Abstract
Description

- ハブ装置であって、
内部空間を画定するハウジングアセンブリと、
前記ハウジングアセンブリを通って延伸するように位置決めされたシャフトであり、前記ハウジングアセンブリは、前記シャフトに回転可能に結合されている、シャフトと、
前記シャフトに固定的に結合され、前記内部空間内に位置決めされているステータアセンブリであり、前記ステータアセンブリは、複数のバッテリパックを含むバッテリアセンブリを備える、ステータアセンブリと、
前記シャフトに固定的に結合され、前記ハウジングアセンブリに回転可能に結合されているサイドカバーであり、基部と、前記基部から延伸する嵌合部分とを有する、サイドカバーと、
前記サイドカバーを通じて位置決めされている一対の第1のコネクタであり、前記第1のコネクタの各々は端子端部および接触部分を備え、前記端子端部は、前記サイドカバーに固定的に結合されたワイヤ束を介して前記バッテリアセンブリに電気的に接続されており、前記接触部分は、有線接続を介して前記バッテリアセンブリを充電するように外部電源に電気的に結合するように構成されている、一対の第1のコネクタと
を備える、ハブ装置。 - 前記サイドカバーは、オイルシールまたはベアリングを介して前記ハウジングアセンブリに結合される、請求項1に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記接触部分は、前記サイドカバーの前記嵌合部分の側面に位置し、前記端子端部は、前記嵌合部分の反対側の側面に位置する、請求項1に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記端子端部は、前記サイドカバーの内面に結合された基板によって支持されたワイヤハブに電気的に接続され、前記ワイヤ束は、前記ワイヤハブを前記バッテリアセンブリと電気的に結合するように構成される、請求項1に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記ワイヤ束は、ワイヤチャネル内に位置決めされ、前記ワイヤチャネルは、前記サイドカバーの内部間隙を通過するように構成される、請求項1に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記サイドカバーと前記ハウジングアセンブリとの間に位置決めされた無線充電構成要素をさらに備え、前記無線充電構成要素は、前記サイドカバーによって担持され、前記無線充電構成要素は、無線接続を介して前記バッテリアセンブリを充電するように、外部無線充電器と通信するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記無線充電構成要素は、前記サイドカバーの内面に結合された基板によって担持されている、請求項6に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記ハブ装置のコントローラに信号を送信するように構成された少なくとも1つの第2のコネクタをさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの第2のコネクタが、前記サイドカバーを通じて位置決めされ、端子端部および接触部分を備える、請求項1に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記サイドカバーと前記外部電源に結合された充電ヘッドとの間の接続を容易にするように構成された少なくとも1つの第3のコネクタをさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの第3のコネクタが、前記サイドカバーを通じて位置決めされ、端子端部および接触部分を備える、請求項8に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記第1のコネクタ、前記第2のコネクタ、および前記第3のコネクタの前記接触部分の少なくとも1つがピン接点を備え、前記ピン接点が、接続構造を介して前記端子端部の対応する1つに結合される、請求項9に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記第1のコネクタおよび前記第2のコネクタの前記接触部分の少なくとも1つは、前記端子端部に直接接続されたばね接点を備える、請求項8に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記ばね接点は、前記サイドカバーと前記充電ヘッドとの接続を容易にするように、充電ヘッドの突起を受け入れるように構成される凹部とともに形成されている、請求項13に記載のハブ装置。
- ハブ装置であって、
内部空間を画定するハウジングアセンブリと、
前記ハウジングアセンブリを通って延伸するように位置決めされたシャフトであり、前記ハウジングアセンブリは、前記シャフトに回転可能に結合されている、シャフトと、
前記シャフトに固定的に結合され、前記内部空間内に位置決めされているステータアセンブリであり、前記ステータアセンブリは、前記シャフトの周りに周方向に位置決めされている複数のバッテリパックを含むバッテリアセンブリを備える、ステータアセンブリと、
前記シャフトに固定的に結合され、前記ハウジングアセンブリに回転可能に結合されているサイドカバーであり、基部と、前記基部から延伸する嵌合部分とを有する、サイドカバーと、
前記サイドカバーと前記ハウジングアセンブリとの間に位置決めされている無線充電構成要素であり、前記無線充電構成要素は前記サイドカバーによって担持され、前記無線充電構成要素は、無線接続を介して前記バッテリアセンブリを充電するように外部無線充電器と通信するように構成されている、無線充電構成要素と
を備える、ハブ装置。 - 前記無線充電構成要素は、前記サイドカバーの内面に結合された基板によって担持されている、請求項13に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記サイドカバーは、オイルシールまたはベアリングを介して前記ハウジングアセンブリに結合される、請求項13に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記サイドカバーを通じて位置決めされた一対のコネクタをさらに備え、前記コネクタの各々は、端子端部および接触部分を備え、前記端子端部は、前記サイドカバーに固定的に結合されたワイヤ束を介して前記バッテリアセンブリに電気的に結合されており、前記接触部分は、有線接続を介して前記バッテリアセンブリを充電するように、外部電源に電気的に結合するように構成されている、請求項13に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記一対のコネクタは、前記バッテリアセンブリの正ノードおよび負ノードにそれぞれ結合された第1のコネクタであり、
前記ハブ装置は、前記ハブ装置のコントローラに信号を送信するように構成された少なくとも1つの第2のコネクタをさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの第2のコネクタは、前記サイドカバーを通じて位置決めされ、端部端子および接触部分を備え、
前記ハブ装置は、前記サイドカバーと、外部電源に結合された充電ヘッドとの間の接続を容易にするように構成された少なくとも1つの第3のコネクタをさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの第3のコネクタは、前記サイドカバーを通じて位置決めされ、端子端部および接触部分を備える、請求項16に記載のハブ装置。 - 前記第1のコネクタ、前記第2のコネクタ、および前記第3のコネクタの前記接触部分の少なくとも1つがピン接点を備え、前記ピン接点が、接続構造を介して前記端子端部の対応する1つに結合される、請求項17に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記第1のコネクタおよび前記第2のコネクタの前記接触部分の少なくとも1つは、前記サイドカバーと前記外部電源に接続された充電ヘッドとの間の接続を容易にするように構成されたばね接点を備える、請求項17に記載のハブ装置。
- ハブ装置を充電する充電システムであって、
充電スタンドと、
前記充電スタンドに結合される充電ヘッドであり、前記充電ヘッドは、前記ハブ装置のサイドカバーの嵌合部分を受け入れるように構成されている開口とともに形成されている、充電ヘッドと
を備え、
前記ハブ装置のシャフトに車両フレームが固定的に結合されており、
前記充電ヘッドは、前記ハブ装置が無線接続および有線接続を介して前記充電ヘッドによって充電されることが可能であるように、前記車両フレームと前記ハブ装置の前記サイドカバーとの間に嵌合して位置決めされるように構成されている、充電システム。 - 車輪であって、

前記シャフトに固定的に結合され、前記ハウジングアセンブリに回転可能に結合されているサイドカバーであり、基部と、前記基部から延伸する嵌合部分とを有する、サイドカバーと、
前記サイドカバーを通じて位置決めされている一対の第1のコネクタであり、前記第1のコネクタの各々は端子端部および接触部分を備え、前記端子端部は、前記サイドカバーに固定的に結合されたワイヤ束を介して前記バッテリアセンブリに電気的に接続されており、前記接触部分は、有線接続を介して前記バッテリアセンブリを充電するように外部電源に電気的に結合するように構成されている、一対の第1のコネクタと
