Claims (17)
- ハブ装置であって、
ロータアセンブリであり、
第1のハウジング構成要素と、
前記第1のハウジング構成要素に対向して配置された第2のハウジング構成要素で、前記第1のハウジング構成要素および前記第2のハウジング構成要素は共に内部空間を画定する、第2のハウジング構成要素と、
前記第1のハウジング構成要素および前記第2のハウジング構成要素の一方または両方に取り付けられた複数の磁石と
を備える、ロータアセンブリと、
前記ロータアセンブリを通って延伸するように配置されているシャフトであり、前記ロータアセンブリは、前記シャフトに回転可能に結合されている、シャフトと、
前記シャフトに固定的に結合され、前記内部空間に配置されたステータアセンブリであり、前記ステータアセンブリは、
シャフトに固定的に結合されているコイルアセンブリで、前記コイルアセンブリは、前記磁石に対応して配置されている、コイルアセンブリと、
前記コイルアセンブリに固定的に結合された主回路基板と、
前記コイルアセンブリの内部に配置され、前記主回路基板によって担持されるバッテリアセンブリで、前記バッテリアセンブリは、前記シャフトの周りに周方向に配置された複数のバッテリパックを含む、バッテリアセンブリと
を備える、ステータアセンブリとを備え、
前記ロータアセンブリは、前記主回路基板によって担持されているコントローラからの信号に基づいて前記ステータアセンブリに対して回転するように構成されており、
前記バッテリパックは前記シャフトにほぼ垂直な基準面内に配置されており、前記バッテリパックの長手方向は前記基準面内に位置しており、
前記第1のハウジング構成要素および前記第2のハウジング構成要素は、前記第2のハウジング構成要素に形成された挿入フランジによって互いに緊密に嵌合するように構成され、前記挿入フランジは、前記磁石と前記第1のハウジング構成要素の内周面との間に挿入されるように構成される、ハブ装置。 - 前記コイルアセンブリは、複数のコイルとシャーシとを含み、前記複数のコイルは、前記シャーシの外周面に配置される、請求項1に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記バッテリアセンブリは、前記シャーシと前記主回路基板との間に配置される、請求項2に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記主回路基板は、前記シャーシに対向し、前記第1のハウジング構成要素に隣接して配置される、請求項3に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記シャフトに固定的に結合され、前記第1のハウジング構成要素に回転可能に結合されたトルクセンサをさらに備え、前記トルクセンサは、内部トルクセンサ構成要素および外部トルクセンサ構成要素を含み、前記内部トルクセンサ構成要素は前記シャフトに固定的に結合され、前記外部トルクセンサ構成要素は、前記第1のハウジング構成要素に回転可能に結合される、請求項1に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記トルクセンサは、測定されたトルクを前記コントローラに送信するように構成され、前記コントローラは、前記測定トルクが閾値を超えると判定した場合、前記ハブ装置に、前記ハブ装置に結合されている車輪の回転を促進するための追加のトルクを生成するように指示する、請求項5に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記トルクセンサに隣接して周りに配置されたOリングをさらに備える、請求項5に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記トルクセンサに結合されたワイヤを前記シャフトに固定するように構成された保護スリーブをさらに備える、請求項5に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記保護スリーブは、前記シャフトによって形成された周方向凹部内に配置される、請求項8に記載のハブ装置。
- 前記ロータアセンブリが前記ステータアセンブリに対して回転するのを妨げるように構成されたロック機構をさらに備え、前記ロック機構は、前記ステータアセンブリ上に設けられた少なくとも1つのロックデバイスと、前記ロータアセンブリ上に設けられた少なくとも1つの係合部分とを有し、
前記ロックデバイスは、前記コントローラからの第1の信号に応答して、前記係合部分に係合するように作動され、
前記ロックデバイスは、前記コントローラからの第2の信号に応答して、前記係合部分から係合解除するように作動される、請求項1に記載のハブ装置。 - 前記ロックデバイスはストッパと、ストッパホルダと、アクチュエータとを備え、前記ストッパホルダは、前記ステータアセンブリに固定的に結合されており、前記ストッパは、前記ストッパホルダ内に配置され、前記ストッパは、前記アクチュエータによって動かされるように構成されており、
前記係合部分は、バンプまたは凹部を備え、
前記アクチュエータは、前記コントローラからの前記第1の信号に応答して、前記係合部分に係合するように前記ストッパを動かすように構成され、
前記アクチュエータは、前記コントローラからの前記第2の信号に応答して、前記係合部分から係合解除するように、前記ストッパを動かすように構成される、請求項10に記載のハブ装置。 - 車輪セットであって、
タイヤと、
前記タイヤを支持するように構成された車輪リムと、
前記車輪リムに結合された複数のスポークと、
前記スポークによって前記車輪リムに結合されたハブアセンブリと
を備え、前記ハブアセンブリは、
側面と、前記側面に配置されているフランジとを有するハウジングであり、前記フランジは前記スポークに結合されている、ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内周面に位置する複数の磁石と、
前記ハウジングを通じて延伸するように配置されているシャフトであり、前記ハウジングは前記シャフトに回転可能に結合されている、シャフトと、
前記ハウジングに配置され、シャフトに固定的に結合されているコイルアセンブリであり、前記コイルアセンブリは、前記複数の磁石に対応して配置されている、コイルアセンブリと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記コイルアセンブリに固定的に結合された主回路基板と、
前記コイルアセンブリの内側に配置され、前記主回路基板によって担持されるバッテリアセンブリであり、前記バッテリアセンブリは、前記シャフトの周りに周方向に配置された複数のバッテリパックを含む、バッテリアセンブリと
を備え、
前記バッテリパックは前記シャフトにほぼ垂直な基準面内に配置されており、前記バッテリパックの長手方向は前記基準面内に位置しており、
前記ハウジングは、第1のハウジング構成要素と第2のハウジング構成要素とを含み、前記第1のハウジング構成要素および前記第2のハウジング構成要素は、前記第2のハウジング構成要素に形成された挿入フランジによって互いに緊密に嵌合するように構成され、前記挿入フランジは、前記磁石と前記第1のハウジング構成要素の内周面との間に挿入されるように構成される、車輪セット。 - 前記ハブアセンブリは、前記シャフトに結合されており、前記ハウジングの回転によって発生するトルクを測定するように構成されたトルクセンサをさらに備え、前記トルクセンサは、内部トルクセンサ構成要素と外部トルクセンサ構成要素とを含み、内部トルクセンサ構成要素は、前記シャフトと前記外部トルクセンサ構成要素との間に配置され、前記ハウジングの前記回転は、前記外部トルクセンサ構成要素と前記内部トルクセンサ構成要素との間の相対回転に基づいて測定される、請求項12に記載の車輪セット。
- 前記ハブアセンブリは、前記トルクセンサに結合されたワイヤを前記シャフトに固定するように構成された保護スリーブをさらに備え、前記保護スリーブは、前記シャフトによって形成される周方向凹部内に配置される、請求項13に記載の車輪セット。
- 前記ハブアセンブリは、
前記ハウジングが、前記コイルアセンブリ、前記主回路基板、および前記バッテリアセンブリに対して回転するのを妨げるように構成されたロック機構をさらに備え、前記ロック機構は、ロックデバイスと、前記ハウジング上に配置されたバンプとを有し、
前記ロックデバイスは、コントローラからの第1の信号に応答して、前記ハウジングに係合するように作動され、
前記ロックデバイスは、前記コントローラからの第2の信号に応答して、前記ハウジングから係合解除するように作動される、請求項12に記載の車輪セット。 - 車両であって、
車両フレームと、
ハブアセンブリであり、前記ハブアセンブリのシャフトを介して前記車両フレームに結合されたハブアセンブリと、
前記ハブアセンブリのハウジングに結合されている車輪リムと
を備え、前記ハブアセンブリは、
前記ハウジングの内周面に位置する複数の磁石と、
前記ハウジングに配置され、シャフトに固定的に結合されているコイルアセンブリであり、前記コイルアセンブリは、前記複数の磁石に対応して配置されている、コイルアセンブリと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記コイルアセンブリに固定的に結合された主回路基板と、
前記コイルアセンブリの内側に配置され、前記主回路基板によって担持されるバッテリアセンブリであり、前記バッテリアセンブリは、前記シャフトの周りに周方向に配置された複数のバッテリパックを含む、バッテリアセンブリと
を備え、
前記バッテリパックは前記シャフトにほぼ垂直な基準面内に配置されており、前記バッテリパックの長手方向は前記基準面内に位置しており、
前記ハウジングは、第1のハウジング構成要素と第2のハウジング構成要素とを含み、前記第1のハウジング構成要素および前記第2のハウジング構成要素は、前記第2のハウジング構成要素に形成された挿入フランジによって互いに緊密に嵌合するように構成され、前記挿入フランジは、前記磁石と前記第1のハウジング構成要素の内周面との間に挿入されるように構成される、車両。 - 前記コイルアセンブリは、複数のコイルとシャーシとを含み、前記複数のコイルは、前記シャーシの外周面に配置され、前記バッテリアセンブリは、前記シャーシと前記主回路基板との間に配置され、前記主回路基板は、前記シャーシに対向して配置される、請求項16に記載の車両。
