Abstract

一種電動輪,適用於一承載軸,並包含一輪體、一電池座及一電池模組。輪體具有一輪轂,且輪轂樞設於承載軸。電池座包含相連的一座體與至少一第一電連接器,座體連接於承載軸,並與輪轂相並排,且座體具有一外抵靠面,且外抵靠面背向承載軸。電池模組包含至少一蓄電體與至少一第二電連接器,蓄電體與第二電連接器電性連接,蓄電體具有一內抵靠面,蓄電體的內抵靠面抵靠座體的外抵靠面,且第二電連接器可分離地裝設於第一電連接器。

Description

電動輪
本發明係關於一電動輪,特別是一種可替換電池的電動輪。
目前市面上常見的電動式輪椅皆具有一電池模組,藉由電池模組所提供之電能轉換成動能,而可讓一般不良於行或是受傷的使用者可透過電動式輪椅的輔助來移動至目的地。目前廠商常將電動式輪椅的電池模組設置於椅座後方,或是設置於二側輪的輪轂內。
然而,將電池模組設置於椅座後方的設計,電池大小受限於收合體積,因此電量增加不易且不易使用者拆裝。此外,電池模組位於二側輪的輪轂內的設置,雖然可以改善電動式輪椅的折疊收合問題,但因電池模組是位於二側輪的輪轂內,對於行動不便的使用者來說,則難以自行替換電池模組。再者,因輪轂的內部空間有限,若欲增加電持模組的電容量,則會受到輪轂的內部空間的限制,而難以有效地增加電池模組的電容量。
本發明在於提供一種電動輪,藉以解決先前技術中電動式輪椅難以摺疊收合、電池模組替換不便及擴充能力受限的問題。
本發明之一實施例所揭露之一種電動輪,適用於一承載軸,包含一輪體、一電池座及一電池模組。輪體具有一輪轂,且輪轂樞設於承載軸。電池座包含相連的一座體與至少一第一電連接器,座體連接於承載軸,並與輪轂相並排,且座體具有一外抵靠面,且外抵靠面背向承載軸。電池模組包含至少一蓄電體與至少一第二電連接器,蓄電體與第二電連接器電性連接,蓄電體具有一內抵靠面,蓄電體的內抵靠面抵靠座體的外抵靠面,且第二電連接器可分離地裝設於第一電連接器。
根據上述實施例所揭露的電動輪中,因電池座的座體並排於輪轂的外側,即電池座設置於輪體旁,使得裝設於電池座的電池模組亦位於輪體的外側,令具有電動輪的輪椅可被摺疊收合,以及行動不便的使用者可輕易地自行替換電池模組。再者,正因為電池座的座體並排於輪轂的外側的設置,使得電池座在承載軸的徑向方向上的空間不再受到輪轂的限制而能夠進一步提升電池模組的擴充能力。
另外,因蓄電體的內抵靠面抵靠座體的外抵靠面,加強了電池模組與電池座之間的固定強度,使得具有電動輪的輪椅在行進時,可確保電池模組的第二電連接器與電池座的第一電連接器是穩固地連接。

如圖1所示,本實施例之電動輪10a例如裝設於一承載軸11a且位於椅座12a的二側,而形成一種電動式輪椅。本實施例之電動輪10a包含一輪體100a、一電池座200a、一電池模組300a及一驅動模組400a。
輪體100a具有一輪轂110a,輪轂110a樞設於承載軸11a。電池座200a包含相連的一座體210a與一第一電連接器220a。本實施例座體210a的外形例如但不限為圓形盤體。座體210a連接於承載軸11a,並與輪轂110a相並排,且座體210a位於輪轂110a遠離椅座12a的一側。座體210a具有一外抵靠面211a,且外抵靠面211a背向承載軸11a。第一電連接器220a包含一第一連接座221a、一卡勾222a、一彈性件223a、一按鈕224a、二凸柱225a及二電性端子226a。第一連接座221a連接於座體210a。卡勾222a包含一樞接部2221a、一受壓部2222a及一卡持部2223a。樞接部2221a的相對二端分別連接於受壓部2222a及卡持部2223a,且樞接部2221a樞設於第一連接座221a。彈性件223a的相對二端分別抵靠受壓部2222a及第一連接座221a,以令卡持部2223a維持在一卡持狀態。按鈕224a抵靠在受壓部2222a背對彈性件223a的一側。二凸柱225a設置於第一連接座221a,且二凸柱225a為中空的柱體且具有二第一電性插槽2251a,二電性端子226a位於二第一電性插槽2251a內。
本實施例的電池模組300a的外形為圓形環,且電池模組300a包含一蓄電體310a與一第二電連接器320a。蓄電體310a與第二電連接器320a電性連接。蓄電體310a具有一內抵靠面311a。第二電連接器320a包含一第二連接座321a及二電性針腳322a。第二連接座321a的二端分別與蓄電體310a連接。第二連接座321a具有二第二電性插槽3211a、二環形壁3212a及一卡槽3213a。二環形壁3212a環繞二第二電性插槽3211a,且二電性針腳322a位於二第二電性插槽3211a內。
蓄電體310a的內抵靠面311a環繞並抵靠座體210a的外抵靠面211a,第二連接座321a可分離地抵靠第一連接座221a,且第二電連接器320a的二電性針腳322a可分離地插入第一電連接器220a的二第一電性插槽2251a而與二電性端子226a接觸,且令二凸柱225a位於第二電性插槽3211a而被環形壁3212a抵壓。也就是說,二電性針腳322a與二電性端子226a所接觸之處除了被凸柱225a保護之外,抵壓凸柱225a的環形壁3212a亦成為保護二電性針腳322a與二電性端子226a所接觸之處的第二層保護,以加強防止水滲入而造成電路形成短路。第一電連接器220a的卡勾222a的受壓部2222a受到彈性件223a的抵靠,使卡持部2223a維持在勾住卡槽3213a的卡持狀態。
驅動模組400a具有互相對應的一轉子410a及一定子420a。轉子410a設置於輪轂110a鄰近座體210a的一側。定子420a設置於座體210a鄰近輪轂110a的一側,並電性連接於第一電連接器220a。定子420a通電後用以與轉子410a產生磁效應而驅動轉子410a相對定子420a轉動,而使輪體100a與輪轂110a同動。
請一併參閱圖5,圖5為圖2的卡勾釋放卡槽的剖視圖。當電池模組300a的電量耗盡時,即可壓下第一電連接器220a的按鈕224a,使得卡勾222a的卡持部2223a翹起,而使原本卡持部2223a勾住卡槽3213a的狀態改為卡勾222a與卡槽3213a分離的釋放狀態,以令第二電連接器320a可與第一電連接器220a分離。如此一來,電池模組300a即可從電池座200a拆卸。相反地,若欲回裝充滿電的電池模組300a,可壓下第一電連接器220a的按鈕224a,或是扳動卡勾222a的卡持部2223a,使彈性件223a受到卡勾222a的受壓部2222a的擠壓,以令卡勾222a的卡持部2223a相對遠離承載軸11a。待電池模組300a的第二電連接器320a裝設於電池座200a的第一電連接器220a完成後,則鬆開按鈕224a或是放開卡持部2223a,受擠壓的彈性件223a會壓迫卡勾222a的受壓部2222a,以令卡勾222a的卡持部2223a勾住第二連接座321a的卡槽3213a。如此一來,即完成電池模組300a與電池座200a的組裝。
本實施例因電池座200a的座體210a並排於輪轂110a的外側,即電池座200a設置於輪體100a旁,使得裝設於電池座200a的電池模組300a亦位於輪體100a的外側,以令具有電動輪10a的輪椅在無使用時可被摺疊收合,因此可減少具有電動輪10a的輪椅所佔的空間。
此外,再加上電池模組300a拆裝於電池座200a的方式是透過操作卡勾222a、彈性件223a及按鈕224a所形成的快拆結構,以令行動不便的使用者可輕易地自行替換電池模組300a。
再者,因蓄電體310a的內抵靠面311a環繞並抵靠座體210a的外抵靠面211a,加強了電池模組300a與電池座200a之間的固定強度,使得具有電動輪10a的輪椅在行進時,可確保電池模組300a的第二電連接器320a與電池座200a的第一電連接器220a是穩固地連接。
本實施例電池模組300a的蓄電體310a與第二電連接器320a的數量為一,以及與第二電連接器320a結合的第一電連接器220a的數量亦為一的設置,並非用以限定本發明。請參閱圖6,圖6為本發明第二實施例所揭露之電池模組與電池座的立體示意圖。
本實施例的電池座200b改為設置三個第一電連接器220b,且電池模組300b包含三個蓄電體310b及三個第二電連接器320b。三個蓄電體310b共同圍繞電池座200b的座體210b,並各與一第二電連接器320b連接,且三個第二電連接器320b可分離地裝設於三個第一電連接器220b。
本實施例因電池模組300b具有三個蓄電體310b與三個第二電連接器320b的設置,以及電池座200b具有三個第一電連接器220a的設置,使得電池模組300b的電容量得以擴充,而令具有電動輪10b的電動式輪椅得以應付使用者因應不同距離移動的需求進行電量調整。
此外,在本實施例中,第一電連接器220b、蓄電體310b及第二電連接器320b的數量皆為三個僅是舉例說明,但並不以此為限。在其他實施例中,可調整第一電連接器、蓄電體及第二電連接器的數量分別為二個或是三個以上,亦可達到擴充電池模組電容量的需求。
圖2的實施例是透過操作電池座200a的卡勾222a、彈性件223a及按鈕224a所形成的快拆結構,使卡勾222a脫離電池模組300a的卡槽3213a之設置,以令電池模組300a與電池座200a分離,但並不以此為限。
請參閱圖7與圖8,圖7為本發明第三實施例所揭露之限位部於抵持狀態的立體示意圖。圖8為本發明第三實施例所揭露之限位部於釋放狀態的立體示意圖。
相較於前述實施例電池模組的卡槽,以及電池座的卡勾、彈性件及按鈕所形成的快拆結構,本實施例電池模組300c的第二電連接器320c更包含一扣合部323c,扣合部323c沿承載軸 (如圖2所示的承載軸11a)徑向方向凸出於第二連接座321c。另外,第一電連接器220c更包含一扣壓件222c,扣壓件222c包含一樞接部2221c、一限位部2222c及一操作部2223c。樞接部2221c樞設於第一連接座221c,限位部2222c連接樞接部2221c,操作部2223c連接於限位部2222c。樞接部2221c可沿平行承載軸 (如圖2所示的承載軸11a)軸線的一軸線P1旋轉而令限位部2222c具有一抵持狀態與一釋放狀態。當限位部2222c於抵持狀態,扣合部323c被抵持於限位部2222c與第一連接座221c之間。即限位部2222c並排於第一連接座221c,而與第一連接座221c共同抵持扣合部323c。若欲將限位部2222c從抵持狀態轉變成釋放狀態時,可扳動操作部2223c以使樞接部2221c旋轉而令限位部2222c轉為釋放狀態。當限位部2222c於釋放狀態,扣合部323c可抵靠第一連接座221c或與第一連接座221c分離。也就是說,當樞接部2221c沿軸線P1旋轉而令限位部2222c脫離與第一連接座221c並排時,扣合部323c可從原本抵靠第一連接座221c改而與第一連接座221c分離,或是可將原本未抵靠第一連接座221c的扣合部323c改而抵靠第一連接座221c。即以方向D1拆卸電量已耗盡的電池模組300c,或是以方向D1之反向裝上充好電的電池模組300c。
再請參閱圖9與圖10。圖9為本發明第四實施例所揭露之限位部於抵持狀態的立體示意圖。圖10為本發明第四實施例所揭露之限位部於釋放狀態的立體示意圖。
在本實施例電池模組300d中,第二電連接器320d更包含一扣合部323d,扣合部323d沿承載軸 (如圖2所示的承載軸11a)徑向方向凸出於第二連接座321d。扣合部323d具有二讓位槽3231d及二卡固溝槽3232d,二卡固溝槽3232d位於二讓位槽3231d之間。另外,第一電連接器220d改包含二扣壓件222d,二扣壓件222d各包含一轉軸2221d及一限位部2222d。二轉軸2221d樞設於第一連接座221d,且二限位部2222d分別沿轉軸2221d的徑向方向凸出於二轉軸2221d。二限位部2222d可分別沿轉軸2221d軸線P3、P4旋轉而具有一抵持狀態與一釋放狀態。當二限位部2222d於抵持狀態,二限位部2222d卡固於二卡固溝槽3232d,且扣合部323d被抵持於二限位部2222d與第一連接座221d之間。若欲將二限位部2222d從抵持狀態轉變成釋放狀態時,可扳動二限位部2222d以使二限位部2222d脫離二卡固溝槽3232d,並分別以轉軸2221d的軸線P3、P4旋轉而令二限位部2222d轉為釋放狀態。當二限位部2222d於釋放狀態時,二限位部2222d為脫離二卡固溝槽3232d的狀態,且二扣壓件222d可供二讓位槽3231d穿過,而令扣合部323d可抵靠第一連接座221d或與第一連接座221d分離。即如前述之以方向D2拆卸電量已耗盡的電池模組300d,或是以方向D2的反向裝上充好電的電池模組300d。
再請參閱圖11,圖11為本發明第五實施例所揭露之電池模組與電池座的立體圖。此外,前述的電池模組與電池座分別為圓形環的外形與圓形盤體的設置,亦不以此為限。
在本實施例中,將前述實施例的快拆結構改為利用定位磁鐵相吸的方式,並改變電池座及電池模組的外形。詳細來說,本實施例的電動輪10e中,電池座200e為矩形的盤體,且電池模組300e的外形為矩形環。此外,電動輪10e更包含二第一定位磁鐵500e及二第二定位磁鐵600e。二第一定位磁鐵500e設置於電池座200e的第一連接座221e,二第二定位磁鐵600e設置於蓄電體310e。二第二定位磁鐵600e與二第一定位磁鐵500e互相吸引,用以定位第一電連接器220e與第二電連接器320e之間的連接位置。
前述實施例中環繞電池座的電池模組的數量皆為一的設置,並非用以限制本發明。請參閱圖12,圖12為本發明第六實施例所揭露之電池模組的正視圖。
由圖12所示,本實施例的電池模組300f的數量增加為二,其中一電池模組300f的尺寸大於另一電池模組300f的尺寸。尺寸較小的電池模組300f圍繞電池座200f,尺寸較大的電池模組300f則是圍繞在較小的電池模組300f上。藉由本實施例的電池座200f在承載軸 (如圖2所示的承載軸11a)的徑向方向上的空間無限制,而可進一步再加裝另一電池模組300f,以提升電池模組300f的擴充能力。
根據上述實施例所揭露之電動輪,因電池座的座體並排於輪轂的外側,即電池座設置於輪體旁,使得裝設於電池座的電池模組亦位於輪體的外側,以令具有電動輪的輪椅可被摺疊收合,因此可於無使用具有電動輪的輪椅時,可減少其所佔的空間。
此外,再加上電池模組拆裝於電池的方式是透過操作位於電池座上的快拆結構,使得行動不便的使用者可輕易地自行替換電池模組。
再者,因蓄電體的內抵靠面環繞並抵靠座體的外抵靠面,加強了電池模組與電池座之間的固定強度,使得具有電動輪的輪椅在行進時,可確保電池模組的第二電連接器與電池座的第一電連接器是穩固地連接。
另外,部分實施例因電池模組具有多個蓄電體與多個第二電連接器,以及電池座具有多個第一電連接器的設置,使得電池模組的電容量得以擴充,以令具有電動輪的電動式輪椅得以應付使用者因應不同距離移動的需求進行電量調整。
雖然本發明以前述之較佳實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何熟習相像技藝者,在不脫離本發明之精神和範圍內,當可作些許之更動與潤飾,因此本發明之專利保護範圍須視本說明書所附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種電動輪,適用於一承載軸,包含:一輪體,具有一輪轂,且該輪轂用以樞設於該承載軸;一電池座,包含相連的一座體與至少一第一電連接器,該座體用以連接於該承載軸,該座體並排於該輪轂之外側,且該座體具有一外抵靠面,且該外抵靠面背向該承載軸;以及至少一電池模組,包含至少一蓄電體與至少一第二電連接器,該至少一蓄電體與該至少一第二電連接器電性連接,該至少一蓄電體具有一內抵靠面,該至少一蓄電體的該內抵靠面抵靠該座體的該外抵靠面,且該至少一第二電連接器可分離地裝設於該至少一第一電連接器。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電動輪,其中該至少一電池模組的外形為圓形環。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電動輪,其中該至少一電池模組的外形為矩形環。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電動輪,其中該至少一第一電連接器的數量為多個,該至少一蓄電體的數量為多個,且該至少一第二電連接器的數量為多個,該些蓄電體共同圍繞該電池座,並分別連接於該些第二電連接器,該些第二電連接器可分離地裝設於該些第一電連接器。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電動輪,其中該至少一第一電連接器包含一第一連接座、二凸柱及二電性端子,該第一連接座連接於該座體,該二凸柱設置於該第一連接座,該二凸柱為中空的柱體且具有二第一電性插槽,該二電性端子位於該二第一電性插槽內,該至少一第二電連接器包含一第二連接座及二電性針腳,該第二連接座的二端分別與該蓄電體連接,且該第二連接座可分離地抵靠該第一連接座,該第二連接座具有二第二電性插槽及環繞該二第二電性插槽的二環形壁,且該二電性針腳位於該二第二電性插槽內,該二電性針腳可分離地插入該二第一電性插槽而與該二電性端子接觸,且當該二電性針腳插入該二第一電性插槽時,該二凸柱位於該第二電性插槽而被該環形壁抵壓。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之電動輪,其中該第二連接座更具有一卡槽,該至少一第一電連接器更包含一卡勾及一彈性件,該卡勾包含一樞接部、一受壓部及一卡持部,該樞接部的相對二端分別連接於該受壓部及該卡持部,且該樞接部樞設於該第一連接座,該彈性件的相對二端分別抵靠該受壓部及該第一連接座,以令該卡持部勾住該卡槽。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之電動輪,更包含二第一定位磁鐵及二第二定位磁鐵,該二第一定位磁鐵設置於該第一連接座,該二第二定位磁鐵設置於該至少一蓄電體,該二第二定位磁鐵與該二第一定位磁鐵互相吸引,用以定位該至少一第一電連接器與該至少一第二電連接器之間的連接。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之電動輪,其中該至少一第二電連接器更包含一扣合部,該扣合部沿該承載軸徑向方向凸出於該第二連接座,該至少一第一電連接器更包含一扣壓件,該扣壓件包含一樞接部、一限位部及一操作部,該樞接部樞設於該第一連接座,該限位部連接該樞接部,該操作部連接於該限位部,該樞接部可沿平行該承載軸軸線的一軸線旋轉而令該限位部具有一抵持狀態,當該限位部於抵持狀態,該扣合部被抵持於該限位部與該第一連接座之間。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之電動輪,其中該至少一第二電連接器更包含一扣合部,該扣合部沿該承載軸徑向方向凸出於該第二連接座,且該扣合部具有二讓位槽及二卡固溝槽,該二卡固溝槽位於該二讓位槽之間,該至少一第一電連接器更包含二扣壓件,該二扣壓件各包含一轉軸及一限位部,該二轉軸樞設於該第一連接座,該二限位部分別沿該轉軸徑向方向凸出於該二轉軸,該二限位部可沿該轉軸的軸線旋轉而具有一抵持狀態與一釋放狀態,當該二限位部於抵持狀態,該二限位部卡固於該二卡固溝槽,且該扣合部被抵持於該二限位部與該第一連接座之間,當該二限位部於釋放狀態,該二限位部脫離該二卡固溝槽,且該二扣壓件可供該二讓位槽穿過,而令該扣合部可抵靠該第一連接座或與該第一連接座分離。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電動輪,其中該至少一電池模組的數量為二,其中一該電池模組的尺寸大於另一該電池模組的尺寸,尺寸較小的該電池模組環繞地設置於該電池座,尺寸較大的該電池模組環繞尺寸較小的該電池模組。
