Claims (10)
- 発進装置を有する自動変速機と、ステータ及びロータを有するモータと、を備え、該モータ及びエンジンからの出力が前記発進装置に入力されてなる、ハイブリッド車用駆動装置において、
エンジン本体に一体に固定されると共に、前記モータのステータが固定される固定部材を備え、
前記発進装置は、その外郭の一方が前記固定部材に支持されると共に、前記外郭を構成するフロントカバー及び該フロントカバーの前方に突出して設けられたセンターピースを有し、該センターピースが前記エンジンの出力軸に当接してセンタリングして支持され、
前記ロータは、該ロータを支持する支持板を有し、かつ該支持板が、内径方向に延びる円板部を有し、該円板部の小径側部にて前記センターピースに当接してセンタリングされると共に、該円板部にて前記フロントカバーに固定されてなる、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - 前記ロータ支持板の円板部とセンターピースとの当接部は、前記フロントカバーに前記円板部が固定される平面延長線近傍の比較的狭い部分である、
請求項1記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - 前記フロントカバーは、前記ロータ支持板の円板部と対向して略々平行に配置される内径部分を有し、該内径部分の外径側にて、前記ロータ支持板の円板部が固定されてなる、
請求項1又は2記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - エンジンが位置する側から、モータハウジング、発進装置ハウジング及びミッションケースが順次配置されて一体ケースを形成してなり、
前記モータハウジングに前記ステータが固定され、前記エンジン出力軸は、エンジン本体に回転自在に支持され、
前記一体ケースの内周面にポンプケースを嵌合して配置すると共に、該ポンプケースは前記一体ケースに固定され、
前記発進装置は、前記フロントカバー及び該フロントカバーに一体に固定されたリヤカバーにて構成される前記外郭を有し、該外郭の前方部を、前記センターピースにて前記エンジン出力軸に当接して支持されると共に、該外郭の後方部を、前記リヤカバーと一体のハブにて前記ポンプケースに支持されてなる、
請求項1ないし3のいずれか記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - 前記ロータ支持板の円板部は、前記フロントカバーに固定される部分から内径側部分を、外径側部より薄肉に形成されてなる、
請求項1ないし4のいずれか記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - 前記ロータ支持板の円板部は、前記フロントカバーに固定される部分から内径側部分に肉抜き孔が形成されてなる、
請求項1ないし5のいずれか記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - 前記エンジン出力軸と前記ロータ支持板との間にトルク伝達部材を介在して、エンジン出力軸のトルクが該トルク伝達部材及び前記円板部とフロントカバーとの固定部分を介して前記発進装置に伝達されてなる、
請求項3記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - 前記トルク伝達部材は、可撓性を有するフレックスプレートからなる、
請求項7記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - 前記発進装置は、流体伝動装置を有する、
請求項1ないし8のいずれか記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。 - 前記発進装置は、発進クラッチ及びダンパ装置を有する、
請求項1ないし8のいずれか記載のハイブリッド車用駆動装置。
