Claims (5)
- 엔진의 구동력을 전달받는 센터 샤프트(2); 상기 센터 샤프트(2)에 결합되어 엔진의 구동력을 전달하거나 차단하는 엔진 동력 차단 클러치(1); 상기 엔진 동력 차단 클러치(1)에 결합되어 원주 방향의 충격을 흡수하는 댐퍼(4); 상기 댐퍼(4)를 통하여 전달되는 엔진의 구동력에 의하여 회전하는 프론트 커버(5); 상기 프론트 커버(5)에 결합되어 모터의 구동력을 전달하는 로터 허브(3); 상기 프론트 커버(5)에 결합되어 함께 회전하는 임펠러(7); 상기 임펠러(7)와 마주하는 자세로 배치되어 변속기에 구동력을 전달하는 터빈(9); 상기 임펠러(7)와 상기 터빈(9) 사이에 위치하여 상기 터빈(9)으로부터 나오는 오일의 흐름을 상기 임펠러(7) 측으로 바꾸어 주는 스테이터(11); 그리고 상기 엔진 또는 모터의 구동력을 변속기에 직접 전달하기 위하여 상기 프론트 커버(5)와 변속기의 입력축과 연결되는 스플라인 허브(27)를 직접 결합하는 록업 클러치(13)를 포함하며,상기 엔진 동력 차단 클러치(1)는상기 센터 샤프트(2)에 결합되는 하나 이상의 제1 마찰재(1a),상기 제1 마찰재(1a)와 대응하여 마찰 접촉에 의하여 엔진의 구동력을 댐퍼에 전달할 수 있도록 상기 댐퍼에 연결되는 하나 이상의 제2 마찰재(1b),상기 제1 마찰재(1a) 및 제2 마찰재(1b)가 유압에 의하여 서로 접촉되거나 해제될 수 있도록 상기 제1 마찰재(1a) 또는 제2 마찰재(1b) 일측에 배치되는 피스톤(23)을 포함하고,상기 제1 마찰재(1a) 및 제2 마찰재(1b)를 해제시키는 방향으로 피스톤(23)이 이동할 수 있도록 탄성력이 작용하는 판 스프링(25)을 구비한 하이브리드 차량용 토크 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 엔진 동력 차단 클러치(1)와 상기 록업 클러치(13)는동일한 쳄버 내에 배치되는 하이브리드 차량용 토크 컨버터.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 댐퍼(4)는상기 엔진 동력 차단 클러치(1)에서 구동력을 전달받으며, 축을 중심으로 자유회되도록 결합되는 드리븐 플레이트(43),상기 드리븐 플레이트(43)와 일정한 구간을 상대회전 후에 상기 드리븐 플레이트(43)와 함께 회전하면서 프론트 커버(5)에 구동력을 전달하는 드라이브 플레이트(45),상기 드리븐 플레이트(43)와 상기 드라이브 플레이트(45)에 원주 방향으로 배치되는 원주 방향으로 전달되는 충격을 흡수하는 코일 스프링(41)들,을 포함하는 하이브리드 차량용 토크 컨버터.
