Description
別の実施例によれば、患者の線状創傷を治療するシステムに使用する閉合医療用品補助枕は、柔軟な閉合補助枕材でできた補助枕本体を具える。この閉合補助枕本体は、補助枕本体の第2の面に形成した第1の閉合部材を具える。第1の閉合部材は、第1の斜壁を具える。閉合補助枕本体は、補助枕本体の第2の面に形成した第2の閉合部材を具える。第2の閉合部材は、第2の斜壁を具える。この補助枕本体は、更に、補助枕本体に連結された吸上材ホルダと、この吸上材ホルダに取り付けた吸上材を具える。この吸上材は流体を取り除くための流体経路を有する。第1の閉合部材と第2の閉合部材は、閉合部材補助枕が減圧下にあるときに、内側に向かう力を生じるように操作することができる。
主に図5を参照して、閉合医療用品補助枕246の別の実施例を説明する。閉合医療用品補助枕246は、第1の側部253または第1の側面上の第1の閉合部材252、及び第2の側部255又は第2の側面上の第2の閉合部材254と共に形成した、補助枕本体250を具える。第1及び第2の閉合部材252は吸上材ホルダ236に対して上向きに角度がついた(図に示す方向)斜壁を有する。中央部分268に対して、オーバーレイ片265またはオーバーレイは、閉合部材252と254を覆った状態で保持している。閉合部材252と254間のギャップは、吸上材238を保持する吸上材ホルダ236を形成している。吸上材238の形状と吸上材238の物質は、下にある線状創傷(例えば、図1における線状創傷12)を乾いた清潔な状態に保つように動作可能である。
吸上材238に使用できる材料には、疎水性材料、親水性材料及び以下に述べる成形した医療用品補助枕材532に用いることができる他でリストに挙げた材料全部(図8を参照)が含まれる。オーバーレイ片265及び閉合部材252と254は、シースルー材料で作って、閉合医療用品補助枕材246をシステムと共に使用できるようにして、閉合医療用品補助枕材246の外(例えば、図6参照)及びシステム外の位置から閉合医療用品補助枕材246の下にある線状創傷の色、色影、創傷エッジあるいはその他の特徴をヘルスケア提供者が見ることができるようにしても良い。
動作中は、閉合医療用品補助枕材246は減圧下で曲げモーメントを発現して、第1の閉合部材252と第2の閉合部材254の下側部分を患者の上皮の下側(図に示す方向)及び内側に押して、圧縮力あるいは閉合力の双方を線状創傷に向けるようにすることができる。吸上材ホルダ236へ送達された減圧は、第1の閉合部材252と第2の閉合部材254を互いに近づけるように移動させ、これによって閉合力を提供する。閉合医療用品補助枕材246は、吸上材238が線状創傷に接触して、線状創傷から発することができる流体を取り除く役割をするような大きさと構造を有する。このような流体は、減圧インターフェースに送達され、次いで、減圧源の影響の下、減圧管によってキャニスタに送達される。
第1の部分453の上の第1の壁437と、第2の部分455の上の第2の壁439は、吸上材438を保持する吸上材ホルダ436を形成している。吸上材438は、線状創傷412に対して保持されており、医療用品アセンブリ440が減圧下に置かれたときに、例えば滲出液などの流体を除去する働きをする。
Claims (22)
- 患者の線状創傷治療システムに使用する閉合医療用品補助枕において、当該閉合医療用品補助枕が:
柔軟な閉合補助枕材から形成されており、中央部を有する補助枕本体を具え;
当該補助枕本体が:
上側壁と;
底壁であって、前記上側壁とスペースを開けて連結されており、前記中央部の一方の側部に第1の外側部を、及び、前記中央部の他方の側部に第2の外側部を有する底壁と;
前記第1の外側部に形成した第1の閉合部材と;
前記第2の外側部に形成した第2の閉合部材と;を具え、
前記第1の閉合部材と第2の閉合部材が、前記閉合医療用品補助枕が減圧下に置かれたときに方向性のある力を発現するように動作可能であることを特徴とする閉合医療用品補助枕。 - 請求項1に記載の閉合医療用品補助枕において、前記補助枕本体がシースルー材料でできていることを特徴とする閉合医療用品補助枕。
- 請求項1に記載の閉合医療用品補助枕において、前記補助枕本体がシリコーンでできていることを特徴とする閉合医療用品補助枕。
- 請求項1に記載の閉合医療用品補助枕において、前記補助枕本体が更に、吸上材ホルダを具え、前記閉合医療用品補助枕が更に、前記吸上材ホルダに連結した吸上材を具えることを特徴とする閉合医療用品補助枕。
- 請求項1に記載の閉合医療用品補助枕において、前記方向性のある力が内側向の閉合力を含むことを特徴とする閉合医療用品補助枕。
- 請求項1に記載の閉合医療用品補助枕において、前記方向性のある力が圧縮力を含むことを特徴とする閉合医療用品補助枕。
- 請求項1に記載の閉合医療用品補助枕において、前記方向性のある力が内側閉合力と圧縮力を具えることを特徴とする閉合医療用品補助枕。
- 患者の線状創傷を治療するシステムに用いる閉合医療用品補助枕において、当該閉合補助枕が:
柔軟な閉合補助枕材でできた補助枕本体とを具え;
前記閉合補助枕本体が:
前記補助枕本体の第2の面に形成されており、第1の斜壁を有する第1の閉合部材と;
前記補助枕本体の前記第2の面に形成され、第2の斜壁を有する第2の閉合部材と;
前記補助枕本体に連結した吸上材ホルダと;
前記吸上材ホルダに取り付けた吸上材であって、液体を除去するための液流通路を有する吸上材と;を具え、
前記第1の閉合部材と第2の閉合部材が、前記閉合医療用品補助枕が減圧下にあるときに、内側向の力を発現するように動作可能であることを特徴とする閉合医療用品補助枕。 - 請求項8に記載の閉合医療用品補助枕において、前記第1の閉合部材と第2の閉合部材が、前記閉合医療用品補助枕が減圧下にあるときに圧縮力を発現するように動作可能であることを特徴とする閉合医療用品補助枕。
- 請求項8に記載の閉合医療用品補助枕において、前記補助枕本体がシースルー材料でできていることを特徴とする閉合医療用品補助枕。
- 請求項8に記載の閉合医療用品補助枕において、前記補助枕本体がシリコーンでできていることを特徴とする閉合医療用品補助枕。
- 患者の線状創傷を治療するシステムに使用する閉合医療用品補助枕において、当該閉合補助枕が:
柔軟な閉合補助枕材でできた補助枕本体と;
前記補助枕本体の第2の面に形成され、中央領域の第1の側面に形成された第1の閉合部材と;
前記補助枕本体の第2の面に形成され、中央領域の第2の側面に形成された第2の閉合部材と;を具え、
前記第1の閉合部材と第2の閉合部材が、減圧下に置かれたときに互いに向かって移動するように動作可能であり;
前記補助枕本体が、光が十分に通過して、前記閉合医療用品補助枕の外側位置から色が検出できるように動作可能であることを特徴とする閉合医療用品補助枕。 - 請求項12に記載の閉合医療用品補助枕において、前記補助枕本体がシリコーンでできていることを特徴とする閉合医療用品補助枕。
- 請求項12に記載の閉合医療用品補助枕が更に、前記補助枕本体に形成された吸上材ホルダと、当該吸上材ホルダに取り付けた吸上材を具えることを特徴とする閉合医療用品補助枕。
- 患者の線状創傷を治療するシステムに使用する医療用品アッセンブリにおいて、当該医療用品アッセンブリが:
柔軟な閉合補助枕材からできており、第1の面及び組織に対向する第2の面とを有する、補助枕本体を具え;
前記補助枕本体が:
当該補助枕本体の中央創傷領域の第1の側面の第1の閉合部材と;
当該補助枕本体の中央創傷領域の第2の側面の第2の閉合部材と;を具え、
前記第1の閉合部材と第2の閉合部材が、前記閉合医療用品補助枕が減圧下にあるときに、互いの方向に移動して圧縮力を発現するように動作可能であり;
補助枕本体の第1表面近傍に配置され、補助枕本体の上にシールを形成するように動作するオーバードレープを具えることを特徴とする医療用品アッセンブリ。 - 請求項15に記載の医療用品アッセンブリにおいて、前記補助枕本体がシースルー材料でできていることを特徴とする医療用品アッセンブリ。
- 請求項15に記載の医療用品アッセンブリにおいて、前記補助枕本体がシリコーンでできていることを特徴とする医療用品アッセンブリ。
- 請求項15に記載の医療用品アッセンブリが更に、前記補助枕本体に形成された吸上材ホルダと、当該吸上材ホルダに取り付けた吸上材とを具えることを特徴とする医療用品アッセンブリ。
- 請求項15に記載の医療用品アッセンブリにおいて、前記補助枕本体がシースルー材料でできており、前記補助枕本体が、十分に光を透過して前記医療用品アッセンブリの外側位置から前記線状創傷の色を見ることができるように動作可能であることを特徴とする医療用品アッセンブリ。
- 患者の線状創傷を治療するシステムに使用する閉合医療用品補助枕を製造する方法において、当該方法が:
柔軟な閉合補助枕材料から補助枕本体を形成するステップを具え;
当該補助枕本体形成ステップが、当該補助枕本体に第1の側面と第2の側面を形成するステップを具え、前記補助枕本体が中央領域を有し、この中央領域の一方の側部に前記第1の側面があり、他方の側部に前記第2の側面があり;
前記補助枕本体形成ステップが更に:
前記中央領域の前記第1の側面の前記補助枕本体に第1の閉合部材を形成するステップと;
前記中央領域の前記第2の側面の前記補助枕本体に第2の閉合部材を形成するステップと;を具え、
前記第1の閉合部材と第2の閉合部材が、前記閉合医療用品補助枕が減圧下にあるときに内側向の閉合力を発現することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項20に記載の方法において、前記補助枕本体を形成するステップが更に、前記補助枕本体を、減圧下に置かれたときに圧縮力を発現するように形成するステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項20に記載の方法において、前記補助枕本体を形成するステップが更に、吸上材ホルダを形成するステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
