Description
Claims (15)
- 2μmから100μmの間の厚さを有する基板層と、
基板層上に配置された多層ハードコートと
を備えたカバーレンズフィルムであって、
多層ハードコートが、湿式堆積プロセスを使用して堆積された第1の層と、乾式堆積プロセスを使用して堆積された第2の層と、接着促進層とを含み、
多層ハードコートが、1μmから30μmの間の厚さを有し、
多層ハードコートが、88%を超える全透過率と、約1%以下のヘイズと、b*<1の黄色度指数とを有する、
カバーレンズフィルム。 - 第1の層が基板層上に配置され、接着促進層が第1の層上に堆積され、第2の層が接着促進層上に堆積され、汚れ防止層が第2の層上に堆積されている、請求項1に記載のカバーレンズフィルム。
- 接着促進層が基板層上に堆積され、第1の層が接着促進層上に堆積され、第2の層が第1の層上に堆積されている、請求項1に記載のカバーレンズフィルム。
- 接着促進層が基板層上に堆積され、第2の層が接着促進層上に堆積され、第1の層が第2の層上に堆積されている、請求項1に記載のカバーレンズフィルム。
- 多層ハードコートは、耐摩耗性が高く、スチールウール摩耗試験後のヘイズの変化が1未満であり、鉛筆硬度が約4Hから約9Hである、請求項1に記載のカバーレンズフィルム。
- 第1の層が、ウレタンアクリレート化学、シリカナノ粒子を含むもしくは含まないゾルゲル−シロキサンハイブリッド、またはそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項1に記載のカバーレンズフィルム。
- 第2の層が、シリコン、オキシ炭化ケイ素、酸窒化ケイ素、および炭化ケイ素の酸化物および窒化物からなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項1に記載のカバーレンズフィルム。
- 多層ハードコートが、第2の接着促進層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のカバーレンズフィルム。
- 接着促進層が基板層上に堆積され、第2の層が接着促進層上に堆積され、第2の接着促進層が第2の層上に堆積され、第1の層が第2の接着層上に堆積されているか、または
第1の接着促進層が基板層上に堆積され、第1の層が第1の接着促進層上に堆積され、第2の接着促進層が第1の層上に堆積され、第2の層が第2の接着層上に堆積されている、
請求項8に記載のカバーレンズフィルム。 - 基板層上に多層ハードコートを堆積させることを含む、カバーレンズフィルムを形成する方法であって、多層ハードコートが:
湿式堆積プロセスを使用して堆積された第1の層と、
乾式堆積プロセスを使用して堆積された第2の層と、
1つまたは複数の接着促進層と
を含んでいる、方法。 - 第1の層が、ロールツーロール溶液処理を使用して堆積され、第2の層が、物理的気相堆積、化学気相堆積、プラズマ増強化学気相堆積、および原子層堆積からなる群から選択されるプロセスを使用して堆積され、第2の層が、シートツーシート装置またはロールツーロール装置で処理される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 基板層が2μmから100μmの間の厚さを有し、多層ハードコートが1μmから30μmの間の厚さを有し、多層ハードコートが88%を超える全透過率と、約1%以下のヘイズと、b*<1の黄色度指数とを有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 第1の層が、ウレタンアクリレート化学、シリカナノ粒子を含むもしくは含まないゾルゲル−シロキサンハイブリッド、またはそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料を含み、第2の層が、シリコン、オキシ炭化ケイ素、酸窒化ケイ素、および炭化ケイ素の酸化物および窒化物からなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 1つまたは複数の接着促進層が、乾式堆積プロセスを使用して堆積され、1つまたは複数の接着促進層が、シリコン、オキシ炭化ケイ素、および酸窒化ケイ素の酸化物および窒化物からなる群から選択される1つまたは複数の材料を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 1つまたは複数の接着促進層が、湿式堆積プロセスを使用して堆積され、1つまたは複数の接着促進層が、ポリマー材料、オリゴマー材料、および光学的に透明な接着剤のうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
