Abstract
Una prótesis aórtica para el tratamiento de aneurismas aórticos abdominales, donde la prótesis es implantada vía intraluminal y comprende un cuerpo principal que tiene una forma generalmente cilíndrica con una porción superior destinada parcialmente a ser asegurada firmemente por encima de las arterias renales a través de un medio de anclaje y parcialmente a estar dispuesta libremente en la posición de las arterias renales, una porción intermedia dispuesta entre las arterias renales y el cuello aórtico proximal superior, y una porción inferior que se mueve libremente en una posición dentro del aneurisma y por encima de las arterias iliacas que puede conectarse o no a un par de patas, siendo que dicho cuerpo principal comprende una tela flexible de material tejido que presenta un tejido muy abierto en la porción superior de manera de permitir la comunicación fluida entre el interior de la prótesis y las arterias renales, un tejido intermedio en la porción intermedia y un tejido cerrado en la porción inferior del cuerpo principal.
