技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,更特别地,涉及这样一种用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,其构造为用于防止由发动机的扭矩振动特性导致的对单向离合器造成的损害,并通过对行星齿轮架和内齿圈的内侧进行支撑来减小行星齿轮组的阻力和尺寸。
背景技术
车辆的涉及环境友好类型的技术是关系到未来汽车工业生存的关键技术,并且先进的汽车制造商已经非常努力地进行环境友好类型的车辆的研发从而满足与环境和燃料经济性相关的法规。
因此,汽车制造商开发了例如电动汽车(EV)、混合动力车辆(HEV)、燃料电池电动汽车(FCEV)等未来的车辆技术。
因为未来的车辆受到关于重量和成本的各种技术限制,所以车辆制造商已关注于混合动力车辆作为替代手段以满足排放规定并提高燃料经济性性能,从而解决现实问题,但是仍面临激烈的竞争用以使混合动力车辆商业化。
混合动力车辆涉及使用两种或更多种动力源的车辆,并且将使用现有的化石燃料的汽油发动机或柴油发动机以及通过电能操作的电动机/发电机作为动力源而使用。
在低速情况下,混合动力车辆使用电动机/发电机作为主要动力源,其具有相对良好的低速扭矩特性,而在高速情况下,混合动力车辆使用发动机作为主要动力源,其具有相对良好的高速扭矩特性。
因此,在低速阶段中,使用化石燃料的发动机停止运行,而使用电动机/发电机,因此,混合动力车辆具有提高燃料经济性并减少废气排放的极好效果。
公开于本发明的背景部分的信息仅仅旨在加深对本发明的一般背景技术的理解,而不应当被视为承认或以任何形式暗示该信息构成已为本领域技术人员所公知的现有技术。
发明内容
本发明的各个方面致力于提供一种用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,其构造为用于防止由于发动机的扭矩振动特性所引起的对单向离合器的损害,并通过支撑行星齿轮架和内齿圈的内侧而减小行星齿轮组的阻力和尺寸。
本发明的各个方面致力于提供一种用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,其包括发动机、行星齿轮组以及第一电动机/发电机和第二电动机/发电机,所述发动机为主要动力源,所述第一电动机/发电机和第二电动机/发电机为辅助动力源,所述动力传动系统通过独立的路径而将发动机的旋转动力和第二电动机/发电机的旋转动力分别传递至最终减速齿轮,所述最终减速齿轮包括差速器,其中,行星齿轮组的太阳轮通过第一电动机轴而与第一电动机/发电机直接连接并与变速器壳体可选择性连接,行星齿轮架与发动机的输入轴直接连接并与变速器壳体连接,单向离合器和扭矩限制器放置在行星齿轮架与变速器壳体之间,内齿圈与第一输出齿轮直接连接并通过第一中间轴而与最终减速齿轮连接,第二电动机/发电机通过第二电动机轴而与第二输出齿轮直接连接并通过第二中间轴而与最终减速齿轮连接。
行星齿轮组可以为单小行星齿轮组。
扭矩限制器可以放置在变速器壳体与连接至行星齿轮架的单向离合器之间。
行星齿轮架支撑轴承可以放置在行星齿轮架的径向内侧与变速器壳体之间。
用于支撑输入轴的输入轴轴承和用于支撑内齿圈的内齿圈支撑轴承可以放置在相同的轴线和相同的平面上。
在第一电动机轴和第一转子轴彼此花键联接的状态下,第一电动机轴与第一电动机/发电机的第一转子轴可以通过紧固自锁螺母而连接。
花键部分和螺纹部分可以形成于第一电动机轴的末端部分的外圆周表面上,第一转子轴可以形成为具有中空部分并具有形成于第一转子轴的末端部分的内径的花键部分,并且在第一转子轴与第一电动机轴通过花键部分而花键联接的状态下,第一电动机轴和第一转子轴可以通过将自锁螺母穿过第一转子轴的中空部分而紧固至螺纹部分从而彼此连接。
在所述自锁螺母的外部,可以将卡环安装于形成在第一转子轴的内圆周表面中的环形槽中,以防止自锁螺母松动。
在本发明的示例性实施方案中,扭矩限制器放置在变速器壳体与连接至行星齿轮组的行星齿轮架的单向离合器之间,防止由于发动机的扭矩振动特性所引起的超出允许扭矩的传动而造成对单向离合器的损害。
另外,行星齿轮架支撑轴承放置在行星齿轮架的径向内侧与变速器壳体之间以支撑行星齿轮架,输入轴轴承和内齿圈支撑轴承放置在相同的轴线和相同的平面上使得内齿圈的内侧得到支撑,因此,可以减小行星齿轮组的阻力和总体尺寸。
另外,当将第一电动机轴(其与行星齿轮组的太阳轮整体地连接)连接至第一电动机/发电机的时候,第一电动机/发电机的第一转子轴花键联接至第一电动机轴的端部的外圆周,然后将自锁螺母紧固并连接,因此,可以支撑太阳轮的轴向力,并通过利用具有更大径向空隙的行星齿轮组的特性而省去太阳轮支撑轴承。

参考图1,根据本发明示例性实施方案的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统使用发动机ENG及第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2作为动力源,并包括行星齿轮组PG作为动力分配装置。
发动机ENG用作主要动力源,包括汽油发动机或柴油发动机(汽油发动机或柴油发动机使用现有的化石燃料)的各种类型的公知的发动机可以作为发动机使用,从发动机ENG输出的旋转动力输入至输入轴IS。
行星齿轮组PG是单小齿轮行星齿轮组,其包括作为旋转部件的太阳轮S、行星齿轮架PC以及内齿圈R,所述行星齿轮架PC可旋转地支撑与太阳轮S外啮合的小齿轮P,所述内齿圈R与小齿轮P为内啮合。
行星齿轮组PG的太阳轮S通过第一电动机轴MS1而与第一电动机/发电机MG1直接连接,行星齿轮架PC与输入轴IS直接连接,内齿圈R与第一输出齿轮OG1直接连接并作为输出部件而运行。
此外,行星齿轮架PC连接至变速器壳体H并作为选择性固定的部件运行,单向离合器OWC和扭矩限制器TL放置在行星齿轮架PC与变速器壳体H之间。太阳轮S连接至变速器壳体H并作为选择性固定的部件运行,制动器BK放置在太阳轮S与变速器壳体H之间。
扭矩限制器TL为用于限制扭矩传递的装置,在发动机起动的时候以及行星齿轮架PC的转速等于或大于预定RPM的时候发生滑动,防止由于发动机ENG的扭矩振动特性而造成的超出允许扭矩的传动。
第一电动机/发电机MG1充当电动机或发电机,并且第一电动机/发电机MG1包括固定至变速器壳体的第一定子ST1以及在第一定子ST1的径向内侧可旋转地放置的第一转子RT1。
第二电动机/发电机MG2充当电动机或发电机,并且第二电动机/发电机MG2包括固定至变速器壳体的第二定子ST2以及在第二定子ST2的径向内侧可旋转地放置的第二转子RT2。
此外,第一转子RT1与第一电动机轴MS1直接连接,而第二转子RT2与第二电动机轴MS2直接连接。第二电动机轴MS2为中空轴,并且第二电动机轴MS2可以围绕第一电动机轴MS1的外圆周放置且旋转不会受到干扰。第二输出齿轮OG2直接连接至第二电动机轴MS2。
另外,从第一输出齿轮OG1和第二输出齿轮OG2输出的旋转动力通过第一中间轴CS1和第二中间轴CS2而传递至包括差速器DIFF的最终减速机构FD,所述第一中间轴CS1和第二中间轴CS2以预定间隔与第一电动机轴MS1和第二电动机轴MS2平行放置。
第一中间轴CS1包括第一中间输入齿轮MIG1和第一中间输出齿轮MOG1,所述第一中间输入齿轮MIG1与第一输出齿轮OG1外啮合,而所述第一中间输出齿轮MOG1与最终减速机构FD的最终减速齿轮FG外啮合。
第二中间轴CS2包括第二中间输入齿轮MIG2和第二中间输出齿轮MOG2,所述第二中间输入齿轮MIG2与第二输出齿轮OG2外啮合,所述第二中间输出齿轮MOG2与第一中间输出齿轮MOG1外啮合。
因此,第一中间轴CS1将从行星齿轮组PG所传递的发动机ENG的旋转动力传递至包括差速器DIFF的最终减速机构FD的最终减速齿轮FG,而第二中间轴CS2将从第二电动机/发电机MG2所传递的旋转动力传递至包括差速器DIFF的最终减速机构FD的最终减速齿轮FG。
具有如上所述构造的根据本发明示例性实施方案的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统可以像典型的混合动力车辆的动力传动系统一样来驱动车辆。
图2为示出根据本发明示例性实施方案的行星齿轮组放置的状态的视图。
参考图2,在行星齿轮组PG的布置中,扭矩限制器TL放置在变速器壳体H与连接至行星齿轮架PC的单向离合器OWC之间,防止由于发动机的扭矩振动特性而造成超出允许扭矩的传动所引起的对单向离合器OWC的损害。
另外,行星齿轮架支撑轴承PCSB放置在行星齿轮架PC的径向内侧与变速器壳体H之间,并可旋转地支撑行星齿轮架PC。输入轴轴承ISB和内齿圈支撑轴承RSB放置在相同的轴线和相同的平面上,因此,通过利用内齿圈R的内侧而实现对旋转进行支撑的作用,并减小行星齿轮组的阻力和总体尺寸。
图3为示出根据本发明示例性实施方案的第一电动机/发电机和第一电动机轴连接的状态的视图。
参考图3,当将第一电动机轴MS1(其与行星齿轮组PG的太阳轮S整体地形成)连接至第一电动机/发电机MG1的时候,第一转子轴RTS1花键联接至第一电动机轴MS1的端部的外周围,然后将自锁螺母LN紧固并连接,并且将卡环SR紧固以防止自锁螺母LN的松动。
换言之,花键部分SP和螺纹部分NP分别形成于第一电动机轴MS1的末端部分的内侧和外侧的外圆周表面,并且第一转子轴RTS1形成为具有中空部分并具有形成于第一转子轴RTS1的末端部分的内径的花键部分SP。
因此,在第一转子轴RTS1与第一电动机轴MS1通过花键部分SP而彼此花键联接的状态下,第一转子轴RTS1与第一电动机轴MS1通过将自锁螺母LN穿过第一转子轴RTS1的中空部分而紧固至螺纹部分NP从而彼此紧固。
另外,卡环SR装配在形成于第一转子轴RTS1的中空部分中的内圆周表面的环形槽RG中,并轴向支撑自锁螺母NL的外侧。
因此,可以支撑太阳轮S的轴向力,并通过利用具有更大径向空隙的行星齿轮组PG的特性而省去太阳轮支撑轴承。
在本发明的示例性实施方案中,扭矩限制器TL放置在变速器壳体H与连接至行星齿轮组的行星齿轮架PC的单向离合器OWC之间,从而可以防止由于发动机的扭矩振动特性所引起的超出允许扭矩的传动而造成对单向离合器OWC的损害。
另外,行星齿轮架支撑轴承PCSB放置在行星齿轮架PC的径向内侧与变速器壳体H之间以支撑行星齿轮架PC,并且输入轴轴承ISB和内齿圈支撑轴承RSB放置在相同的轴线和相同的平面上使得内齿圈R的内侧得到支撑,因此,可以减小行星齿轮组PG的阻力和总体尺寸。
另外,当将第一电动机轴MS1(其与行星齿轮组PG的太阳轮S整体地连接)连接至第一电动机/发电机MG1的时候,第一电动机/发电机MG1的第一转子轴RTS1花键联接至第一电动机轴MS1的端部的外圆周,然后将自锁螺母紧固并连接,因此,可以支撑太阳轮S的轴向力,并通过利用具有更大径向空隙的行星齿轮组PG的特性而省去太阳轮支撑轴承。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,其包括发动机、行星齿轮组,以及第一电动机/发电机和第二电动机/发电机,所述发动机为主要动力源,所述第一电动机/发电机和第二电动机/发电机为辅助动力源,所述动力传动系统通过独立的路径而将发动机的旋转动力和第二电动机/发电机的旋转动力分别传递至最终减速齿轮,所述最终减速齿轮包括差速器,其中,
行星齿轮组的太阳轮通过第一电动机轴而与第一电动机/发电机直接连接并能够与变速器壳体选择性地连接,行星齿轮架与发动机的输入轴直接连接并与变速器壳体连接,单向离合器和扭矩限制器放置在行星齿轮架与变速器壳体之间,内齿圈与第一输出齿轮直接连接并通过第一中间轴而与最终减速齿轮连接,并且
第二电动机/发电机通过第二电动机轴而与第二输出齿轮直接连接并通过第二中间轴而与最终减速齿轮连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,其中,行星齿轮组为单小行星齿轮组。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,其中,扭矩限制器放置在变速器壳体与连接至行星齿轮架的单向离合器之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,其中,行星齿轮架支撑轴承放置在行星齿轮架的径向内侧与变速器壳体之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,其中,用于支撑输入轴的输入轴轴承和用于支撑内齿圈的内齿圈支撑轴承放置在相同的轴线和相同的平面上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,其中,在第一电动机轴与第一转子轴彼此花键联接的状态下,第一电动机轴与第一电动机/发电机的第一转子轴通过紧固自锁螺母而连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,其中,花键部分和螺纹部分形成于第一电动机轴的末端部分的外圆周表面上,第一转子轴形成为具有中空部分并具有形成于第一转子轴的末端部分的内径的花键部分,并且在第一转子轴与第一电动机轴通过花键部分而花键联接的状态下,第一电动机轴和第一转子轴通过将自锁螺母穿过第一转子轴的中空部分而紧固至螺纹部分从而彼此连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,其中,在所述自锁螺母的外部将卡环安装于形成在第一转子轴的内圆周表面中的环形槽中,以防止自锁螺母松动。
