Abstract

本发明提供一种车辆用驱动装置,其在将旋转轴的轴承支承在与罩相当的壁部上的结构中,能够减小该壁部的振动。车辆用驱动装置具备:发电机,其利用发动机的驱动力进行发电;壳体,其容纳发电机;以及第一轴承、第二轴承,它们在发电机的旋转轴的一方的端部、比第一轴承靠旋转轴的另一方的端部的各侧将该旋转轴支承为旋转自如。壳体包括:第一壁部,其形成发电机的容纳空间;以及第二壁部,其将第一壁部的端部覆盖。第一轴承支承于第二壁部,第二轴承支承于第一壁部。旋转轴具备:输入部,其在比第二轴承靠另一方的端部侧的位置供发动机的驱动力输入;以及传递部,其将从另一方的端部朝向一方的端部传递的旋转轴的推力载荷传递至第二轴承。

本发明涉及具有发电功能的车辆用驱动装置。
背景技术
提出了具备利用发动机的驱动力进行发电的发电机、牵引电动机的车辆用驱动装置(专利文献1)。在专利文献1所公开的驱动装置100中,发电机60以及电动机70容纳在壳体80中。壳体80包括构成其主体的电动机壳体81和将电动机壳体81的开口部覆盖的侧罩82。在侧罩82上支承有对电动发电机轴2的端部进行支承的轴承62。

发明内容
发明所要解决的问题
在专利文献1那样的驱动装置中,因发动机的转矩变动而在电动发电机轴2上反复作用推力方向的载荷。当电动发电机轴2因该推力载荷而在轴向上发生脉动时,脉动经由轴承62传输至侧罩82。侧罩82是板状的构件,因此存在振动而产生噪音的情况。
本发明的目的在于提供一种车辆用驱动装置,其在将旋转轴的轴承支承在与罩相当的壁部上的结构中,能够减小该壁部的振动。
用于解决问题的手段
根据本发明,提供一种车辆用驱动装置,

发电机,其利用发动机的驱动力进行发电;
壳体,其容纳所述发电机;

<第一实施方式>
<概要>
图1是本发明的一个实施方式所涉及的驱动装置1的骨架图。驱动装置1是搭载在四轮汽车等车辆中的车辆用驱动装置,容纳在壳体9中。驱动装置1具备经由飞轮100而输入发动机E的驱动力的输入轴101。发动机E例如是四冲程多缸发动机等内燃机。
输入轴101由多个轴承102支承为旋转自如。在输入轴101上设置有齿轮103、齿轮104,齿轮103、齿轮104始终与输入轴101一体地进行旋转。另外,在输入轴101上经由离合器4可断续地设置有齿轮40,当使离合器4成为连接状态时,齿轮40与输入轴101一体地进行旋转。
驱动装置1具备副轴111。副轴111由多个轴承112支承为旋转自如。在副轴111上设置有齿轮113~115,齿轮113~115始终与输入轴101一体地进行旋转。齿轮113与齿轮40啮合。另外,在副轴111上经由离合器5可断续地设置有齿轮50,当使离合器5成为连接状态时,齿轮50与副轴111一体地进行旋转。齿轮50与齿轮103啮合。
驱动装置1具备差动装置130。差动装置130经由副轴111的轴上的齿轮114来传递驱动力。差动装置130向车辆的左右车轮(驱动轮)传递驱动力而使驱动轮旋转。
若连接离合器4,则发动机E的驱动力经由齿轮40、齿轮113、齿轮114传递至差动装置130,从而使发动机E的驱动力用于车辆的行驶。另外,若连接离合器5,则发动机E的驱动力经由齿轮103、齿轮50、齿轮114传递至差动装置130,从而使发动机E的驱动力用于车辆的行驶。连接离合器4的情况下的变速比大于连接离合器5的情况下的变速比。即,离合器4是低速侧的离合器,离合器5是高速侧的离合器。通过具备离合器4以及离合器5,在利用了发动机E的驱动力的车辆的行驶中,能够实现两级的变速比,在这一点上,驱动装置1也可以称为变速器。
驱动装置1具备利用发动机E的驱动力进行发电的发电机2。在这一点上,驱动装置1也可以称为发电装置。发电机2是具有转子20和定子21的发电电动机(generator-motor)。发电机2也可以用作用于使发动机E起动的起动电动机。转子20例如是永磁铁,定子21例如是电磁铁。发电机2具备固定有转子20的旋转轴22,转子20和旋转轴22一体地进行旋转。旋转轴22由多个的轴承6~轴承8支承为旋转自如。在旋转轴22上设置有供驱动力输入的输入部220。在本实施方式的情况下,输入部220是与齿轮104啮合的齿轮。
在发动机E的驱动中,其驱动力经由输入轴101、齿轮104、输入部220输入至旋转轴22,使旋转轴22旋转。由此,使发电机21进行发电。
驱动装置1具备产生向车辆的左右的车轮(驱动轮)传递的驱动力的牵引电动机3。在这一点上,驱动装置1也可以称为电动驱动装置。牵引电动机3具有转子30和定子31。转子30例如是永磁铁,定子31例如是电磁铁。牵引电动机3具备固定有转子30的旋转轴32,转子30和旋转轴32一体地进行旋转。旋转轴32由多个轴承122支承为旋转自如。在旋转轴32上设置有输出牵引电动机3的驱动力的齿轮123。齿轮123始终与旋转轴32一体地进行旋转。齿轮123与齿轮115啮合。牵引电动机3的驱动力经由齿轮123、齿轮115、副轴111、齿轮114输入至差动装置130,从而使车辆的左右的车轮(驱动轮)旋转。
大致而言,壳体9包括壁部90、发动机E侧的壁体91以及与发动机E相反侧的壁部92,壁体91、壁部92通过多个螺栓紧固连结于壁部90。在本实施方式中,壁部90是一个构件,但也可以由多个构件构成。壁部90形成驱动装置1中的输入轴101的周向的周壁,并是形成驱动装置1的上述各结构的容纳空间且支承上述各结构的中空的支承体,形成壳体9的壳体主体。在以下的说明中,有时将壁部90称为壳体主体90。壳体主体90在输入轴101的轴向(在本实施方式的情况下,也是旋转轴22的轴向)上的发动机E侧的端部具有开口部90a,在相反侧具有开口部90b。开口部90a由壁体91覆盖。
开口部90b是将发电机2以及牵引电动机3的容纳空间开放的开口部。壁部92作为将壳体主体90的端部(在此为开口部90b)覆盖的罩而发挥功能。在以下的说明中,有时将壁部92称为罩92。罩92是板状或壁状的构件,刚性比壳体主体90差。
<动作模式>
对驱动装置1的动作模式进行说明。驱动装置1能够以从未图示的电池向牵引电动机3供电并利用牵引电动机3的驱动力使车辆推进的电动行驶模式进行动作。在该情况下,使离合器4以及离合器5成为连接断开状态。在电动行驶模式下,在电池的蓄电量降低时,能够驱动发动机E而由发电机2进行发电,从而进行电池的充电或向牵引电动机3的供电。
驱动装置1能够以利用发动机E的驱动力使车辆推进的发动机行驶模式进行动作。在该情况下,使离合器4或离合器5中的一方成为连接状态。在该模式中,也能够通过驱动牵引电动机3而对车辆的推进力进行辅助。另外,在该模式中也能够由发电机2进行发电。
在使离合器4成为连接状态的情况下,能够使车辆以低速侧来行驶,在将离合器5连接的情况下,能够使车辆以高速来行驶。由于能够利用发动机E的驱动力得到车辆的推进力,因此能够进行高效的运转。
<发电机周边的构造>
参照图2对发电机2的周边构造进行说明。该图是表示驱动装置1的发电机2周边的构造的剖视图。发电机2容纳于壳体主体90的容纳空间内,定子21通过多个螺栓2a(在图2中仅图示了一个)固定于壳体主体90。定子21具有线圈21a。
壁体91通过多个螺栓9a(在图2中仅图示了一个)固定于壳体主体90,壁体91将壳体主体90的开口部90a覆盖。罩92通过多个螺栓9b(在图2中仅图示了一个)固定于壳体主体90,罩92将壳体主体90的开口部90b覆盖。在罩92上具有供连接器单元10安装的孔部。连接器单元10具备对旋转轴22的旋转进行检测的传感器等。
旋转轴22是供油管23通过其内部的中空轴,具有罩92侧的端部22a和壁体91侧(发动机E侧)的端部22b。供油管23从罩92延伸设置到壁体91,向旋转轴22的周边供给润滑油。
本实施方式的旋转轴22具备在同轴上沿轴向连结的两个轴构件223以及轴构件224,它们通过连结部22c连结。连结部22c具有供轴构件224插入于轴构件223中的花键连结构造。轴构件223具有端部22a,形成旋转轴22的罩92侧的部分。永磁铁等制成的转子20支承在轴构件223上,与轴构件223一体地进行旋转。轴构件224具有端部22b,形成旋转轴22的壁体91侧(发动机E侧)的部分。输入部220是与轴构件224形成为一体的齿轮。
旋转轴22由三个的轴承6~轴承8支承为旋转自如。各轴承6~8是具有外圈6a~8a、内圈6b~8b以及滚动体6c~8c的滚动轴承。轴承6是在端部22a侧对旋转轴22进行支承的轴承,轴承6支承于罩92。具体而言,外圈6a嵌入在形成于罩92的凹部中,在内圈6b中插入有旋转轴22(轴构件223)。
轴承7是在端部22b侧对旋转轴22进行支承的轴承,轴承7支承于壳体主体90。具体而言,外圈7a嵌入在形成于壳体主体90的凹部中,在内圈7b中插入有旋转轴22(轴构件223)。转子20位于轴承6与轴承7之间。通过在转子20的轴向上的两侧且在接近转子20的位置对旋转轴22进行支承,能够实现重量比较重的转子20的顺畅的旋转。
轴承8是在端部22b侧对旋转轴22进行支承的轴承,轴承8支承于壁体91。具体而言,外圈8a嵌入在形成于壁体91的凹部中,在内圈8b中插入有旋转轴22(轴构件224)。
在此,对旋转轴22的推力载荷的传递进行说明。经由输入部220向旋转轴22输入发动机E的驱动力,但发动机E的驱动力具有转矩变动,旋转轴22的推力方向的载荷发生变动。罩92是与壳体主体90相比刚性较低的板状的构件。若假设如现有例那样推力载荷经由轴承6反复传递至罩92,则例如正好如大鼓那样罩92被反复敲击而产生噪音。罩92的外侧的空间也没有发动机E那样的噪音源,罩92的噪音容易传输至车室内。
为了抑制该噪音的产生,在本实施方式中,在旋转轴22设置传递部221,将从端部22b朝向端部22a传递的旋转轴22的推力载荷F传递至轴承7。本实施方式的传递部221与轴构件224一体形成,形成为与轴承7的内圈7b抵接的抵接部。推力载荷F经由轴承7而由壳体主体90负担。因而,旋转轴22的推力方向的载荷几乎不传递至罩92,从而能够抑制噪音的产生。另外,在本实施方式中,在连结部22c中,轴构件223和轴构件224为花键结合,两者能够沿轴向发生相对位移。因此,也能够抑制推力方向的载荷从轴构件224向轴构件223传递,能够进一步抑制因罩92的振动而产生的噪音。
另外,由轴承7的内圈7b对旋转轴22的轴构件223进行支承,并且轴构件223的发动机E侧的端部设计得短到留在内圈7b内。而且,通过使旋转轴22的传递部221与内圈7b抵接,能够在不增加其他轴承的情况下抑制振动。
旋转轴22还具有将从端部22a朝向端部22b传递的旋转轴22的推力载荷传递至轴承8的传递部222。本实施方式的传递部222与轴构件224一体形成,形成为与轴承8的内圈8b抵接的抵接部。从端部22a朝向端部22b传递的推力载荷经由轴承8而由壁体91负担。
<第二实施方式>
图3是本实施方式所涉及的驱动装置1的骨架图,图4是表示本实施方式中的发电机2周边的构造的剖视图。以下,对与第一实施方式不同的结构进行说明。
在本实施方式中,旋转轴22由一个轴构件225构成,旋转轴22由两个轴承6以及轴承7支承为旋转自如。
轴承6是在端部22a侧对旋转轴22进行支承的轴承,轴承6支承于罩92。具体而言,外圈6a嵌入在形成于罩92的凹部中,在内圈6b中插入有旋转轴22(轴构件225)。
轴承7是在端部22b侧对旋转轴22进行支承的轴承,轴承7支承于壳体主体90。具体而言,外圈7a嵌入在形成于壳体主体90的凹部中,在内圈7b中插入有旋转轴22(轴构件225)。转子20位于轴承6与轴承7之间。通过在转子20的轴向上的两侧且在接近转子20的位置对旋转轴22进行支承,能够实现重量比较重的转子20的顺畅的旋转。
输入部220是相对轴构件225而言的独立构件的齿轮,在比轴承7靠端部22b侧的位置,在连结部220a处安装于轴构件225。连结部220a通过花键结合且由输入部220相对于轴构件225的压入而构成。通过将输入部220压入于轴构件225,能够消除由花键的齿隙(backlash)引起的松动,能够抑制与发动机E的转矩变动相伴的两者的齿接触音的产生、由齿接触引起的轴构件225的振动所造成的罩92的噪音的产生。在输入部220的外侧(端部22b侧)设置有挡圈220b和将挡圈220b覆盖的帽220c。
在轴承7与输入部220之间设置有相对于轴构件225而言的独立构件的传递部221,传递部221将从端部22b朝向端部22a传递的旋转轴22的推力载荷F传递至轴承7。传递部221是轴构件225所插通的圆筒形状的套管,配置为夹持于输入部220与轴承7的内圈7b之间。
从端部22b朝向端部22a传递的推力载荷F从输入部220经由传递部221、轴承7由壳体主体90负担。因而,旋转轴22的推力方向的载荷几乎不会传递至罩92,从而能够抑制噪音的产生。另外,在本实施方式中,轴构件225不具有相对于内圈6b在轴向上抵接的部分,轴构件225能够相对于内圈6b在轴向上进行位移。换言之,轴构件225对内圈6b的推力载荷的传递仅是内圈6b与轴构件225的摩擦传递。因此,能够进一步抑制推力方向的载荷从轴构件225向罩92传递,从而能够进一步抑制由罩92的振动引起的噪音的产生。
在旋转轴22上还具有将从端部22a朝向端部22b传递的旋转轴22的推力载荷传递至轴承7的传递部222。本实施方式的传递部222与轴构件225一体形成,形成为与轴承7的内圈7b抵接的抵接部。从端部22a朝向端部22b传递的推力载荷经由轴承7由壁体91负担。
<第三实施方式>
本实施方式是第二实施方式的变形例。图5是表示轴承7周边的本实施方式的构造的剖视图。
本实施方式的传递部221与第二实施方式相同,是圆筒形状的套管,但与输入部220一体形成,传递部221和输入部220是作为一个部件的筒状构件226。
本实施方式的连结部220a为花键结合,但不是如第二实施方式那样通过将输入部220压入于轴构件225而构成。代替压入,通过螺母13的紧固将输入部220(筒状构件226)固定在轴构件225上。在轴构件225的端部22b,在轴向上的一定范围内形成有螺钉13a,螺母13与该螺钉螺合而将输入部220a(筒状构件226)紧固在轴构件225上。
另外,在壳体主体90通过多个螺栓12(在图5中仅图示了一个)固定有按压板11。按压板11将轴承7向壳体主体90进行按压,从而消除轴承7的安装晃动。通过将轴承7牢固地固定在壳体主体90上,有助于减小旋转轴22以及罩92的振动。按压板11具有供旋转轴22以及传递部221插通的开口,另外,具有与外圈7a抵接的按压部11a。
<其他实施方式>
在上述实施方式中,壳体9被分割为壳体主体90、壁体91、罩92,但分割的方法不限于此。例如,也可以以对半的方式对壳体9进行分割。在该情况下,可以对壳体主体90的一部分和罩92的一部分形成为一体的部件、和壳体主体90的剩余的部分和罩92的剩余的部分形成为一体的部件进行组装而构成壳体9。
<实施方式的总结>
上述实施方式至少公开以下的车辆用驱动装置。
1、上述实施方式的车辆用驱动装置(1)具备:
发电机(2),其利用发动机(E)的驱动力进行发电;
壳体(9),其容纳所述发电机(2);
第一轴承(6),其在所述发电机(2)的旋转轴(22)的一方的端部(22a)侧将该旋转轴支承为旋转自如;以及
第二轴承(7),其在比所述第一轴承(6)靠所述旋转轴(22)的另一方的端部(22b)侧将该旋转轴(22)支承为旋转自如,其特征在于,
所述壳体(9)包括:
第一壁部(90),其形成所述发电机(2)的容纳空间;以及
第二壁部(92),其将所述第一壁部(90)的端部(90b)覆盖,
所述第一轴承(6)支承于所述第二壁部(92),
所述第二轴承(7)支承于所述第一壁部(90),
所述旋转轴(22)具备:
输入部(220),其在比所述第二轴承(7)靠所述另一方的端部(22b)侧的位置供所述发动机(E)的驱动力输入;以及
传递部(221),其将从所述另一方的端部(22b)朝向所述一方的端部(22a)传递的所述旋转轴(22)的推力载荷传递至所述第二轴承(7)。
根据该实施方式,能够提供一种车辆用驱动装置,其在将旋转轴(22)的轴承(6)支承于与罩相当的壁部(92)的结构中,能够减小壁部(92)的振动。
2、在上述实施方式中,
所述旋转轴(22)具有轴构件(224),所述轴构件(224)一体地具备作为所述传递部(221)而与所述第二轴承(7)抵接的抵接部。
根据该实施方式,能够削减所述旋转轴的部件数量。
3、上述实施方式的车辆用驱动装置(1)还具备第三轴承(8),所述第三轴承(8)在比所述第二轴承(7)靠所述另一方的端部(22b)侧将所述旋转轴(22)支承为旋转自如,
所述旋转轴(22)具备:
第一轴构件(223),其旋转自如地支承于所述第一轴承(6);以及
第二轴构件(224),其与所述第一轴构件(223)在同轴上连结,并设置有所述输入部(220),
所述第二轴构件(224)一体地具备作为所述传递部(221)而与所述第二轴承(7)抵接的抵接部,
所述第二轴构件(224)一体地具备第二传递部(222),所述第二传递部(222)将从所述一方的端部(22a)朝向所述另一方的端部(22b)传递的所述旋转轴(22)的推力载荷传递至所述第三轴承(8)。
根据该实施方式,能够在不使部件的组装性大幅度变差的情况下,在所述旋转轴(22)的轴向的双向上负担推力载荷。
4、在上述实施方式中,
所述输入部(220)是与所述第二轴构件(224)一体形成的齿轮。
根据该实施方式,能够削减所述旋转轴的部件数量。
5、在上述实施方式中,
所述输入部(220)位于所述第二轴承(7)与所述第三轴承(8)之间。
根据该实施方式,能够对所述输入部(220)的两侧进行支承,从而能够使所述旋转轴(22)更顺畅地旋转。
6、在上述实施方式中,
所述旋转轴(22)具备:
轴构件(225),其设置有齿轮作为所述输入部(220);以及
筒状的套管,其作为所述传递部(221)而被夹持在所述齿轮(220)与所述第二轴承(7)之间。
根据该实施方式,能够以比较简单的结构经由所述第二轴承(7)而由所述壳体主体(90)负担所述旋转轴(22)的推力载荷。
7、在上述实施方式中,
所述轴构件(225)一体地具备第二传递部(222),所述第二传递部(222)将从所述一方的端部(22a)朝向所述另一方的端部(22b)传递的所述旋转轴(22)的推力载荷传递至所述第二轴承(7)。
根据该实施方式,能够在不使部件的组装性大幅度变差的情况下,在所述旋转轴(22)的轴向的双向上负担推力载荷。
8、在上述实施方式中,
所述齿轮(220)压入于所述轴构件(225)中。
根据该实施方式,能够抑制在所述齿轮(220)与所述轴构件(225)之间发生齿接触。
9、在上述实施方式中,
所述旋转轴(22)具备:
轴构件(225),其由所述第一轴承以及所述第二轴承进行支承;以及
筒状构件(226),其固定在所述轴构件(225),一体地具备所述输入部(220)以及所述传递部(221)。
根据该实施方式,能够削减所述旋转轴的部件数量。另外,能够通过所述第二轴承直接传递由所述发动机的驱动力的转矩变动产生的推力载荷。
10、在上述实施方式中,
所述发电机(2)的转子(20)在所述第一轴承(6)与所述第二轴承(7)之间支承于所述旋转轴(22),
所述发电机(2)的定子(21)支承于所述第一壁部(90)。
根据该实施方式,能够使所述转子(20)顺畅地旋转,另外,能够利用所述第一壁部(90)牢固地支承所述定子(21)。
11、上述实施方式的车辆用驱动装置(1)具备:
牵引电动机(3),其产生向车轮传递的驱动力;以及
离合器(4、5),其使所述发动机(E)的驱动力向所述车轮的传递产生断续。
根据该实施方式,能够选择利用了所述牵引电动机(3)的驱动力的行驶和利用了所述发动机(E)的驱动力的行驶。
以上对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但本发明不限于上述的实施方式,可以在本发明的主旨的范围内进行各种变形、变更。

Claims (11)

1.一种车辆用驱动装置,
所述车辆用驱动装置具备:
发电机,其利用发动机的驱动力进行发电;
壳体,其容纳所述发电机;
第一轴承,其在所述发电机的旋转轴的一方的端部侧将该旋转轴支承为旋转自如;以及
第二轴承,其在比所述第一轴承靠所述旋转轴的另一方的端部侧将该旋转轴支承为旋转自如,其特征在于,
所述壳体包括:
第一壁部,其形成所述发电机的容纳空间;以及
第二壁部,其将所述第一壁部的端部覆盖,
所述第一轴承支承于所述第二壁部,
所述第二轴承支承于所述第一壁部,
所述旋转轴具备:
输入部,其在比所述第二轴承靠所述另一方的端部侧的位置供所述发动机的驱动力输入;以及
传递部,其将从所述另一方的端部朝向所述一方的端部传递的所述旋转轴的推力载荷传递至所述第二轴承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述旋转轴具有轴构件,所述轴构件一体地具备作为所述传递部而与所述第二轴承抵接的抵接部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述车辆用驱动装置还具备第三轴承,所述第三轴承在比所述第二轴承靠所述另一方的端部侧将所述旋转轴支承为旋转自如,
所述旋转轴具备:
第一轴构件,其旋转自如地支承于所述第一轴承;以及
第二轴构件,其与所述第一轴构件在同轴上连结,并设置有所述输入部,
所述第二轴构件一体地具备作为所述传递部而与所述第二轴承抵接的抵接部,
所述第二轴构件一体地具备第二传递部,所述第二传递部将从所述一方的端部朝向所述另一方的端部传递的所述旋转轴的推力载荷传递至所述第三轴承。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆用驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述输入部是与所述第二轴构件一体形成的齿轮。
5.根据权利要求3所述的车辆用驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述输入部位于所述第二轴承与所述第三轴承之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述旋转轴具备:
轴构件,其设置有齿轮作为所述输入部;以及
筒状的套管,其作为所述传递部而被夹持在所述齿轮与所述第二轴承之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的车辆用驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述轴构件一体地具备第二传递部,所述第二传递部将从所述一方的端部朝向所述另一方的端部传递的所述旋转轴的推力载荷传递至所述第二轴承。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的车辆用驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述齿轮压入于所述轴构件中。
9.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述旋转轴具备:
轴构件,其由所述第一轴承以及所述第二轴承进行支承;以及
筒状构件,其固定在所述轴构件,一体地具备所述输入部以及所述传递部。
10.根据权利要求9所述的车辆用驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述发电机的转子在所述第一轴承与所述第二轴承之间支承于所述旋转轴,
所述发电机的定子支承于所述第一壁部。
11.根据权利要求10所述的车辆用驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述车辆用驱动装置具备:
牵引电动机,其产生向车轮传递的驱动力;以及
离合器,其使所述发动机的驱动力向所述车轮的传递产生断续。
