Claims (26)
- 患者の外傷に閉鎖力を提供する減圧創傷閉鎖システムにおいて、当該減圧創傷閉鎖システムが:
前記外傷の縁部に隣接する前記患者の表皮の第1の部分に脱着可能に取り付ける第1の取付部材と;
前記外傷の縁部に隣接する前記患者の表皮の第2の部分に脱着可能に取り付ける第2の取付部材であって、前記第1の取付部材が前記第2の取付部材と間隔をあけて配置される第2の取付部材と;
前記第1の取付部材と前記第2の取付部材に連結され、減圧下で収縮するように機能しうる密閉収縮性部材と;を具えており、
減圧が前記密閉収縮性部材に供給されたときに、前記第1の取付部材と前記第2の取付部材の間に閉鎖力が生じることを特徴とする減圧創傷閉鎖システム。 - 請求項1に記載の減圧創傷閉鎖システムがさらに、前記第2の取付部材に連結された減圧インタフェースを具えることを特徴とする減圧創傷閉鎖システム。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧創傷閉鎖システムにおいて、
前記第1の取付部材が、第1のベース部材と第1の接着剤を具えており;
前記第2の取付部材が、第2のベース部材と第2の接着剤を具えることを特徴とする減圧創傷閉鎖システム。 - 請求項3に記載の減圧創傷閉鎖システムがさらに、前記第1のベース部材に連結された壁部材と、当該壁部材に連結された減圧インタフェースとを具えることを特徴とする減圧創傷閉鎖システム。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧創傷閉鎖システムにおいて、前記密閉収縮性部材が:
第1の面と、第2の患者に面する面と、外周縁部を有する収縮性マニホールド材と;
当該収縮性マニホールド材の前記第1の面と隣接して配置される第1のシール部材と;
前記収縮性マニホールド材の前記第2の患者に面する面と隣接して配置される第2のシール部材と;
前記収縮性マニホールド材の前記外周縁部と接して配置される外周シール部材と;を具えており、
前記第1のシール部材、第2のシール部材、および外周シール部材が、前記収縮性マニホールド材を空気圧で密閉するように機能しうることを特徴とする減圧創傷閉鎖システム。 - 請求項5に記載の減圧創傷閉鎖システムにおいて、前記外周シール部材が、第3のシール層を具えることを特徴とする減圧創傷閉鎖システム。
- 請求項5に記載の減圧創傷閉鎖システムにおいて、前記外周シール部材が、壁部を具えることを特徴とする減圧創傷閉鎖システム。
- 請求項1に記載の減圧創傷閉鎖システムにおいて、前記第1の取付部材が:
第1の面と、第2の内向きの面を有する第1のベース部材と;
当該第1のベース部材に連結された第1の壁部と;
前記第1のベース部材の前記第2の内向きの面に連結された第1の接着剤とを具えることを特徴とする減圧創傷閉鎖システム。 - 患者の外傷に閉鎖力を提供する減圧創傷閉鎖システムにおいて、当該減圧創傷閉鎖システムが:
前記外傷の縁部に隣接する前記患者の表皮に脱着可能に取り付ける複数の取付部材と;
当該複数の取付部材に連結される外周壁であって、前記外傷に近接して配置される外周壁と;
当該外周壁の少なくとも一部分に連結され、減圧下で収縮するように機能しうる密閉収縮性部材と;
当該密閉収縮性部材に流体連結され、減圧を前記密閉収縮性部材に送達するように機能しうる減圧源と;を具えており、
減圧が当該減圧源によって前記密閉収縮性部材に供給されると、閉鎖力が生じることを特徴とする減圧創傷閉鎖システム。 - 請求項9に記載の減圧創傷閉鎖システムにおいて、前記外周壁が、ポリプロピレンを含むことを特徴とする減圧創傷閉鎖システム。
- 請求項9に記載の減圧創傷閉鎖システムにおいて、前記外周壁が、硬質のシリコーンを含むことを特徴とする減圧創傷閉鎖システム。
- 請求項9に記載の減圧創傷閉鎖システムにおいて、前記複数の取付部材の各取付部材が、第1のベース部材と第1の接着剤を具えることを特徴とする減圧創傷閉鎖システム。
- 請求項9に記載の減圧創傷閉鎖システムにおいて、前記密閉収縮性部材が:
第1の面と、第2の内向きの面と、外周縁部とを有する収縮性マニホールド材と;
当該収縮性マニホールド材の前記第1の面と隣接して配置される第1のシール部材と;
前記収縮性マニホールド材の前記第2の内向きの面と隣接して配置される第2のシール部材と;
前記収縮性マニホールド材の前記外周縁部と隣接して配置される外周シール部材と;を具えており、
前記第1のシール部材、第2のシール部材、および外周シール部材が、前記収縮性マニホールド材を空気圧で密閉するように機能しうることを特徴とする減圧創傷閉鎖システム。 - 請求項13に記載の減圧創傷閉鎖システムにおいて、前記外周シール部材が、第3のシール部材を具えることを特徴とする減圧創傷閉鎖システム。
- 請求項13に記載の減圧創傷閉鎖システムにおいて、前記外周シール部材が、壁部を具えることを特徴とする減圧創傷閉鎖システム。
- 請求項13に記載の減圧創傷閉鎖システムにおいて、前記複数の取付部材がそれぞれ:
第1の面と、第2の内向きの面を有する第1のベース部材と;
当該第1のベース部材に連結された第1の壁部と;
前記第1のベース部材の前記第2の内向きの面に連結された第1の接着剤とを具えることを特徴とする減圧創傷閉鎖システム。 - 患者の外傷に閉鎖力を提供し、組織部位に減圧を送達する、減圧による創傷閉鎖および治療システムにおいて、当該減圧による創傷閉鎖および治療システムが:
創傷閉鎖サブシステムであって:
前記外傷の縁部と隣接する前記患者の表皮の第1の部分に脱着可能に取り付ける第1の取付部材と、
前記外傷の縁部と隣接する前記患者の表皮の第2の部分に脱着可能に取り付ける第2の取付部材であって、前記第1の取付部材が前記第2の取付部材と間隔をあけて配置される第2の取付部材と、
前記第1の取付部材と前記第2の取付部材に連結され、減圧下で収縮するように機能しうる密閉収縮性部材と、
第1の減圧を前記密閉収縮性部材に送達するように機能しうる閉鎖用の減圧源とを具えており、
前記第1の減圧が前記密閉収縮性部材に供給されると、前記第1の取付部材と前記第2の取付部材の間に閉鎖力が生じる創傷閉鎖サブシステムと、
減圧治療サブシステムであって:
前記組織部位と隣接して位置し、減圧を分配したり流体を受け取るように機能しうるマニホールドと、
前記患者の表皮に配置して、前記マニホールドの上に空気シールを形成するように機能しうるシール部材と、
第2の減圧を前記マニホールドに送達するように機能しうる治療用の減圧源とを具える減圧治療サブシステムとを具えることを特徴とする減圧による創傷閉鎖および治療システム。 - 請求項17に記載の減圧による創傷閉鎖および治療システムにおいて、前記閉鎖用の減圧源が、前記治療用の減圧源を具えることを特徴とする減圧による創傷閉鎖および治療システム。
- 請求項17に記載の減圧による創傷閉鎖および治療システムにおいて、前記閉鎖用の減圧源および前記治療用の減圧源が:
減圧ユニットと;
減圧インタフェースと;
前記減圧ユニットと前記減圧インタフェースを流体連結するように機能しうる減圧送達導管と;を具え、
前記減圧インタフェースは前記マニホールドと流体連結するように機能し;
前記密閉収縮性部材と前記マニホールドを流体連結するように機能しうる減圧コネクタを具えることを特徴とする減圧による創傷閉鎖および治療システム。 - 請求項17に記載の減圧による創傷閉鎖および治療システムにおいて、前記閉鎖用の減圧源と前記治療用の減圧源が:
減圧ユニットと;
減圧インタフェースと;
前記減圧ユニットと前記減圧インタフェースを流体連結するように機能しうる減圧送達導管と;を具え、
前記減圧インタフェースは前記密閉収縮性部材と流体連結するように機能し;
前記密閉収縮性部材と前記マニホールドを流体連結するように機能しうる減圧コネクタを具えることを特徴とする減圧による創傷閉鎖および治療システム。 - 請求項17に記載の減圧による創傷閉鎖および治療システムにおいて、前記第2の減圧が、−100mmHg乃至−350mmHgであることを特徴とする減圧による創傷閉鎖および治療システム。
- 患者の外傷に閉鎖力を提供する減圧創傷閉鎖システムの製造方法において、当該方法が:
前記外傷の縁部に隣接する前記患者の表皮の第1の部分に脱着可能に取り付ける第1の取付部材を形成するステップと;
前記外傷の縁部に近接する前記患者の表皮の第2の部分に脱着可能に取り付ける第2の取付部材を形成するステップと;
減圧下で収縮するように機能しうる密閉収縮性部材を形成するステップと;
減圧インタフェースを形成するステップとを具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項22に記載の製造方法がさらに、前記密閉収縮性部材を前記第1の取付部材と前記第2の取付部材に連結するステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項22に記載の製造方法がさらに、前記減圧インタフェースを前記密閉収縮性部材に流体連結するステップを具えることを特徴とする製造方法。
- 請求項22に記載の製造方法がさらに、外周壁を形成し、当該外周壁を前記第1の取付部材と前記第2の取付部材に連結するステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項22に記載の製造方法において、前記密閉収縮性部材を前記第1の取付部材と前記第2の取付部材に連結するステップが、前記密閉収縮性部材を前記外周壁の少なくとも一部分に連結するステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
