Claims (4)
- 第1回転軸と、前記第1回転軸と共に回転するロータ及び該ロータの外周側に配置したステータを備える第1モータと、前記第1回転軸と同軸上に配置した第2回転軸と、前記第2回転軸と共に回転するロータ及び該ロータの外周側に配置したステータを備える第2モータと、前記第1モータ及び前記第2モータを収容するケースとを備える駆動装置のケース構造であって、
前記ケースは、
前記第1モータのステータを取り付けてなる第1ケースと、
前記第1ケースに接合された第2ケースと、
前記第1ケースの端面と前記第2ケースの端面とを接合してなる第1接合部と、
前記第1ケースに取り付けられて前記第1接合部の内径側に配置された中間ケースと、
前記中間ケースを前記第2ケースに対して位置決めするための位置決め部と、を備え、
前記第2モータのステータは、前記中間ケースに取り付けられており、
前記第2モータのロータ又は前記第2回転軸は、その一端が前記中間ケースに対して第1軸受で支持されていると共に、他端が前記第2ケースに対して第2軸受で支持されている
ことを特徴とする駆動装置のケース構造。 - 前記位置決め部は、
前記中間ケースの前記第2ケース側を向く一の面と、
前記第2ケースにおける前記一の面に対向する他の面と、
前記一の面に形成した一の凹部と、
前記他の面に形成した他の凹部と、
両端がそれぞれ前記一の凹部と前記他の凹部に挿入された柱状部材とを備え、
前記一の面と前記他の面が間隔を有して配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動装置のケース構造。 - 前記第1ケースの他の端面と前記中間ケースの端面とを接合してなる第2接合部をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の駆動装置のケース構造。 - 前記第1回転軸及び前記第2回転軸の軸方向における前記第1接合部の位置は、前記第1軸受の位置よりも前記第2ケースに近い側に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の駆動装置のケース構造。
