动力源时(见图3和图4),第二马达部件32可被驱动以使第二转子部件62旋转,并且连接到离合器部件70的传动部件20可将第二转子部件62的旋转力传送到传递部件50,以使操作车辆。
当第一马达部件31被驱动时,第一转子部件61可以旋转,并且连接到第一转子部件61的第一减振器部件41可以使发动机部件10旋转以引起发动机部件10启动。
当发动机部件10被驱动时,发动机部件10的旋转力可以通过第一减振器部件41和第二减振器部件42传送到传动部件20,并且可以通过离合器部件70传送到传递部件50,以操作车辆。
在根据本公开的实施例的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置1中,可以在发动机部件10和马达部件30之间设置多个扭转减振器部件40,这使得可以减小动力传递装置1的整体长度。此外,扭转减振器部件40可以减轻施加到发动机部件10和马达部件30的冲击,从而降低其总体刚度。
尽管已经出于说明性目的公开了本公开的示例性实施例,但是本领域技术人员将理解,在不脱离如所附权利要求书所限定的本公开的范围和精神的情况下,可以进行各种修改、添加和替换。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,包括:
发动机部件;
传动部件,被配置为传送所述发动机部件的动力;
马达部件,被配置为向所述传动部件提供动力,并且在被施加电力时被驱动;以及
多个扭转减振器部件,设置在所述发动机部件和所述马达部件之间,并且串联连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,其中所述马达部件具有设置在所述马达部件中的转子部件,并且
所述传动部件设置在所述转子部件的旋转中心轴上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,其中所述扭转减振器部件设置在所述转子部件和所述传动部件之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,其中所述扭转减振器部件包括:
第一减振器部件,设置在所述发动机部件和所述马达部件之间;以及
第二减振器部件,设置在所述第一减振器部件和所述马达部件之间,
其中选择性地连接所述马达部件和所述传动部件的离合器部件设置在所述第二减振器部件和所述马达部件之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,其中所述扭转减振器部件包括:
第一减振器部件,设置在所述发动机部件和所述马达部件之间;以及
第二减振器部件,设置在所述第一减振器部件和所述马达部件之间,
其中选择性地连接所述马达部件和所述传动部件的离合器部件设置在所述第一减振器部件和所述第二减振器部件之间。
6.根据权利要求4或权利要求5所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,其中所述第二减振器部件设置在所述第一减振器部件中。
7.根据权利要求4或权利要求5所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,其中所述第一减振器部件和第二减振器部件串联连接,以降低所述扭转减振器部件的总体弹性模量。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,其中所述马达部件包括:
第一马达部件,被驱动以启动所述发动机部件;以及
第二马达部件,被驱动以操作所述车辆,
其中所述扭转减振器部件设置在所述第一马达部件和所述第二马达部件之间。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,其中所述马达部件包括:
第一马达部件,被驱动以启动所述发动机部件;以及
第二马达部件,被驱动以操作所述车辆,
其中所述扭转减振器部件设置在所述发动机部件和所述第一马达部件之间。
10.根据权利要求8或权利要求9所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,其中所述第一马达部件设置成比所述第二马达部件更靠近所述发动机部件,并且
与所述第一马达部件相比,所述第二马达部件提供更高的输出。
