Claims (18)
- (A)(A1)PA6、PA46、PA66、PA610、PA612、PA6/12、PA1010、PA11、PA12、PA1012、PA1212、及び/又はこれらの混合物及び/又はコポリアミドの群から選択される脂肪族ポリアミド55〜85重量%;及び
(A2)MACM10−18、PACM10−18、MACMI、MACMT、MXDI、MXD6、6I、6T、6I/6T、及び/又はこれらの混合物及び/又はコポリアミドから選択されるポリアミド15〜45重量%;又は
(i)MACM10−18、PACM10−18、MACMI、MACMT、MXDI、MXD6、6I、6T、6I/6Tの群から選択される1種類以上のポリアミド単位;及び

(A2)MACM10−18、PACM10−18、MACMI、MACMT、MXDI、MXD6、6I、6T、及び/又はこれらの混合物及び/又はコポリアミドから選択されるポリアミド0〜45重量%;又は
(i)MACM10−18、PACM10−18、MACMI、MACMT、MXDI、MXD6、6I、6T、6I/6Tの群から選択される1種類以上のポリアミド単位;及び
(ii)66、610、6、及び12の群から選択される1種類以上のポリアミド単位;
を含む少なくとも1種類のコポリアミド0〜45重量%;
を含むポリアミドマトリクスを形成するポリマー混合物30〜80重量%;並びに
(B)非円形の断面、及び2〜8の副断面軸に対する主断面軸の寸法比を有するガラス長繊維20〜70重量%;
から形成される充填ポリアミド(PA)成形化合物。 - 副断面軸に対する主断面軸の寸法比が3.5〜6.0の間である、請求項1又は2に記載のPA成形化合物。
- ガラス長繊維が、E−ガラス長繊維、A−ガラス長繊維、C−ガラス長繊維、D−ガラス長繊維、M−ガラス長繊維、S−ガラス長繊維、及び/又はR−ガラス長繊維を含む群から選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のPA成形化合物。
- ガラス長繊維の場合において、主断面軸の長さが6〜40μmであり、副断面軸の長さが3〜20μmである、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のPA成形化合物。
- ASTM−D648にしたがう負荷下での熱撓み温度(HDT−C)が、同等の量比の円形区域を有するガラス長繊維が充填されているPAマトリクスに関する同等の充填成形化合物のHDT−Cよりも少なくとも5℃高い、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のPA成形化合物。
- HDT−Cが10℃高い、請求項6に記載のPA成形化合物。
- 噴射方向に対して横方向に測定される横方向の剛性が、縦方向の剛性よりも少なくとも55%、好ましくは少なくとも58%大きい、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のPA成形化合物。
- ポリアミド(A2)が、6T/6I、MXD6/MXDI、MACM12、PACM12/MACM12、6I、6T/66、6I/6Tから選択される、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のPA成形化合物。
- ポリアミドマトリクスを形成するポリマー混合物が30重量%以下の粒子状及び/又は層状の充填剤Cを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のPA成形化合物。
- 0.1〜30重量%の粒子状及び/又は層状の充填剤Cを含む、請求項10に記載のPA成形化合物。
- ポリアミドマトリクスを形成するポリマー混合物が5重量%以下の添加剤Dを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のPA成形化合物。
- 0.1〜5重量%の添加剤Dを含む、請求項12に記載のPA成形化合物。
- ポリアミドマトリクスを形成するポリマー混合物が以下の成分:
A:30〜80重量%のポリアミドマトリクス;
B:20〜70重量%のガラス長繊維;
C:0.1〜20重量%の充填剤;及び
D:0.1〜5重量%の添加剤;
を含み、但し、A+B+C+Dは100重量%である、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のPA成形化合物。 - 好ましくは3〜25mm、特に好ましくは4〜12mmの粒長を有する、請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の引き抜き成形法によって得られる長繊維強化ロッド状粒状物。
- 成形物品を製造するための請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の成形化合物の使用。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載のポリアミド成形化合物から得られる成形物品。
- 射出成形、押出、引き抜き成形、ブロー成形、又は他の成型技術を用いて製造される、請求項17に記載の成形物品。
