Abstract
(I)
[式中、R1, R2, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8 および R9は、それぞれ同一または異なって、置換または非置換のアルキル基、または置換または非置換のアリール基であり、R3 および R10は、同一または異なって、置換または非置換のアルキル基、置換または非置換のアリール基、Rf-X-またはZ-Y-であり、XおよびYはそれぞれ同一または異なって、2価の有機基であり、Rf はC1-6フルオロアルキル基であり、Zは加水分解可能な部位を含むシリル基であり、mは1〜100、nは1〜50、およびoは0〜200である。離型組成物は、優れた離型性および離型性の耐久性(繰返し離型性)を与える。
Description
R1〜R10は好ましくはC1-20の、より好ましくはC1-12の置換または非置換のアルキル基, またはC6-20の、より好ましくは C6-12の置換または非置換のアリール基である。
アルキル基は塩素原子などのハロゲン原子で置換されてよい。アリール基は、塩素原子などのハロゲン原子または、例えばメチル基などの、C1-C10のアルキル基で置換されてよい。R1〜R10の例には、メチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、ヘキシル基およびドデシル基などの非置換アルキル基;クロロメチル基などの置換アルキル基、フェニル基およびナフチル基などの非置換アリール基;4−クロロフェニル基および2−メチルフェニル基などの置換アリール基が含まれる。それらの中でも、アルキル基、特に非置換アルキル基が好ましく、メチル基がより好ましい。
250 mlの4つ口丸底フラスコに、撹拌機、温度計/温度制御器、マントルヒーター、CaSO4を詰めた乾燥管を有する水冷式還流冷却器、および滴下ロートを備え付けた。平均組成Me3SiO-(Me2SiO)38-(MeHSiO)26-SiMe3を有するシロキサン 49.97gをフラスコに添加し、80℃に加熱し、その後、1、2-ジビニルテトラメチルジシロキサンとの錯体としてPtを17 mg含むF3CCF2CH2OCH2CH=CH2 48.58gを添加した。滴下を28分で完了し、続いてアリルトリメトキシシラン28.62gを7分間、滴下した。過剰のオレフィンを真空加熱下に除去した。化合物1を得た。
ペンタフルオロプロピルアリルエーテルに替えてCF3CF2CF2CF2CH2CH2OCH2CH=CH2を用いた以外は、合成例1と同一の操作を繰返して、化合物2を得た。
原料を替えて、合成例1と同一の操作によって、化合物3〜6を製造した。
原料を替えて合成例1と同一の操作によって、A部位を持たない対照化合物1およびB部位を持たない対照化合物2を製造した。
離型試験を全部で9つの化合物を用いて行なった。即ち、合成例1〜8で製造した化合物1〜6と対照化合物1および2、ならびに市販のフッ素含有離型剤、DAIFREE GF-6030(ダイキン工業(株)製)(対照化合物3)である。結果を表1に示した。
離型組成物をHFC-365で希釈して固形分3質量%とした溶液を、直径7 cm および深さ3 cmのアルミニウム型の片側にブラシで塗布し、室温(23℃)で1時間乾燥し、非揮発分0.2〜0.3 mg/cm2が金属表面上に残留するようにした。次に、半硬質ウレタン用の下記AおよびB液を撹拌混合し、直ちに上記アルミニウム型中に注入する。液を室温(23℃)で10分間硬化し、および成形物品を離型し、その間に成形強度に由来する剥離強度を張力テスター(SHIMADZU Autograph DSC-50M:島津製作所製、引張り速度;25 mm/分)で測定する。

SUMIDUR 44V20 (ポリイソシアネート, 住化バイエルウレタン(株)製)
41.3 部
下記触媒1 %を、実施例1で用いた化合物1〜6および対照化合物1〜3に添加し、次に、実施例1におけると同様に、離型組成物を型に塗布し、150℃で30分間乾燥した。
用いた触媒は2つの種類、即ち、テトライソプロピルチタネート(チタンイソプロポキシド)およびビス(エチルアセトアセテート)ジイソプロピルチタネート[チタンビス(エチルアセトアセテート)ジイシプロポキシド]であった。
Claims (10)
- 式(I)のフルオロシリコーン化合物を含んで成る離型組成物:

[式中、R1, R2, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8 および R9はそれぞれ、同一または異なって、置換または非置換のアルキル基、または置換または非置換のアリール基であり、
R3 および R10はそれぞれ、同一または異なって、置換または非置換のアルキル基、置換または非置換のアリール基、Rf-X-またはZ-Y-であり、
XおよびYはそれぞれ同一または異なって、2価の有機基であり、
Rf はC1-6フルオロアルキル基であり、
Zは加水分解可能な部位を含むシリル基であり、
mは1〜100、nは1〜50、およびoは0〜200である。] - 式(I)において、Rf はC1-4 のフルオロアルキル基である、請求項1に記載の離型組成物。
- 式(I)において、Z は -Si(R11)q(OR12)3-q [式中、 R11 および R12 はそれぞれ、同一または異なって、1〜4 個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基であり、およびq は 0、1 または 2である。] 請求項1または2に記載の離型組成物。
- 式(I)において、Y は -(CH2)r-[式中 r は 2 〜 20の整数である。] 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の離型組成物。
- 式(I)において、Rf はペンタフルオロエチル基である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の離型組成物。
- 硬化促進触媒を、フルオロシリコーン化合物(I)100重量部に基づいて0.05 重量部〜10重量部の量で更に含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の離型組成物。
- シリコーン油、シリコーン樹脂、合成ワックス、天然ワックス、フッ素油およびフッ素樹脂から成る群から選ばれた少なくとも1つを、フルオロシリコーン化合物(I)100部に基づいて0.1 重量部〜99 重量部の量で更に含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の離型組成物。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の組成物の、有機溶媒中の溶液を含んで成る、離型剤。
- 噴射剤を充填した請求項8に記載の離型剤を含んで成る、エアゾール。
