Claims (17)
- 車両を駆動するためのハブ装置であって、
外側半径を有するハウジングアセンブリであり、前記ハウジングアセンブリは、
第1のハウジング構成要素と、
前記第1のハウジング構成要素と密接に嵌合するように構成された第2のハウジング構成要素と
を備える、ハウジングアセンブリと、
前記ハウジングアセンブリの少なくとも1つの側面に周方向に設けられている取り付け部分であり、前記取り付け部分は、前記ハブ装置を車輪リムに結合するように構成される複数の結合構造とともに形成されており、前記取り付け部分は、前記外側半径よりも小さい第1の半径を規定する、取り付け部分と
を備え、
前記結合構造は、前記取り付け部分の周りに周方向に形成された開口を含み、
前記開口は、前記取り付け部分を半径方向に貫通しており、
前記開口の各々は、前記取り付け部分の内周に形成されるとともに、球状ワッシャを受け入れるように構成された内部球面を含む、ハブ装置。 - 前記ハウジングアセンブリは、前記ハブ装置の中心にあるシャフト開口とともに形成され、前記シャフト開口は、前記ハブ装置のシャフトを受け入れるように構成され、前記ハウジングアセンブリは、前記ハブ装置の前記シャフトに回転可能に結合するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記取り付け部分は、前記ハウジングアセンブリと同心である、請求項1に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記取り付け部分は、前記ハウジングアセンブリと一体的に形成されたハブフランジを備える、請求項1に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記開口は前記取り付け部分の周囲に配置されており、すべての隣接する2つの前記開口の間隔は等しい、請求項1に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記外側半径に対する前記第1の半径の比が70%より小さい、請求項1に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記取り付け部分は、第1の取り付け部分であり、前記少なくとも1つの側面は第1の表面であり、前記ハブ装置は、前記第1の表面に対向する第2の表面に設けられた第2の取り付け部分をさらに備え、前記第2の取り付け部分は、前記第1の半径と実質的に同じ第2の半径を有する、請求項1に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記取り付け部分は、第1の取り付け部分であり、前記少なくとも1つの側面は第1の表面であり、前記ハブ装置は、前記第1の表面に対向する第2の表面に設けられた第2の取り付け部分をさらに備え、前記第2の取り付け部分は、前記外側半径よりも小さく、前記第1の半径と異なる第2の半径を有する、請求項1に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記取り付け部分は、前記第1のハウジング構成要素に取り付けられた環状体構造を含む、請求項1に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記第1のハウジング構成要素は、側壁と外側リムとを備え、前記外側リムは、前記側壁の外縁の周りに周方向に配置され、前記第2のハウジング構成要素は、前記外側リムに密接に嵌合するように構成されている挿入フランジを有する蓋を備える、請求項1に記載のハブ装置。

前記タイヤを支持するように構成されたリムと、
外側半径を有するハウジングアセンブリであり、前記ハウジングアセンブリは、

前記ハウジングアセンブリの少なくとも1つの側面に周方向に設けられている取り付け部分であり、前記取り付け部分は、前記ハウジングアセンブリを車両に結合するように構成される複数の結合構造とともに形成されており、前記結合構造は、前記取り付け部分の周りに周方向に形成された開口を含み、前記開口は、前記取り付け部分を半径方向に貫通しており、前記取り付け部分は、前記外側半径よりも小さい第1の半径を規定する、取り付け部分と、
前記リムに前記取り付け部分を結合するように構成された複数のモジュール化コネクタであって、前記モジュール化コネクタの各々は、前記結合構造の対応する1つと協働するように配置され、前記モジュール化コネクタの各々は、外端および内端を有し、前記外端は前記リムに結合され、前記内端は、前記取り付け部分の内面に着座するように構成されている、複数のモジュール化コネクタと
を備え、
前記複数のモジュール化コネクタの各々は、
スポークと、
前記スポーク上に嵌め込まれた球状ワッシャとを備え、
前記開口の各々は、前記取り付け部分の内周に形成されるとともに、球状ワッシャを受け入れるように構成された内部球面を含む、車輪。 - 前記複数のモジュール化コネクタの各々は、前記スポークは、前記内端の停止部分とともに形成される、請求項11に記載の車輪。
- 前記複数のモジュール化コネクタの各々は、前記球状ワッシャは、前記スポークの前記停止部分および前記取り付け部分の前記内面に当接するように構成されている、請求項12に記載の車輪。
- 前記複数のモジュール化コネクタの各々の前記内端は、張り出し端部を備える、請求項11に記載の車輪。
- 前記複数のモジュール化コネクタの各々の前記内端は、球状停止部分を含み、前記内部球面は、前記球状停止部分を受け入れるように構成されている、請求項11に記載の車輪。

前記ハウジングアセンブリの第1の表面に周方向に設けられている第1の取り付け部分であり、前記第1の取り付け部分は、前記ハウジングアセンブリを車両に結合するように構成される複数の第1の開口とともに形成されており、前記第1の開口は、前記第1の取り付け部分を半径方向に貫通しており、前記第1の取り付け部分は、前記外側半径よりも小さい第1の半径を規定する、第1の取り付け部分と、
前記第1の表面に対向する、前記ハウジングアセンブリの第2の表面に周方向に設けられている第2の取り付け部分であり、前記第2の取り付け部分は、前記ハウジングアセンブリを前記車両に結合するように構成される複数の第2の開口とともに形成されており、前記第2の開口は、前記第2の取り付け部分を半径方向に貫通しており、前記第2の取り付け部分は、前記外側半径よりも小さい第2の半径を規定する、第2の取り付け部分と、
前記リムに前記第1の取り付け部分および前記第2の取り付け部分を結合するように構成された複数のモジュール化コネクタであって、前記モジュール化コネクタの各々は、前記第1の開口および前記第2の開口のうちの対応する1つと協働するように配置され、前記モジュール化コネクタの各々は、外端および内端を有し、前記外端は前記リムに結合され、前記内端は、前記第1の取り付け部分および前記第2の取り付け部分の内面に着座するように構成されている、複数のモジュール化コネクタと
を備え、
前記複数のモジュール化コネクタの各々は、
スポークと、
前記スポーク上に嵌め込まれた球状ワッシャとを備え、
