Claims (8)
- 車両のヘッドランプ又はフォグランプを点灯又は点滅するか、又はワイパーのインターバルを調節できるように回転操作される複数のノブと、
前記ノブの内部に配置されて前記ノブの回転によって共に回転する一対のレバーアームと、
前記レバーアームの一側端部に各々設置されて、前記レバーアームの回転によって移動する一対の接触端子部と、
前記接触端子部を装着させて移動可能にするガイド溝が各々形成されたガイド部材と、
前記接触端子部と各々接触して作動信号を発生させる絶縁部と、
を備える車両用スイッチレバー。 - 前記レバーアームは、
所定長さに拡張された円筒体をなす第1レバーアームであって、前記第1レバーアームの一側端部にいずれか一つのノブを結合させる締結部が形成され、前記第1レバーアームの他側端部にいずれか一つの接触端子部を結合させる突出部が形成された、前記第1レバーアームと、
前記第1レバーアームを内部に貫通させて収容する所定長さに拡張された円筒管体をなす第2レバーアームであって、前記第2レバーアームの一側端部にさらに他のノブを結合させる締結部が形成され、前記第2レバーアームの他側端部に残りの接触端子部を結合させる突出部が形成された、前記第2レバーアームと、
を備える請求項1に記載の車両用スイッチレバー。 - 前記突出部は、球形又は半球形に形成される請求項2に記載の車両用スイッチレバー。
- 前記突出部は、前記各レバーアームの一端から前記レバーアームの長さ方向に対して所定角度をなす傾斜線上に沿って折り曲げられて形成される請求項2に記載の車両用スイッチレバー。
- 前記第1レバーアームの前記突出部側の端部には、前記第1レバーアームと前記第2レバーアームとの間の接触による干渉を防止できるように、リング状のアームホルダーがさらに装着される請求項2に記載の車両用スイッチレバー。
- 前記ノブを固定させるための外部形状を有するレバー本体内には、中空型のレバーホルダーが設置され、
前記一対のレバーアームは、前記レバーホルダーの内部を貫通して設置される請求項1に記載の車両用スイッチレバー。 - 前記レバーアームの突出部と隣接した前記レバーホルダーの端部側には、前記レバーホルダーの長さ方向に対して所定角度をなす傾斜線上に沿って結合部が折り曲げられて形成される請求項6に記載の車両用スイッチレバー。
- 前記絶縁部の上部には、固定端子が形成される請求項1に記載の車両用スイッチレバー。
