Claims (5)
- 인쇄된 배향제를 기판상에 도포하여 배향막을 형성하는 전사판에 있어서,상기 전사판은 베이스 필름과 APR(Asai Kasei Photosensitive Resin)으로 이루어지며, 상기 APR(Asai Kasei Photosensitive Resin)층에는 볼록부인 수개의 망점들이 동일한 크기와 망점선 각도로 규칙적으로 배열되어 있으며,상기 기판의 액티브 영역 바깥쪽에 대응하는 외부 망점의 배열은, 상기 기판의 액티브 영역 안쪽에 대응하는 내부 망점의 배열에 비하여 망점 간의 피치가 작게 설정됨으로 인해 망점간의 거리가 상대적으로 짧아지도록 조밀하게 배치됨으로써, 액티브 영역 바깥쪽에 대응하는 외부 망점 사이에 채워지는 배향제의 양이 액티브 영역 안쪽에 대응하는 내부 망점 사이에 채워지는 배향제의 양보다 적어지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 배향막 형성 전사판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내부 망점은 인치당 400선수이고, 상기 외부 망점은 인치당 560선수인 것을 특징으로 하는 배향막 형성 전사판.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 내부 망점은 지름이 42㎛이고 내부 망점간의 피치는 62㎛이며, 상기 외부 망점은 지름이 42㎛이고 외부 망점간의 피치는 45㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 배향막 형성 전사판.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 내부 망점 및 외부 망점의 망점선 각도는 75°인 것을 특징으로 하는 배향막 전사판.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 외부 망점 영역은 상기 기판의 액티브 영역에서 배향막의 끝 부분까지의 영역에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배향막 형성 전사판.
