trata-se de um kit de stents para redução interventiva ajustável de fluxo sanguíneo em um vaso sanguíneo, sendo que o kit compreende: um primeiro stent de redução (20) que tem, em uma conformação expandida, pelo menos uma seção alargada (21) e uma seção estreita (22), sendo que a seção estreita define um lúmen central (4) que fornece comunicação fluida reduzida entre uma extremidade a montante (2') e uma extremidade a jusante (1') do primeiro stent de redução (20); pelo menos um stent de dilatação expansível (30) que tem uma forma tubular inserível no lúmen central (4) e expansível no mesmo do primeiro stent de redução (20) de modo a definir um lúmen central ampliado (34); pelo menos um segundo stent de redução (40) que tem uma seção tubular estreita (43) inserível no lúmen central (4) do primeiro stent de redução (20) ou no lúmen central (34) do stent de dilatação (30), de modo a definir um lúmen central reduzido (44), e que tem meios de ancoragem (41) em sua extremidade a montante. a invenção se refere adicionalmente a um stent de múltiplos lúmens ajustável para redução interventiva de fluxo sanguíneo em um vaso sanguíneo.
