前記大動脈弓の前記湾曲に沿って湾曲し、前記患者の頸動脈および鎖骨下動脈の中へ血液を流入させるように構成されている多孔性セクション、ならびに、
前記解離に関連する前記大動脈の中の断裂の両側において前記大動脈の壁に係合するように構成されている非多孔性セクション
を含む、少なくとも1つの層と、
拡張して前記大動脈基部と接触するように構成されている、前記大動脈解離インプラントの前記遠位端部における拡張可能なインターフェース部分と、

- 前記少なくとも1つの層は、前記下行大動脈から前記洞上行大動脈接合部まで前記拡張可能なサポート構造体を実質的にカバーするように構成された多孔性の層と、前記多孔性の層を部分的にカバーし、前記解離の断裂の両側において前記大動脈の壁に係合するように構成された非多孔性の層とを含む、請求項31から44のいずれか一項に記載の大動脈解離インプラント。
- 前記大動脈解離インプラントは、前記洞上行大動脈接合部に対抗して半径方向に拡張するように構成されている、前記拡張可能なインターフェース部分の近位に拡張可能な部分をさらに含む、請求項31から45のいずれか一項に記載の大動脈解離インプラント。
- 患者の大動脈の中の解離を治療する方法であって、
折り畳まれた構成で経皮的に患者内の前記大動脈の中の治療場所へ大動脈解離インプラントを送達することと、

患者の大腿動脈の中へ経皮的に前記インプラントを挿入し、前記患者の大動脈の中へ前記インプラントを前進させることと、
外側シースを後退させて第1のインプラント層を留置させ、前記第1のインプラント層が前記大動脈の中で第1の静止時直径まで半径方向に拡張することを可能にすることと、
保持構造体を操作して、前記保持構造体から前記第1のインプラント層のルーメンの中に第2のインプラント層を留置させることと、
前記保持構造体をさらに操作して、前記第1の静止時直径よりも大きい第2の静止時直径まで、前記第2のインプラント層が半径方向に拡張することを引き起こし、前記第1のインプラント層が前記第1の静止時直径を超えて半径方向に拡張して前記大動脈と接触することを引き起こすことと、

前記第1のインプラント層の内側表面から前記第1のインプラント層の前記外側表面へ延在するチャネルに真空を適用し、前記大動脈の自然のフェネストレーションを通して前記大動脈の中の偽腔から流体を引き抜くことによって、前記偽腔を縮小させることと、
