现在参见附图,其中出于仅显示些示例性实施例的目的而不出于限制本发明的目的显示了附图,图1示意性地示出了陆地车辆10的仰视图,车辆包括第一和第二驱动系统,其产生和传递牵引扭矩,其根据本发明的实施例配置。驱动系统被限定为一组相互作用元件,其产生和传递牵引扭矩,以实现车辆推进,且优选包括扭矩装置(一个或多个),例如发动机和/或马达扭矩,使得扭矩和速度倍增和分流(split)的元件、旋转构件和陆地车轮组件。分别参照纵向和横向轴线32、34显示陆地车辆10,车辆包括第一驱动系统,所述第一驱动系统包括在前部车辆位置联接到变速器12的纵向安装的内燃发动机(发动机)11,变速器12通过驱动轴和差速器齿轮14经由后部车轴联接到后部车辆车轮19。陆地车辆10包括第二驱动系统25,所述第二驱动系统包括第一高压电功率(electrically-powered)电动机/发电机(马达)40,且产生扭矩,扭矩可通过整合的减速-差速器齿轮组(reduction-differentialgearset)70而被传递到第一和第二前车轮16、18。在一个实施例中,发动机11通过传动带驱动机构22联接到第二高压电功率电动机/发电机(马达)20,以实现自动停止和自动起动发动机的操作。在一个实施例中(未示出)中,第一马达40联接到整合的减速差速器齿轮组70,以产生可被传递到第一和第二前车轮16、18的扭矩,且第一马达40联接到传动带驱动机构22,以实现自动停止和自动起动发动机的操作。
逆变器24将来自高压电能量存储装置26的电功率进行电气转变,以在采用第一马达40和第二马达20时为它们提供电力。在一个实施例中,第二驱动系统25提供用于陆地车辆10的补充牵引扭矩,其提供全轮驱动(AWD)能力和油电混合动力操作,包括提供加速扭矩和再生制动扭矩。通过第一马达40描述第二驱动系统25,所述第一马达被配置为电功率电动机/发电机,但是应理解,其他合适的非燃烧式扭矩机器可以在本发明的范围内用于实现相似的效果,例如包括液压扭矩机器和气动扭矩机器。
图2示意性地显示了向后看时的陆地车辆100的前部部分的截面图,在前车轴位置处在经过纵向安装的发动机120的垂直取向上进行剖开。垂直和横向轴线102和104分别被显示,陆地车辆100的第一侧106和相反的第二侧108也被分别显示。用于提供牵引扭矩到陆地车辆100的驱动系统125的元件被显示,其中驱动系统125类似于图1所示的第二驱动系统25。驱动系统125包括高压电功率电动机/发电机(马达)140,其经由整合的齿轮组170(使用如在本文所述的多个旋转构件)分别可旋转地联接到第一和第二车轮组件117和119。马达140、整合的齿轮组170和第一和第二车轮组件117和119以沿同轴轴线(inlineaxis)114的直列式构造共轴布置,所述轴线平行于陆地车辆100的横向轴线104。
发动机120是多缸体纵向安装内燃发动机,汽缸布置为直列式构造,但本发明不限于此。发动机120包括牢固地附接到发动机缸体下面的油盘124,以保持润滑油,为发动机油泵提供槽,且提供对发动机120的旋转曲轴的机械覆盖。油盘124包括第一垂直侧126和第二垂直侧128,其中马达140定位为邻近第一垂直侧126,且整合的齿轮组170定位为邻近第二垂直侧128。油盘124包括圆柱形中空管122,其具有与同轴轴线114共轴的纵向轴线。中空管122被制造为从第一垂直侧126经过油盘124达到第二垂直侧128,且配置为容纳可旋转扭矩传递构件,其包括与第一差速车轴(differentialaxleshaft)118同中心的管状中间马达构件148,其每一个具有与同轴轴线114共轴的旋转轴线。油盘124的其他特征在本文描述。
马达140是任何合适的电功率多相机器,其能进行马达和发电机的操作,例如包括感应马达、同步马达、或永磁体马达。替换地,马达140是液压功率的扭矩机器或气动功率的扭矩及其中之一。马达140包括保持在壳体145中的定子144和转子142。转子142联接到管状马达构件146且二者具有与同轴轴线114共轴的旋转轴线。在一个实施例中,壳体145为组装的蚌壳构造,具有内侧发动机侧部分143和外侧车轮侧部分147。在一个实施例中,用于马达140的壳体145的内侧部分143被制造在油盘124的第一垂直侧126上。壳体145的外侧车轮侧部分147优选并入结构凸耳149,其机械地联接到动力传动系安装件141的支撑支架。凸耳149在结构上支撑马达140的至少一部分,以对通过油盘124提供的结构支撑进行补足,以承载反作用载荷和马达本体力的至少一部分。在一个实施例中,动力传动系安装件141从发动机缸体水平地延伸且在其末端上被支撑到框架支撑元件。
在一个实施例中,整合的齿轮组170组装在位于油盘124的第二垂直侧128的齿轮箱壳体172中,所述齿轮箱壳体包括布置在蚌壳构造中的内侧元件171和外侧元件174。整合齿轮组包括使用联合承载器组件175联接到差速器齿轮组190的减速齿轮组180。在一个实施例中,壳体172的内侧部分171通过整合铸造或另一合适制造方法制造在油盘124的第二垂直侧128上。将壳体172的内侧部分171制造在油盘124的第二垂直侧128上不需要使用分开的零件和相关的密封件,且减少整合齿轮组170的总轴向长度。
减速齿轮组180优选采用行星齿轮减速构造,以降低旋转速度且相应地增加扭矩输出,扭矩输出通过联合承载器组件175传递到差速器齿轮组190。差速器齿轮组190将扭矩输出分开并传递到第一和第二差速车轴构件116、118。参考图3描述整合齿轮组170的一个实施例的细节。
减速齿轮组180的太阳齿轮182安装在管状构件112上,且二者经由配合花键或其他合适联接机构可旋转地联接到中间马达构件148。
差速器齿轮组190的第一太阳齿轮192可旋转地联接到第一差速车轴构件116,其与管状构件112和中间马达构件148共轴且经过它们,以与第一车轮组件117联接,以向其传递扭矩。差速器齿轮组190的第二太阳齿轮194可旋转地联接到第二差速车轴构件118,其与第一差速车轴构件116、管状构件112和中间马达构件148共轴,且联接到第二车轮组件119,以向其传递扭矩。
用于中间马达构件148的花键联接允许其在减速齿轮组180的太阳齿轮182和管状马达构件146之间轴向浮动。该构造有助于对马达140和整合齿轮组170进行分开的组装处理,且沿同轴轴线114允许公差匹配于各种元件。转子142被轴承支撑,所述轴承与用于减速齿轮组180的太阳齿轮182的轴承独立。中间马达构件148制造为具有凸花键,其接合减速齿轮组180的太阳齿轮182,由此使得通过油盘124制造的中空管122的所需直径最小化。
在一个替换实施例中,驱动系统配置为包括高压电功率电动机/发电机(马达),其经由差速器齿轮组和减速齿轮组可旋转地联接到第一和第二车轮组件,所有部件沿同轴轴线以直列式构造同轴布置,所述同轴轴线平行于陆地车辆的横向轴线。在该实施例中,马达和减速齿轮组安装在纵向安装的内燃发动机的油盘的第一垂直侧上,差速器齿轮组安装在油盘的第二侧上。油盘包括圆柱形中空管,其具有与同轴轴线共轴的纵向轴线,可旋转地联接各种元件的多个共轴旋转构件经过该同轴轴线。
图3示针对水平轴线204和垂直轴线202意性地显示了整合的扭矩传递齿轮组210的实施例的二维横截面视图。在布置于陆地车辆上时,水平轴线204对应于横向或侧向方向且垂直轴线202对应于高度方向。显示为平行于水平轴线204的中线214限定用于整合扭矩传递齿轮组210的元件的旋转轴线,且垂直轴线202显示了相对于中线214的径向方向。整合的扭矩传递齿轮组210分别可旋转地联接到输入构件212以及第一和第二输出构件216和218。输入构件212以及第一和第二输出构件216、218优选共轴。输入构件212对应于参考图2所述的管状构件112,且第一和第二输出构件216、218分别对应于第一和第二差速车轴构件116、118,如参考图2所述的。整合的扭矩传递齿轮组210包括整合的齿轮组件211,所述整合的齿轮组件啮合地接合固定环形环齿轮230,所述固定环形环齿轮牢固地安装到壳体280。整合齿轮组件211包括组装到联合承载器组件(conjoinedcarrierassembly)260且与之旋转联接的差速器齿轮组件240和减速齿轮组件220,所述联合承载器组件包括第一承载器元件262和共轴的第二承载器元件266。
减速齿轮组件220包括与多个阶梯小齿轮224啮合接合的第一太阳齿轮222,所述阶梯小齿轮与环齿轮230啮合接合。第一太阳齿轮222与输入构件212共轴且与之可旋转地联接。第一太阳齿轮222在结构上被支撑在联合承载器组件260,以改善齿轮在其中的排布和降低相对速度和相关的旋转损失。
阶梯小齿轮224每一个包括与第二齿轮元件228共轴且与之可旋转地联接的第一齿轮元件226,且使用车轴和相应车轴安装件可旋转地组装在第一承载器元件262上。第一齿轮元件226啮合接合第一太阳齿轮222。第二齿轮元件228啮合接合环齿轮230。差速器齿轮组件240分别包括第三和第四独立旋转小齿轮244、254,所述小齿轮分别与相应的第二和第三太阳齿轮242、252啮合接合。第二和第三太阳齿轮242、252优选是可互换的。第三和第四小齿轮齿轮244、254优选是可互换的。使用车轴和相应车轴安装件在第一承载器元件262和第二承载器元件266之间将第三小齿轮244组装在联合承载器组件260上。使用车轴和相应车轴安装件将第四小齿轮254组装在联合承载器组件260的第二承载器元件266上。使用轴承292将联合承载器组件260的第一承载器元件262可旋转地安装到壳体280中且被支撑在壳体280中。使用轴承294将联合承载器组件260的第二承载器元件266可旋转地安装到壳体280中且被支撑在壳体280中。差速器齿轮组240的第四小齿轮254沿水平轴线204与差速器齿轮组240的第三小齿轮244轴向重叠,由此降低轴向长度,在255显示了轴向重叠。差速器齿轮组的第三小齿轮244与减速齿轮组220的阶梯小齿轮224的第二齿轮元件228轴向重叠,在257显示了轴向重叠。
第一输出构件216牢固地联接到第三太阳齿轮242且与之旋转,且第二输出构件218牢固地联接到第四太阳齿轮252且与之旋转。第二输出构件218的内侧端部形成为具有中空孔眼部分219,轴承217插入该中空孔眼部分。第一输出构件216的内侧端部形成为具有突出部分215,其插入第二输出构件218的中空孔眼部分219的轴承217中且在其中自由地旋转。该结构允许第一输出构件216机械地支撑第二输出构件218,由此在横向方向上允许整合的扭矩传递齿轮组210的轴向长度减少。
图4示意性地显示了第二驱动系统125的实施例的等轴视图,其用于将牵引扭矩提供到陆地车辆,包括高压电功率电动机/发电机(马达)140,圆柱形中空管122制造为经过油盘(未示出)和整合齿轮组170。马达140的壳体145的外侧车轮侧部分并入结构凸耳149,所述结构凸耳机械地联接到发动机120的安装件的支撑支架(如图2所示)。凸耳149在结构上支撑马达140的至少一部分,以对通过油盘提供的结构支撑进行补足,以承载反作用载荷和马达本体力的至少一部分。由此,马达140的外侧端部实体连接到动力传动系安装件,由此将从电动机壳体经过至油盘、至发动机缸体、至安装件的结构路径短路连接(shortcircuiting),且减少对用于机械地支撑马达140的这些部件的增加结构完整性的需要。第一和第二差速车轴构件116、118在马达140以及第一和第二车轮组件(未示出)之间传递扭矩。
第二驱动系统的前述描述有助于在前部发动机舱隔间封装电驱动单元或其他非燃烧式驱动单元,其中,所述隔间采用油盘-车轴结构(同中心的一些轴穿过发动机油盘)、整合齿轮组包括用于将减速齿轮组联接到差速器齿轮组的联合承载器组件、紧凑轴轴承结构包括在承载器组件中的内车轴衬套和太阳轴轴承、和将用于马达的内侧壳体和/或整合齿轮组整合到油盘中,以减小沿车辆横向宽度的轴向长度。浮动轴结构有助于将第二驱动系统组装到前部发动机组件中。电动机壳体和动力传动系安装件的整合分配与部件相关的载荷。

Claims (10)

1.一种驱动系统,将牵引扭矩提供到陆地车辆的第一和第二车轮组件,驱动系统包括非燃烧式扭矩机器,所述非燃烧式扭矩机器与整合齿轮组共轴且与之可旋转地联接,该整合齿轮组包括将减速齿轮组联接到差速器齿轮组的联合承载器组件,所述差速器齿轮组与第一和第二差速车轴构件共轴且与之可旋转地联接,所述第一差速车轴构件联接到布置在陆地车辆的第一侧上的第一车轮组件,且所述第二差速车轴构件联接到布置在陆地车辆的相反的第二侧上的第二车轮组件。
2.如权利要求1所述的驱动系统,其中包括将减速齿轮组联接到差速器齿轮组的联合承载器组件的整合齿轮组包括,与减速齿轮组共轴的联合承载器组件,所述减速齿轮组与差速器齿轮组共轴。
3.如权利要求1所述的驱动系统,其中与整合齿轮组共轴且与之可旋转地联接的非燃烧式扭矩机器包括,可旋转地联接到管状马达构件的非燃烧式扭矩机器的转子构件,所述管状马达构件可旋转地联接到中间构件,所述中间构件可旋转地联接到整合齿轮组的可旋转元件。
4.如权利要求3所述的驱动系统,进一步包括与联接到第一车轮组件的第一差速车轴构件同中心的整合齿轮组的旋转元件、中间构件和管状马达构件。
5.如权利要求4所述的驱动系统,进一步包括穿过圆柱形中空管的第一差速车轴构件和中间构件,所述圆柱形中空管被制造为从安装在陆地车辆中的内燃发动机的油盘的第一侧经过并达到其第二侧。
6.如权利要求5所述的驱动系统,进一步包括制造在油盘的第一侧上的用于电机的壳体的内侧部分。
7.如权利要求6所述的驱动系统,进一步包括电机的壳体的外侧部分,所述外侧部分包括结构凸耳,所述结构凸耳机械地联接到动力传动系安装件的支撑支架。
8.如权利要求5所述的驱动系统,进一步包括制造在油盘的第二侧上的用于整合齿轮组件的壳体的内侧部分。
9.如权利要求1所述的驱动系统,进一步包括非燃烧式扭矩机器,与沿旋转轴线取向的整合齿轮组共轴且与之可旋转地联接,所述旋转轴线平行于陆地车辆的横向轴线。
10.如权利要求1所述的驱动系统,其中与第一和第二差速车轴构件共轴且与之可旋转地联接的所述差速器齿轮组进一步包括:第二差速车轴构件的内侧端部,其形成为具有中空孔眼部分;和第一差速车轴构件的内侧端部,其形成为具有突出部分,所述突出部分插入到被插入于第二差速车轴构件的中空孔眼部分中的轴承中。
