Claims (14)

  1. 複数のナノ構造高分子配位子および前記ナノ構造が埋め込まれる有機高分子を含む組成物であって、
    前記配位子は、シリコーン骨格、ならびに前記シリコーン骨格に連結している1個以上の第1級アミンおよび/または第2級アミン部分を含み、
    前記高分子配位子が過剰に提供され、それにより、前記配位子のいくつかの分子は前記ナノ構造の表面に結合し、前記配位子の他の分子は前記ナノ構造の表面に結合していない、前記組成物。
  2. 記高分子配位子は異なる少なくとも2種類の単量体単位を含み、前記単量体単位のうちの少なくとも1種類は前記アミン部分を含み、前記単量体単位のうちの少なくとも1種類は前記アミン部分を含まない、請求項1に記載の組成物。
  3. (i)前記アミン部分を含む単量体単位が、前記配位子中に0.5%〜20%の間のモルパーセントで存在し;または
    (ii)前記アミン部分を含む単量体単位が、単量体単位あたり単一の第1級アミン部分を含み;または
    (iii)前記アミン部分を含む単量体単位が、単量体単位あたり単一の第1級アミン部分および単一の第2級アミン部分を含み;または
    (iv)前記高分子配位子が、1配位子分子あたり1〜20個の第1級アミン部分を含む:請求項1に記載の組成物。
  4. (a)前記高分子配位子が次式:

    (式中、Rは第1級アミン部分および/または第2級アミン部分を含む基であり、
    R’およびR’’は、独立して、アルキルまたはアリール基であり、
    mは正の整数であり、nは0または正の整数であり、
    随意にR’およびR’’はメチル基である)
    であるか;または
    (b)前記高分子配位子が以下のもの:

  5. ナノ構造、第1の高分子配位子および第2の高分子配位子を含み、
    前記の第1の高分子配位子がシリコーン骨格、ならびに前記シリコーン骨格に連結している1個以上の第1級アミンおよび/または第2級アミン部分を含み、この高分子配位子が次式:

  6. 前記第2の高分子配位子が次式:

    であり、
    随意に前記第2の高分子配位子が次式:

  7. 前記高分子配位子が次式:

    (式中、Rは前記第1級アミン部分および/または第2級アミン部分を含む基であり、
    R’およびR’’は、独立して、アルキルまたはアリール基であり、
    R’’’はアルキル基、重合可能な基、アミン基を含む基、またはカルボン酸基を含む基であり、
    xが正の整数であり、yが0または正の整数であり、nが0または正の整数であり、随意に
    (a)R’およびR’’がメチル基であり、または
    (b)Rが第1級アミン部分および第2級アミン部分を含む
    である、請求項に記載の組成物。
  8. 前記ナノ構造が半導体ナノ結晶である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の組成物。
  9. ナノ構造、高分子配位子および有機エポキシクロスリンカーを含み、前記高分子配位子がシリコーン骨格、ならびに前記シリコーン骨格に連結している1個以上の第1級アミンおよび/または第2級アミン部分を含む、請求項に記載の組成物。
  10. 前記クロスリンカーが以下のもの:

  11. 前記有機重合体が炭化水素重合体である、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の組成物。
  12. 請求項1に記載の複合材料物質の作製法であって、
    ナノ構造(前記ナノ構造は前記ナノ構造の表面に結合している第1の高分子配位子を有し、前記第1の高分子配位子はシリコーン骨格および前記シリコーン骨格に連結している1個以上の第1級アミン部分および/または第2級アミン部分を含)の集団を提供することと;
    過剰の前記第1の高分子配位子(余分な第1の高分子配位子は、前記ナノ構造の表面に結合しない)を提供することと;
    第2の高分子配位子(前記第2の高分子配位子はシリコーン骨格および前記第2の高分子配位子の末端サブユニットに連結している1個以上の第1級アミン部分および/または第2級アミン部分を含む)を提供することと;
    前記ナノ構造に結合している前記第1の高分子配位子、余分な第1の高分子配位子および前記の第2の高分子配位子を、前記ナノ構造が埋め込まれるシリコーンマトリックスに組み込むことと
    を含む方法。
  13. 請求項12に記載の方法によって得られる複合材料物質。
  14. 請求項13に記載の複合材料物質を含む素子。
