Abstract
Description
・ 黒鉛あるいはカーボンファイバによる浸透短絡が生じ難く、
・ PSOC等の深い放電を伴う環境での寿命性能に優れた鉛蓄電池を提供することにある。
黒鉛1:鱗片状黒鉛で平均粒子径は100μm、抵抗率は0.001Ω・cm、
黒鉛2:膨張化黒鉛で平均粒子径は30μm、抵抗率は0.01Ω・cm、
黒鉛3:膨張化黒鉛で平均粒子径は30μm、抵抗率は0.012Ω・cm、
黒鉛4:鱗片状黒鉛で平均粒子径は5μm、抵抗率は0.001Ω・cm、
黒鉛5:鱗片状黒鉛で平均粒子径は30μm、抵抗率は0.001Ω・cm、
黒鉛6:鱗片状黒鉛で平均粒子径は300μm、抵抗率は0.001Ω・cm。

Claims (10)
- 負極板と正極板と電解液とセパレータとを有する鉛蓄電池において、
前記負極板の負極電極材料は、黒鉛あるいはカーボンファイバと、硫酸バリウムとを含有し、
かつ、前記負極板と前記正極板との平均極板間隔Sと前記負極板1枚当たりの負極電極材料の質量Wとの比S/Wが0.01mm/g以上であることを特徴とする、鉛蓄電池。 - 負極板と正極板と電解液とセパレータとを有する鉛蓄電池において、
前記負極板の負極電極材料は、黒鉛あるいはカーボンファイバと、バリウム元素とを含有し、
かつ、前記負極板と前記正極板との平均極板間隔Sと前記負極板1枚当たりの負極電極材料の質量Wとの比S/Wが0.01mm/g以上であることを特徴とする、鉛蓄電池。 - 前記負極電極材料は、0.6mass%以上の硫酸バリウムを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1の鉛蓄電池。
- 前記負極電極材料は、カーボンブラックを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかの鉛蓄電池。
- 前記負極電極材料は、2.5mass%未満の黒鉛あるいは2.5mass%未満のカーボンファイバを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかの鉛蓄電池。
- 前記黒鉛あるいはカーボンファイバは、粉体での4端子法による電気抵抗率が0.01Ω・cm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかの鉛蓄電池。
- 前記硫酸バリウムは、吸油量が12mL/100g以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかの鉛蓄電池。
- 前記セパレータはシリカ(SiO2)含有量が60mass%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかの鉛蓄電池。
- 前記電解液はアルミニウムイオンを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかの鉛蓄電池。
- 前記電解液はリチウムイオンを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかの鉛蓄電池。
