Abstract
【解決手段】駆動装置10において、トルクコンバータ13内に設けるロックアップクラッチ40及びエンジン動力遮断クラッチ50のそれぞれを、アクチュエータ45,55を備える多板式のクラッチとし、ロックアップクラッチ40をトーラス35よりエンジン15側に配置するとともに、エンジン動力遮断クラッチ50をロックアップクラッチ40よりエンジン15側に配置して、ロックアップクラッチ用アクチュエータ45とエンジン動力遮断クラッチ用アクチュエータ55とを、各摩擦板41,51が対向する方向に押圧されるように対向配置する。

Description
すなわち、車両用駆動装置において、前記ロックアップクラッチ用摩擦板と前記エンジン動力遮断クラッチ用摩擦板とを、軸方向で重なり合って配置するのがよい。
まず、第1の実施の形態に係る駆動装置について、図1及び図2を参照しながら説明する。図1は、第1の実施の形態に係る駆動装置の概略構成を示す部分断面図である。図2は、第1の実施の形態に係る駆動装置内のトルクコンバータ付近における拡大断面図である。
するドラム53は、フロントカバー30の内径部分30cに固定され、その反対側端部が前述したようにロックアップクラッチ40のドラム43として構成されている。

Claims (7)
- 変速機構と、前記変速機構よりエンジン取付側に配設され、ロックアップクラッチを備える流体伝動装置と、ロータ及びステータを備え、前記ロータを前記流体伝動装置の入力部に連結する電動機と、エンジンの駆動力を前記流体伝動装置に対して伝達又は遮断するエンジン動力遮断クラッチとを有する車両用駆動装置において、
前記ロックアップクラッチは、複数の摩擦板と、前記摩擦板を押圧する油圧アクチュエータとを備え、前記流体伝動装置内にてトーラスよりエンジン取付側に配置され、
前記エンジン動力遮断クラッチは、複数の摩擦板と、前記摩擦板を押圧する油圧アクチュエータとを備え、前記流体伝動装置内にて前記ロックアップクラッチよりエンジン取付側に配置され、
前記ロックアップクラッチ用アクチュエータと前記エンジン動力遮断クラッチ用アクチュエータとは、前記各摩擦板が対向する方向に押圧されるよう対向して配置されている
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載する車両用駆動装置において、
前記ロックアップクラッチ用アクチュエータと前記エンジン動力遮断クラッチ用アクチュエータとは、前記エンジンの駆動力を前記エンジン動力遮断クラッチに伝達する伝達部材を囲むように配置されている
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項2に記載する車両用駆動装置において、
前記ロックアップクラッチ用アクチュエータと前記エンジン動力遮断クラッチ用アクチュエータとは、エンジンから伝達されるねじり振動を吸収するダンパ機構を囲むように配置されている
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項2又は請求項3に記載する車両用駆動装置において、
前記ロックアップクラッチ用アクチュエータ及び前記エンジン動力遮断クラッチ用アクチュエータのそれぞれは、前記各摩擦板を押圧するピストンと、前記ピストンを作動させてクラッチを係合させるための係合圧が供給される液密状の係合圧室とを備え、
前記ロックアップクラッチ用アクチュエータ又は前記エンジン動力遮断クラッチ用アクチュエータの少なくとも一方は、前記ピストンの一部と前記係合圧室とが、前記摩擦板の内径側で軸方向に重なり合うように配置されている
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項4に記載する車両用駆動装置において、
前記エンジン動力遮断クラッチ用アクチュエータの係合圧室は、前記エンジン動力遮断クラッチ用ピストンと前記フロントカバーとにより形成されている
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項4又は請求項5に記載する車両用駆動装置において、
前記ロックアップクラッチ用アクチュエータの係合圧室は、前記ロックアップクラッチ用ピストンとタービンハブとにより形成されている
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1から請求項6に記載するいずれか1つの車両用駆動装置において、
前記電動機は、前記エンジン動力遮断クラッチの外径側にて、前記エンジン動力遮断クラッチ用摩擦板と軸方向に重なり合って配置されている
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。
