Abstract

Description

用于具有沿纵向配置的混合驱动装置的汽车的传动机组
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于汽车的传动机组,该汽车具有混合驱动装置和沿纵向配置的传动系,该传动系还包括内燃机、传动第一车轴的纵轴和变速器,以及所述传动机组设在内燃机与第一车轴之间,并由机壳、主动轴、围绕主动轴的电机以及在电机前的第一离合器和在电机后的第二离合器组成。在这样的纵向配置中,持续被驱动的在这里的第一车轴通常为后轴亦即后桥。
背景技术
由DE2943554C2已知这种在那里显然仅示意表示的传动系。无法得知其转速状况和结构特征。电机肯定既用作驱动装置或附加驱动装置,也用作起动机和发电机。虽然由EP775607B1可得知略多一些有关横向结构方式的传动系的情况。但在那里电机转速较高,以及如同内燃机那样,通过行星齿轮装置与轴传动装置连接。行星齿轮装置是一种叠加式传动装置,其中两个传动扭矩相加。其缺点是,若仅两个传动装置之一工作,则另一个必须锁止,以提供支承力矩。此外在那里添加一个第二车轴的纯电机驱动装置。为了将这种附加的驱动装置安装在后轴上,若不作结构性改变在那里的地方太小。若在按纵向结构方式的传动系中第二从动轴应是前轴,则无法解决所述的空间问题而且还要求整辆汽车作彻底改变。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,在具有沿纵向配置的传动系的汽车中,在成本尽可能低和对汽车的改变尽可能少的情况下,提供第二车轴(通常前轴)附加的电驱动装置。传动机组还应能模块化(也就是说按不同的状况)安装和找到足够的在普通的全轮驱动汽车中提供同于分动器的空间。也就是说它也不会更长。
按本发明为达到此目的采取的措施是,第一电机在结构上与第一离合器联合;以及,为了传动第二车轴,传动机组包括围绕主动轴的第二电机,它通过第三离合器和偏置传动机构与通往第二从动轴的轴传动连接。因此,尤其当第二电机在结构上也与第三离合器联合时(权利要求2),安装长度仅由两个直接相邻的电机决定,从而与偏置传动机构一起维持了分动器的轮廓形状。不再需要对汽车进行改变,因为与传动机组连接的传动系是常规的。
将离合器装在电机内部是有利的,因为电动机的转速设计为与发动机的转速相配,以及由于转子较大的半径因而可以设计得很狭窄。
按本发明的进一步设计,第一电机和第二电机分别安装在一个由圆柱形壳套和与第一和第二车轴正交的壁组成的机壳内;以及,圆柱形壳套用螺钉互相连接(权利要求4)。因此创造了模块化安装的前提条件,使两个同轴模块的装配更加容易以及安装长度进一步缩短。
若电机由固定在机壳内的定子和转子组成,以及,若离合器分别是一个由内部和外部组成的片式离合器,则按本发明思想的进一步发展,不仅第一而且第二转子均支承在机壳的与第一和第二车轴正交的壁上的轴承中,以及有可更换的与离合器外部旋转固定连接的连接盘,其中,离合器设在轴承与连接盘之间(权利要求5)。所述可更换的连接盘提供可能性,两个电机可以使用一致的转子,它们通过安装各自适用的连接盘来与它们的装入状况相适应。
按一种特别有利的实施形式,第一离合器的内部装在与内燃机传动连接的第一轴上,以及,第一离合器的外部与第二轴(它作为主动轴)旋转固定连接,此轴穿过第二电机并通向第二离合器(权利要求6);以及,第二离合器的内部通过空心轴与偏置传动机构的一次齿轮旋转固定连接,以及第二离合器的外部与第二电机的连接盘旋转固定连接(权利要求7)。因此,此传动机组完全模块化,具有第一电机的单元是第一模块以及具有第二电机的单元是第二模块。因此当组合式汽车只配备一根从动轴时,可以单独使用例如第一模块。
一些有利的进一步发展在于,一个包含环形活塞的、用于离合器的致动缸固定在与第一和第二车轴正交的壁上,以及,环形活塞通过推力轴承与离合器的压板配合作用(权利要求8);以及,第一和/或第二电机各有一个固定在与车轴正交的壁上的转速传感器,以及在转子上安装一个转速传感器环(权利要求9)。第一,允许在旋转部分内旋转的情况下操纵离合器;第二,可以实施一种使离合器的压入设计为取决于转速状况的控制。

具体实施方式
图1中用1表示汽车的内燃机。它通过必要时在一飞轮上的减振器2和第一离合器3与主动轴4连接。主动轴4通过第二离合器5和变速器6传动第一从动轴7*、在这里它的轴减速器7并因而在图示的实施例中后轮8。
按本发明的传动机组由第一模块10和与之直接连接的第二模块12组成。第一电机11处于第一模块10中以及第二电机13处于第二模块12中。后者通过第三离合器14和偏置传动机构15传动通向第二从动轴17*并因而通过轴减速器17通向前轮18的万向轴16。为了控制这两台电机11、13,存在与蓄能器20例如蓄电池连接的功率电子设备19。
图2表示由两个模块10、12组合而成的传动机组。第一模块的机壳由圆柱形壳套21和与车轴正交的壁22组成,第二模块12的机壳由圆柱形壳套23和与车轴正交的壁24组成。第一电机11的第一定子绕组25固定在外套21内,第二电机13的第二定子绕组26固定在外套23内。它们的转子用27和28表示。这两个模块10、12的两个外套21、23借助一些螺栓29互相连接成一个共同的机壳。
在第二模块12的外套23上连接其中含有偏置传动机构15的机壳盖31。它由一个可通过离合器14由第二转子28传动的一次齿轮32和一个在这里通过齿形链35传动的二次齿轮36。取代齿形链,也可以采用其他牵引机构或中间齿轮。一次齿轮32的两侧设轴承33、34。二次齿轮37支承在轴承37内并与一个连接在万向轴16上的法兰38旋转固定连接。与一次齿轮32同轴还设一个第二离合器5(图1)与之连接的从动法兰39。
现在借助图3详细说明这两个模块10、12的内容物。通过减振器2传动的第一轴40一端借助轴承41支承在机壳的壁22内。它旋转固定地与第一离合器3的内部42连接。第一离合器3的外部43与一个包含滚针轴承62的接合段45旋转固定连接,第一轴40的另一端支承在此滚针轴承内。同样,连接盘46与接合段45旋转固定连接,在这里通过焊接。因此,离合器外部43、接合段45和连接盘46构成一个焊接单元。连接盘46借助螺栓47与第一转子27固定连接。如图还表示的那样,这两个转子27、28结构相同。它们的差别仅在于连接盘46的形状,因为借助螺栓47固定,所以它可以根据今后的使用选择。
第一离合器3按已知的方式包含一个摩擦片组44,在它和它的盘形弹簧49上作用一块压板48。它由致动器通过推力轴承50加载,致动器由固定在机壳上的环形缸52和环形活塞51组成。在机壳的壁22内还设有缸52的供油孔53和滚针轴承54,转子盘55支承在此滚针轴承上。第一离合器3因而安装在第一转子27内部以及在连接盘46与转子盘55之间。带有适当的齿的转速传感器环57固定在转子盘55上,它与固定在机壳上的转速传感器58配合作用。转速传感器58的输出信号可以被控制装置利用来根据存在的转速差影响离合器的压入。
第二模块12含有第二轴60,它与第一模块的接合段45旋转固定连接并支承在部分在机壳内和部分在第二离合器内的不同滚针轴承69中。第二模块12内的第三离合器14仍由外部63和内部67以及在它们之间的摩擦片组64组成。与连接盘66一样,外部63也与轴承环65焊接。因为轴承环65有比第一模块10的接合段45大的直径,所以在这里使用另一个连接盘66以及离合器3外部63的内径较大。第二电机13转子28与第一电机11转子的区别仅在于不同的周螺钉固定的连接盘66。第二离合器的内部67支承在滚针轴承69内的第二轴60上并延续为空心轴68,如图2所示,在此空心轴上旋转固定地安装偏置传动机构15的一次齿轮32。
没有必要详细说明第二模块12,因为这两个模块设计有绝大多数相同的部分。例如第二转子28的滚针轴承74与第一转子27的滚针轴承54是一致的。差别仅在于不同的轴和离合器内部42、67与外部43、63和接合段45及轴承环65的轴的连接。由于所述的模块结构,也可以仅单独使用第一模块10(针对只有一根从动轴的汽车)或仅单独使用第二模块12(针对有传统的轴驱动传置和第二车轴附加的电驱动装置的汽车)。总之,所说明的传动机组的轮廓并不比传统的分动器大。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于汽车的传动机组,该汽车具有混合驱动装置和沿纵向配置的传动系,该传动系还包括内燃机(1)、用于传动第一车轴(7*)的纵轴(9)和变速器(6),以及所述传动机组设在内燃机与第一车轴之间,并由机壳、主动轴、围绕主动轴的第一电机和第二电机以及在所述第一或第二电机前的第一离合器(3)和在第二电机后的第二离合器(5)组成,其特征为:所述第一电机(11)在结构上与第一离合器(3)联合;以及,所述第二电机用于传动第二车轴(17*),并且所述传动机组还通过第三离合器(14)和偏置传动机构(15)与通往第二车轴(17*)的万向轴(16)传动连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的传动机组,其特征为,所述第二电机(13)在结构上与第三离合器(14)联合。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的传动机组,其特征为,所述第一离合器(3)安装在所述第一电机的内部或所述第三离合器设置在所述第二电机(13)的内部。
4.按照权利要求1所述的传动机组,其特征为,所述第一电机(11)和第二电机(13)分别安装在一个由一个圆柱形壳套(21、23)和一个与第一和第二车轴正交的壁(22、24)组成的机壳内;以及,所述圆柱形壳套(21、23)用螺钉互相连接。
5.按照权利要求1所述的传动机组,其中,所述第一和第二电机(11;13)分别由一个固定在机壳内的定子(25;26)和一个转子(27;28)组成,以及,所述第一和第三离合器(3;14)分别是一个由内部(42;67)和外部(43;63)组成的片式离合器,其特征为,所述转子(27;28)支承在机壳的与第一和第二车轴正交的壁(22、24)上的轴承(54;74)中,以及有可更换的与离合器外部(43;63)旋转固定连接的连接盘(46;66),其中,所述第一和第三离合器(3;14)在空间上设在所述轴承(54;74)与连接盘(46;66)之间。
6.按照权利要求5所述的传动机组,其特征为,所述第一离合器(3)的内部(42)装在与内燃机(1)传动连接的第一轴(40)上;以及,外部(43)与第二轴(60)旋转固定连接,该第二轴(60)穿过第二电机(13)并通向第二离合器。
7.按照权利要求5所述的传动机组,其特征为,所述第三离合器(14)的内部(67)通过空心轴(68)与偏置传动机构(15)的一次齿轮(32)旋转固定连接,以及外部(43)与第二电机(13)的连接盘(66)旋转固定连接。
8.按照权利要求4所述的传动机组,其特征为,一个包含环形活塞(51)的、用于所述第一或第三离合器(3;14)的致动缸(52)固定在与第一和第二车轴正交的壁(22、24)上,以及,该环形活塞(51)通过推力轴承(50)与所述第一或第三离合器(3;14)的压板(48)配合作用。
9.按照权利要求1所述的传动机组,其特征为,所述第一和第二电机(11;13)有一个固定在与第一和第二车轴正交的壁(22、24)上的转速传感器(58),以及在转子上安装有一个转速传感器环(57)。
