技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力车辆的传动系统。更具体来说,本发明涉及可以实现电动车辆(EV)模式、动力分配模式以及超速传动(OD)模式的混合动力车辆的传动系统。
背景技术
通常,混合动力车辆是有效地使用两种不同动力源的车辆。
该混合动力车辆通常使用发动机和电动机/发电机。低速状态下,混合动力车辆使用具有相对较好的低速扭矩特性的电动机/发电机作为主动力源,并且在高速状态下,混合动力车辆使用具有相对较好的高速扭矩特性的发动机作为主动力源。
由于混合动力车辆在低速范围下停止使用矿物燃料的发动机的操作并且使用电动机/发电机,所以可以改善燃料消耗状况并且可以减少废气排放。
混合动力车辆的动力传动系统分为单模式类型和多模式类型。
根据单模式类型,扭矩传递装置(诸如用于换挡控制的离合器和制动器)并非是必需的,但是,高速范围下效率降低导致燃料消耗较高,并且需要将额外的扭矩倍增设备应用到大型车辆中。
由于多模式类型在高速范围下具有高效率并且能够自主地倍增扭矩,所以可以将多模式类型应用到全尺寸车辆中。
因此,多模式类型替代单模式类型被应用为混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,并且也处于不断的研发中。
多模式类型的动力传动系统包括多个行星齿轮组、作为一个电动机和/或一个发电机操作的多个电动机/发电机、控制行星齿轮组的旋转元件的多个扭矩传递装置以及用作电动机/发电机的动力源的电池。
多模式类型的动力传动系统取决于行星齿轮组、电动机/发电机以及扭矩传递装置的连接而具有不同的操作机构。
此外,多模式类型的动力传动系统取决于行星齿轮组、电动机/发电机以及扭矩传递装置的连接而具有不同的特性,例如耐久性、动力传递效率以及尺寸。因此,用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统的连接结构的设计也处于不断的研发中,以实现没有功率损耗的坚固且紧凑的动力传动系统。
公开于本发明背景部分的信息仅仅旨在增加对本发明的总体背景的理解,而不应当被视为承认或以任何形式暗示该信息构成已为本领域一般技术人员所公知的现有技术。
发明内容
本发明的各个方面旨在提供具有以下优点的混合动力车辆的传动系统:通过经由一个轴承旋转地支撑行星齿轮组的太阳轮和连接到变速器壳体上的第一电动机/发电机的转子的毂,并且经由一个轴承旋转地支撑行星齿轮组的齿圈和变速器壳体上的空心轴,从而实现紧凑设计。
此外,本发明的各个方面旨在提供具有以下进一步优点的混合动力车辆的传动系统:通过穿过毂的内圆周将轴承安装在连接到第一电动机/发电机的转子的毂与形成在后盖内表面上的固定端之间来缩短变速器壳体的长度。
此外,本发明的各个方面旨在提供一种混合动力车辆的传动系统,其能够通过在具有较大惯性的外轴上安装停车齿轮来减小停车冲击。
此外,本发明的各个方面旨在提供混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中用于收集搅动油(churning oil)的油槽安装在第一和第二输出齿轮的上方,所述第一和第二输出齿轮安装在第二电动机/发电机与发动机之间。因此,当车辆在EV模式下行驶时,冷却油可以较为容易地供应到第二电动机/发电机。

第一电动机/发电机可以由插入在连接到第一电动机/发电机的转子的毂的内圆周的一个末端部分与形成在后盖内表面上的固定端的外圆周之间的第四轴承旋转地支撑,并且第一轴承可以插入在毂外圆周的另一个末端部分与变速器壳体之间。
第一、第二和第四轴承中的每一个都可以是滚珠轴承,并且第三轴承可以是止推轴承。
旋转限制构件可以是单向离合器、双向离合器或制动器。
传动系统可以进一步包括安装在第一输出齿轮与第二输出齿轮之间并且连接到外轴的停车齿轮。
可以在外轴上安装用于将停车齿轮在轴向方向上固定的卡环以及用于防止卡环脱离的固定环。
第二输出齿轮可以花键联接到空心轴的前端部分,并且第五轴承可以插入在第二输出齿轮的延长部分的外圆周与变速器壳体之间。
连接到第二电动机/发电机的转子的毂可以花键联接到外轴上,并且可以在外轴上安装用于将毂在轴向方向上固定的卡环和用于防止卡环脱离的固定环。
制动器可以安装在后盖与连接到第一电动机/发电机的转子的毂之间。
用于收集搅动油的油槽可以安装在变速器壳体中的第一输出齿轮和第二输出齿轮的上方。
润滑管可以安装在输入轴与形成在后盖的内表面上的固定端之间。
润滑管的一端可以固定地插入在固定端的油路中,并且润滑管的另一端可以插入在输入轴的油路中,并在所述润滑管的所述另一端和所述输入轴的所述油路之间形成间隙。

参照图1,根据本发明各个实施例的混合动力车辆的传动系统根据车辆的行驶状态改变发动机Eng以及第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩,并且通过第一输出齿轮OG1和第二输出齿轮OG2输出改变的扭矩。
传动系统包括第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2、行星齿轮组PS、第一输出齿轮OG1和第二输出齿轮OG2、制动器BK、旋转限制构件(OWC、TWC或制动器)以及减速单元CGU。
第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2各自是独立的动力源,并且作为电动机或发动机运行。
第一电动机/发电机MG1直接连接到行星齿轮组PS的太阳轮S,以作为用于通过太阳轮S将扭矩供应到行星齿轮组PS的电动机运行。
第二电动机/发电机MG2通过外轴MS2直接连接到第一输出齿轮OG1,以作为用于将扭矩供应到第一输出齿轮OG1的电动机运行。
为此目的,第一电动机/发电机MG1的定子和第二电动机/发电机MG2的定子分别固定到变速器壳体H上,并且第一电动机/发电机MG1的转子和第二电动机/发电机MG2的转子分别连接到行星齿轮组PS的太阳轮和第一输出齿轮OG1。
第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2以及行星齿轮组PS安装于输入轴IS上。
此时,第一输出齿轮OG1作为输出第二电动机/发电机的扭矩的输出齿轮运行,并且第二输出齿轮OG2作为输出通过行星齿轮组PS接收的发动机Eng和第一电动机/发电机的扭矩的输出齿轮运行。
此外,制动器BK可以是常规的多片式摩擦元件。在本发明的各个实施例中,单向离合器OWC用作旋转限制构件,但是并不限于此。双向离合器TWC或制动器可以用作旋转限制构件。

行星齿轮组PS可以是单个小齿轮的行星齿轮组,并且包括作为其旋转元件的太阳轮S、旋转地支撑与太阳轮S外部啮合的小齿轮P的行星齿轮架PC和与小齿轮P内部啮合的齿圈R。
太阳轮S直接连接到第一电动机/发电机MG1,并且选择性地固定到变速器壳体H,行星齿轮架PC直接连接到输入轴IS,并且齿圈R作为输出元件运行。
第一电动机/发电机MG1作为与行星齿轮组PS的太阳轮S相连接并且驱动太阳轮S的电动机运行。
第二电动机/发电机MG2连接到第一输出齿轮OG1,并且将扭矩传送到第一输出齿轮OG1。
制动器BK在超速传动(OD)下运行,并且设置在行星齿轮组PS的太阳轮S与变速器壳体H之间。制动器BK选择性地将太阳轮S与变速器壳体H相连接,以使太阳轮S选择性地作为固定元件运行。
单向离合器OWC安装在输入轴IS与变速器壳体H之间,并且使得输入轴IS仅在一个方向上旋转。
此外,行星齿轮组PS的齿圈R通过空心轴MS1直接连接到第二输出齿轮OG2,这样使得发动机Eng和/或第一电动机/发电机MG1的扭矩被输入到第二输出齿轮OG2。
此外,第一输出齿轮OG1和第二输出齿轮OG2的旋转速度由减速单元CGU减小,并且减小的旋转速度被传输到差速器装置DIFF的最终减速齿轮(final reduction gear)FG。
减速单元CGU包括布置在输入轴IS与差速器装置DIFF之间并且与输入轴IS平行的第一中间轴CS1和第二中间轴CS2。
第一中间齿轮CG1固定地安装在第一中间轴CS1的一个末端部分上,并与第一输出齿轮OG1啮合,并且第二中间齿轮CG2固定地安装在第二中间轴CS2上,并与第二输出齿轮OG2啮合。
此外,第一传动齿轮DG1和第二传动齿轮DG2固定地安装在第一中间轴CS1和第二中间轴CS2的另一个末端部分上,并且分别与差速器装置DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG啮合。
此时,由于第一中间齿轮CG1和第二中间齿轮CG2的直径大于第一传动齿轮DG1和第二传动齿轮DG2的直径,所以减速单元CGU降低第一输出齿轮OG1和第二输出齿轮OG2的旋转速度,并且将降低的旋转速度传输到最终减速齿轮FG。
混合动力车辆的传动系统可以实现EV模式、动力分配模式以及OD模式
单向离合器OWC在EV模式下运行,制动器BK在OD模式下运行,并且单向离合器OWC和制动器BK均不在动力分配模式下运行,所述动力分配模式下在城市驾驶中使用频繁。
输入轴IS可以通过单向离合器OWC的操作而仅在一个方向上旋转,并且发动机Eng在EV模式下被维持在停止状态。
第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2同时运行,并且第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩在EV模式下被传输到差速器装置DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG。
也就是说,第一电动机/发电机MG1的扭矩通过行星齿轮组PS输出到第二输出齿轮OG2而作为反向旋转速度,并且第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩在旋转速度未改变的情况下输出到第一输出齿轮OG1。因此,可以通过第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2的速度控制来实现电动连续可变传动(electric continuously variabletransmission)。
此时,第一电动机/发电机MG1的扭矩通过行星齿轮组PS、第二输出齿轮OG2、第二中间齿轮CG2和第二传动齿轮DG2传输到差速器装置DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG,并且第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩通过第一输出齿轮OG1、第一中间齿轮CG1和第一传动齿轮DG1传输到差速器装置DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG。
动力分配模式是在城市驾驶中使用的模式。制动器BK和单向离合器OWC都不在动力分配模式下运行。
发动机Eng与第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2同时运行,这样使得发动机Eng与第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩在动力分配模式下被传输到差速器装置DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG。
也就是说,在通过输入轴IS输入到行星齿轮组PS的行星齿轮架PC之后,发动机Eng的扭矩作为主动力通过齿圈R传输到第二输出齿轮OG2,并且第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩作为辅助动力传输到第一输出齿轮OG1。
此外,如果第一电动机/发电机MG1的扭矩输入到行星齿轮组PS的太阳轮S,则太阳轮S作为响应元件(reaction element)运行,并且发动机Eng的扭矩通过行星齿轮架PC输出。
在换档中并不直接涉及行星齿轮组PS,并且在动力分配模式下可以通过第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2的速度控制来实现电动连续可变传动。
输入到第一输出齿轮OG1和第二输出齿轮OG2的发动机Eng的扭矩和第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩通过第一中间齿轮CG1和第二中间齿轮CG2以及第一传动齿轮DG1和第二传动齿轮DG2传输到差速器装置DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG。
此外,在OD模式下,发动机Eng的扭矩被用作主动力,并且第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩被用作辅助动力。
在OD模式下,发动机Eng的扭矩通过输入轴IS输入到行星齿轮组PS的行星齿轮架PC。在此状况下,由于太阳轮S通过制动器BK的操作作为固定元件运行,所以输入轴IS的旋转速度增加,并且增加的旋转速度通过齿圈R传输到第二输出齿轮OG2。同时,第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩被传输到第一输出齿轮OG1。
在换档中并不直接涉及行星齿轮组PS,并且在OD模式下可以通过经由输入轴IS和行星齿轮组PS传输到第二输出齿轮OG2的发动机Eng的扭矩和传输到第一输出齿轮OG1的第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩来实现电动连续可变传动。
输入到第一输出齿轮OG1和第二输出齿轮OG2的发动机Eng的扭矩和第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩通过第一中间齿轮CG1和第二中间齿轮CG2以及第一传动齿轮DG1和第二传动齿轮DG2传输到差速器装置DIFF的最终减速齿轮FG。
因此,发动机Eng以及第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2都可以产生驱动扭矩,并且可以通过第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2的速度控制来连续地改变传动比。因此,可以提高燃料经济性。
下文将更详细地描述混合动力车辆的传动系统。
图2是根据本发明各个实施例的混合动力车辆的传动系统的横截面图,并且图3和图4分别是图2中的A部分和B部分的放大横截面图。
参照图2,第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2、行星齿轮组PS、用于第二电动机/发电机MG2的第一输出齿轮OG1、用于发动机Eng的第二输出齿轮OG2、用于超速传动(OD)的制动器BK以及单向离合器OWC安装在输入轴IS的轴线上,发动机Eng的扭矩在根据本发明各个实施例的混合动力车辆的传动系统中输入到该输入轴IS中。
此时,单向离合器OWC、第二输出齿轮OG2、第一输出齿轮OG1、第二电动机/发电机MG2、行星齿轮组PS、第一电动机/发电机MG1以及制动器BK在输入轴IS的轴线上从发动机Eng到后部顺序地安装。
此外,用于将发动机Eng的扭矩或第一电动机/发电机MG1的扭矩传送到第二输出齿轮OG2的空心轴MS1与输入轴IS同心地安装在输入轴IS的径向外部,并且用于将第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩传送到第一输出齿轮OG1的外轴(outer shaft)MS2安装在空心轴MS1的径向外部。
此时,参照图3,行星齿轮组PS的太阳轮S花键联接到连接至第一电动机/发电机MG1的转子RT1的毂13,并且太阳轮S和毂13通过第一轴承B1旋转地支撑在变速器壳体H上。
此外,行星齿轮组PS的齿圈R经由连接构件17连接到通过第二轴承B2旋转地支撑在变速器壳体H上的空心轴MS1。
此外,第三轴承B3分别安装在行星齿轮组PS的行星齿轮架PC的一个表面与太阳轮S之间以及行星齿轮架PC的另一个表面与空心轴MS1的延长端19之间,以旋转地支撑行星齿轮架PC。
此外,第四轴承B4插入在连接到第一电动机/发电机MG1的转子RT1的毂13内圆周的一个末端部分与形成在连接到变速器壳体H的后端部分的后盖RC的内表面上的固定端11外圆周之间,并且第一轴承B1插入在毂13外圆周的另一个末端部分与变速器壳体H之间。因此,转子RT1被旋转地支撑。
也就是说,由于安装在连接到第一电动机/发电机MG1的转子RT1的毂13与形成在后盖RC内表面上的固定端11之间的第四轴承B4插入到毂13的内圆周中,所以可以缩短变速器壳体H的长度。
本文中,第一轴承B1、第二轴承B2和第四轴承B4中的每一个是滚珠轴承,并且第三轴承B3是止推轴承。此外,后盖RC安装在变速器壳体H的后端部分上。
参照图4,停车齿轮PG安装在第一输出齿轮OG1与第二输出齿轮OG2之间并且花键联接到外轴MS2。
也就是说,由于停车齿轮PG连接到具有较大惯性的外轴MS2,所以可以减少停车影响。
此外,在轴向方向上连接到外轴MS2的停车齿轮PG的移动受安装在外轴MS2上的卡环SR1限制,并且卡环SR1通过轴向方向和径向方向上的固定环LR1固定到外轴MS2上,这样防止了卡环SR1在高速旋转时脱落。
此外,第二输出齿轮OG2花键联接到空心轴MS1的前端部分,第五轴承B5插入在朝向第二输出齿轮OG2的前部延伸的延长端21的外圆周与变速器壳体H之间,以使得第二输出齿轮OG2旋转地支撑在变速器壳体H上。
参照图3,连接到第二电动机/发电机MG2的转子RT2的毂15花键联接到外轴MS2,并且毂15的移动在轴向方向上受到卡环SR2限制。此外,卡环SR2通过固定环LR2在轴向方向和径向方向上固定到外轴MS2。因此,防止了卡环SR2在高速旋转时脱离。
此外,制动器BK安装在连接到变速器壳体H的后端部分的后盖RC与连接到第一电动机/发电机MG1的转子RT1的毂13之间。此时,制动器BK的活塞23被安装成面对后盖RC。
参照图2,用于收集搅动油的油槽TK在第二电动机/发电机MG2与发动机Eng之间安装在变速器壳体H中的第一输出齿轮OG1和第二输出齿轮OG2上方。因此,可以有效地利用变速器壳体H中的空间,并且冷却油可以较为容易地供应到第二电动机/发电机MG2。
此外,润滑管25安装在输入轴IS与形成在后盖RC上的固定端11之间。润滑管25的一端固定地插入在固定端11的油路L中,并且润滑管25的另一端插入在输入轴IS的油路L中,并在所述润滑管25的所述另一端和所述输入轴IS的所述油路L之间形成间隙。因此,润滑管25将润滑油朝向行星齿轮组PS引导。
根据本发明的各个实施例,与第一电动机/发电机和空心轴一起安装在输入轴IS上的行星齿轮组的太阳轮和齿圈分别通过轴承旋转地支撑在变速器壳体上,可以减少部件数量,并且可以实现传动系统的紧凑设计。
由于用于第一电动机/发电机的轴承插入在连接到第一电动机/发电机的转子的毂内径中,所以可以缩短变速器壳体的长度。
由于停车齿轮连接到具有较大惯性的外轴MS2上,所以可以减少停车冲击。
此外,由于用于收集搅动油的油槽安装在第一和第二输出齿轮上方,所以当车辆在EV模式下行驶时,冷却液可以较为容易地供应到第二电动机/发电机MG2。
为了方便解释和精确限定所附权利要求,术语“上”、“下”、“内”和“外”是用于参考图中显示的特征的位置来描述示例性实施方式的这些特征。

Claims (13)

1.一种混合动力车辆的传动系统,其特征在于,其包括:
第一电动机/发电机和第二电动机/发电机;
行星齿轮组;
第一输出齿轮和第二输出齿轮;
制动器;
旋转限制构件,位于变速器壳体中的接收发动机扭矩的输入轴的轴线上;以及
空心轴、外轴和后盖,所述空心轴安装于所述输入轴的径向外部并且适配成将所述发动机的所述扭矩或所述第一电动机/发电机的扭矩传送到所述第二输出齿轮,所述外轴安装在所述空心轴的径向外部并且适配成将所述第二电动机/发电机的扭矩传送到所述第一输出齿轮,所述后盖联接到所述变速器壳体的后端部分,
其中所述行星齿轮组包括作为其旋转元件的太阳轮、行星齿轮架以及齿圈,以及
其中所述太阳轮在花键联接到连接至所述第一电动机/发电机的转子的毂的状态下,经由第一轴承旋转地支撑在所述变速器壳体上,所述齿圈通过经由第二轴承旋转地支撑在所述变速器壳体上的所述空心轴连接到连接构件,并且所述行星齿轮架由分别安装在所述行星齿轮架与所述太阳轮之间以及所述行星齿轮架与所述空心轴的延长端之间的第三轴承旋转地支撑。
2.如权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中所述旋转限制构件、所述第二输出齿轮、所述第一输出齿轮、所述第二电动机/发电机、所述行星齿轮组、所述第一电动机/发电机以及所述制动器从发动机侧到变速器壳体的后部顺序地安装。
3.如权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中所述第一电动机/发电机由插入在连接到所述第一电动机/发电机的转子的毂的内圆周的一个末端部分与形成在所述后盖的内表面上的固定端的外圆周之间的第四轴承旋转地支撑,并且所述第一轴承插入在所述毂的外圆周的另一个末端部分与所述变速器壳体之间。
4.如权利要求3所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中所述第一轴承、第二轴承和第四轴承中的每一个均为滚珠轴承,并且所述第三轴承是止推轴承。
5.如权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中所述旋转限制构件是单向离合器、双向离合器或制动器。
6.如权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其进一步包括安装在所述第一输出齿轮与所述第二输出齿轮之间并且连接到所述外轴的停车齿轮。
7.如权利要求6所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中在所述外轴上安装用于将所述停车齿轮在轴向方向上固定的卡环和用于防止所述卡环脱离的固定环。
8.如权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中所述第二输出齿轮花键联接到所述空心轴的前端部分,并且第五轴承插入在所述第二输出齿轮的延长部分的外圆周与所述变速器壳体之间。
9.如权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中连接到所述第二电动机/发电机的转子的毂花键联接到所述外轴,并且在所述外轴上安装用于将所述毂在轴向方向上固定的卡环和用于防止所述卡环脱离的固定环。
10.如权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中所述制动器安装在所述后盖与连接到所述第一电动机/发电机的所述转子的所述毂之间。
11.如权利要求2所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中用于收集搅动油的油槽安装在所述变速器壳体中的所述第一输出齿轮和第二输出齿轮上方。
12.如权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中润滑管安装在所述输入轴与形成在所述后盖的内表面上的固定端之间。
13.如权利要求12所述的混合动力车辆的传动系统,其中所述润滑管的一端固定地插入在所述固定端的油路中,并且所述润滑管的另一端插入在所述输入轴的油路中,并在所述润滑管的所述另一端和所述输入轴的所述油路之间形成间隙。
