Abstract
La presente se refiere a un implante (1) para el uso en la oclusión de aneurismas (A) en vasos sanguíneos en la zona de ramificaciones vasculares, en particular aneurismas de bifurcación (A), presentándose el implante (1) en un estado expandido, en el cual se implanta en el vaso sanguíneo, y en un estado contraído, en el cual puede moverse por el vaso sanguíneo, presentando el implante (1) una sección de fijación proximal (3) con la cual el implante (1) puede fijarse a una pared de vaso del vaso sanguíneo, una sección distal (5) en la cual el implante (1) está radialmente ensanchado en el estado expandido frente a la sección de fijación (3) y que sirve para la colocación en o delante del aneurisma (A), y una sección de paso (4) entre la sección de fijación (3) y la sección distal (5), estando la sección de fijación (3) unida a través de un primer punto de desprendimiento (6), de manera que puede desprenderse, a un medio auxiliar de inserción (2), y presentando la sección de paso (4) un segundo punto de desprendimiento (7), el cual permite una separación de la sección distal (S).
