Claims (6)
- 印刷パターンを画定する凸部上に網点が突出形成されているフレキソ印刷版と絶縁膜材料のインキとを用いて被印刷体上に絶縁膜を形成するフレキソ印刷による絶縁膜の形成方法であって、
前記凸部上の他の領域よりもインキ保持量が少なくなるように前記網点の条件を変化させた網点条件変化領域が前記印刷パターンのエッジに対応する部位に設けられていることを特徴とするフレキソ印刷による絶縁膜の形成方法。 - 請求項1記載のフレキソ印刷による絶縁膜の形成方法において、
前記網点条件変化領域は前記印刷パターンの印刷方向における後尾側のエッジに対応する部位に設けられていることを特徴とするフレキソ印刷による絶縁膜の形成方法。 - 請求項1記載のフレキソ印刷による絶縁膜の形成方法において、
前記絶縁膜は2つの導体膜間に形成される絶縁膜であって前記2つの導体膜同士を接続するための貫通穴を有するものとされ、
前記網点条件変化領域は前記印刷パターンにおける前記貫通穴回りのエッジに対応する部位に設けられた環状の領域であることを特徴とするフレキソ印刷による絶縁膜の形成方法。 - 印刷パターンを画定する凸部上に網点が突出形成されているフレキソ印刷版であって、
前記凸部上の他の領域よりもインキ保持量が少なくなるように前記網点の条件を変化させた網点条件変化領域が前記印刷パターンのエッジに対応する部位に設けられていることを特徴とするフレキソ印刷版。 - 請求項4記載のフレキソ印刷版において、
前記網点条件変化領域は前記凸部の外周の少なくとも一部に接する部位に設けられていることを特徴とするフレキソ印刷版。 - 請求項4記載のフレキソ印刷版において、
前記印刷パターンは穴を有し、
前記網点条件変化領域は前記穴回りの環状の領域であることを特徴とするフレキソ印刷版。
