Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及车辆用动力输送装置。更具体地,本申请涉及提高动力输送效率的动力输送装置。
背景技术
电动车被定义为由作为动力源的至少一个电动机驱动的任何车辆。一类电动车是混合动力车。一些混合动力车由气体燃烧发动机和电动机两者提供动力,以提供更高的燃料效率,替代纯内燃和纯电驱动车辆。
如上所述,混合动力车包括电动机和发动机。具有起动电动机的混合动力车包括传动系,其中起动电动机、驱动电动机、和发动机与至少一个行星齿轮组和多个摩擦部件连接。而且,取决于行星齿轮组和摩擦部件的结构连接,实现了多种换挡模式。更具体地,起动电动机配置成旋转曲轴且起动发动机,并且驱动电动机配置成生成转矩且旋转车辆的驱动轮。起动电动机和驱动电动机从电池接收电力以进行工作,并且通过驱动电动机和发动机的工作旋转驱动轴。
然而,在典型的结构中,起动电动机通过动力输送装置中的皮带与发动机连接,该皮带经常导致动力输送效率劣化。而且,起动电动机的容量增加,由此增加燃料消耗效率。最终,当混合动力车处于电动机驱动模式时,混合动力车的速度经常被限制于低速。

发明内容
本发明致力于提供一种用于车辆的动力输送装置,其具有能够提高动力输送效率的优点。更具体地,根据本发明的示例性实施方式的包括发动机、电动机以及变速箱换挡齿轮组的车辆的动力输送装置可以包括:具有与发动机的输出轴连接的第一驱动轴的第一电动机,具有与变速箱的输入轴连接的第二驱动轴的第二电动机,以及配置成选择地将发动机的输出轴与变速箱的输入轴进行连接的离合器。特别地,离合器可以布置在第一电动机与第二电动机之间的传动系内。
车辆的动力输送装置还可以包括减震装置,该减震装置配置成吸收在从发动机向变速箱传递转矩时形成的旋转冲击。减震装置可以布置在第一电动机的输出轴方向上,并且离合器可以布置在减震装置与第二电动机之间的传动系内。第一电动机的驱动轴可以覆盖减震装置的外周以,以与其接合。更进一步,减震装置可以布置在形成第一电动机的空间的内部区域内。

应理解,本文使用的术语“车辆”或“车辆的”或其它类似术语包括通常的机动车,例如,包括多功能运动车(SUV)、公共汽车、卡车、各种商务车的客车,包括各种船只和船舶的水运工具,飞行器等等,并且包括混合动力车、电动车、插入式混合电动车、氢动力车和其它代用燃料车(例如,来源于石油以外的资源的燃料)。如本文所提到的,混合动力车是具有两种或多种动力源的车辆,例如,具有汽油动力和电动力的车辆。
图1是根据本发明的示例性实施方式的环境友好车辆的动力输送装置的示意图。如图1所示,根据本发明的示例性实施方式的车辆的环境友好动力输送装置包括发动机10、第一电动机20、第二电动机30、变速箱40、离合器50、减震装置60以及差动装置70。
图1示出了发动机10、第一电动机20、第二电动机30、变速箱40、离合器50和减震装置60布置在动力输送线或传动系上。具体地,在本发明的示例性实施方式中描述了发动机10、第一电动机20、第二电动机30、离合器50和减震装置60的布置和连接关系。
本发明的示例说明的实施方式中的第一电动机20和发动机10可以相互同轴布置。而且,第一电动机20的转子可以与发动机10的输出轴固定或直接连接。此处,转子是与电动机20和30的驱动轴连接的部件,并且相应地通过电动机20和30而旋转。更进一步,转子可以广泛地改变成多种形状,使得有效地执行动力输送。同时,第一电动机20的转子与发动机10的输出轴直接连接,以提高发动机10的起动和工作效率。而且,当第一电动机20通过发动机10作为发电机工作时,发电效率提高。第二电动机30和变速箱40也可以相互同轴布置。而且,第二电动机30的转子可以与变速箱40的输入轴固定连接。
优选地,离合器50布置在第一电动机20与第二电动机30之间的动力输送线上。离合器50可以包括内环和外环。更进一步,可以选择性地接合内环和外环,使得与内环连接的组成元件和与外环连接的组成元件有效地执行动力输送。
离合器的内环或外环的任一个可以与第一电动机20的转子直接连接。而且,离合器50的内环或外环的另一个可以与第二电动机30的转子直接连接。也就是,离合器50选择性地将第一电动机20与第二电动机30进行连接。具体地,第一电动机20和第二电动机30可以独立或同时工作。此处,第一电动机20可以工作以起动发动机,或者可以作为驱动电动机工作以移动车辆。
优选地,减震装置60布置在第一电动机20与离合器50之间的传动系上。而且,减震装置60可以与第一电动机20的转子连接。差动装置70可以与变速箱40的输出轴连接。而且,至少一个行星齿轮组(未示出)和多个摩擦元件(未示出)可以布置在变速箱40内。
图2是根据本发明的示例性实施方式的环境友好车辆的动力输送装置的示意图。图2示出了第一电动机20的转子覆盖减震装置60的外周。而且,减震装置60可以布置在与发动机10直接连接的第一电动机20内。因此,空间得到有效利用,并且结果该装置得到容易的安装。
图3示出了根据本发明的示例性实施方式环境友好车辆的动力输送装置安装在后驱动车辆上。然而,本发明的示例说明的实施方式并不局限于此。更进一步,如在附图中所示,离合器50可以布置在第二电动机30的输出轴方向上,并且离合器50可以布置在形成第二电动机30的空间的内部区域内。
如上所述,第一电动机20与发动机10直接连接并且两个电动机20和30同时以电动机工作模式工作,所以根据本发明的示例性实施方式可以提高工作效率和燃料效率。

Claims (7)
1.一种包括发动机、电动机、和变速箱的车辆动力输送装置,包括:
第一电动机,具有与所述发动机的输出轴直接连接的第一驱动轴;
第二电动机,具有与所述变速箱的输入轴连接的第二驱动轴;以及
离合器,配置成选择性地将所述发动机的输出轴与所述变速箱的输入轴进行连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆动力输送装置,其中,所述离合器布置在所述第一电动机与所述第二电动机之间的传动系内。
3.如权利要求2所述的车辆动力输送装置,还包括减震装置,配置成吸收在从所述发动机向所述变速箱传递转矩时形成的旋转冲击。
4.如权利要求3所述的车辆动力输送装置,其中,所述减震装置布置在所述第一电动机的输出轴方向上。
5.如权利要求4所述的车辆动力输送装置,其中,所述离合器布置在所述减震装置与所述第二电动机之间的所述传动系内。
6.如权利要求4所述的车辆动力输送装置,其中,所述第一电动机的驱动轴覆盖所述减震装置的外周,以与其接合。
7.如权利要求4所述的车辆动力输送装置,其中,所述减震装置布置在形成所述第一电动机的空间的内部区域内。
