Description
・ 黒鉛あるいはカーボンファイバによる浸透短絡が生じ難く、
・ PSOC等の深い放電を伴う環境での寿命性能に優れた鉛蓄電池を提供することにある。
電解液にアルミニウムイオンとリチウムイオンの両方を含有させると、浸透短絡を抑制でき、またPSOC寿命も大きく向上する(表7の試料H9,H10)

Claims (7)
- 負極板と正極板と電解液とを有する鉛蓄電池において、
負極板の負極電極材料は、2.5mass%以下の黒鉛を含有し、
かつ、鉛蓄電池当たりの負極電極材料の質量Nと正極電極材料の質量Pとの比N/Pが0.62以上0.95 以下であり、
前記負極電極材料は3.0mass%以下の硫酸バリウムを含有することを特徴とする、鉛蓄電池。 - 前記負極電極材料は1.2mass%以上の硫酸バリウムを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1の鉛蓄電池。
- 前記負極電極材料はカーボンブラックを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2の鉛蓄電池。
- 前記黒鉛として、平均粒子径が300μm以下の黒鉛を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかの鉛蓄電池。
- 前記電解液はアルミニウムイオンを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかの鉛蓄電池。
- 前記電解液はリチウムイオンを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかの鉛蓄電池。
- 部分充電状態で使用され、かつ浸透短絡が抑制されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかの鉛蓄電池。
