Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于混合动力车的动力传输装置。更特别地,本发明涉及一种能够减小发动机振动、促进发动机离合器控制并提供适合于大规模生产的组装配置(package layout)的用于混合动力车的动力传输装置。
背景技术
通常,用于混合动力车的动力传输装置具有这样的配置:自动变速器、电机、发动机和集成启动发电机(ISG)被排成一行。
在以协作的方式使用发动机和电机的混合动力车中,在低RPM下具有高效率的电机被用于初始加速。当车辆达到预定速度时,发电机(即,ISG)启动发动机,并且同时使用发动机和电机的输出。
此时,为了整体地使用发动机的输出和电机的输出,车辆具有这样的结构:每个输出均被连接至自动变速器的行星齿轮的一个组件。
即,发动机被连接至行星齿轮的托架,ISG被连接至行星齿轮的中心齿轮,并且电机被连接至环形齿轮。
因此,发动机的转动动力在自动变速器的行星齿轮中被调节至适当速度,然后被传递至驱动轴,并且最终通过推进轴传递至驱动轮。

1.一种用于混合动力车的动力传输装置,其中具有输入轴的自动变速器、电机、扭振减震器和具有输出轴的发动机被排成一行,所述输出轴被连接至所述发动机的曲轴,所述动力传输装置包括:
电机支撑轴,其外端由电机转子支撑,内端朝向所述发动机的所述输出轴和所述自动变速器的所述输入轴之间的边界延伸;
电机壳体,其被布置成围绕所述电机转子的外周和左侧表面;
发动机离合器,其被布置在所述电机壳体的左侧端和所述电机支撑轴的内端的左侧表面之间,以在所述发动机的所述输出轴和所述自动变速器的所述输入轴之间提供动力传输;
电机盖壳体,其被布置成覆盖所述电机转子的右侧表面和所述电机支撑轴的内端的右侧表面,并且所述电机盖壳体在其右侧表面上包括凹部;以及
扭振减震器,其被安置在所述电机盖壳体的所述凹部中以与所述电机转子隔开。
2.如权利要求1所述的动力传输装置,其中用于支撑所述电机支撑轴的转动的支撑轴承被安装在所述电机支撑轴的内端和所述电机盖壳体的内端之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的动力传输装置,其中电机位置传感器被安装在所述电机盖壳体的内端的左侧表面上,同时与所述电机支撑轴的右侧表面相邻。
4.如权利要求1所述的动力传输装置,其中所述电机支撑轴的内端一体地形成在与所述电机转子接合的所述电机支撑轴的外端的中央位置。
5.如权利要求1所述的动力传输装置,其中所述扭振减震器在其外周上包括用于衰减所述发动机的扭转振动的扭簧。
6.如权利要求1所述的动力传输装置,其中所述扭振减震器的一部分被布置成与所述曲轴的顶部重叠。
