Abstract
【解決手段】単一プロペラ或いは複数プロペラ船、特に完全(幅広建造)と非完全(非幅広建造)なあまり迅速でない船の推進出力の必要量を減少させる装置10は、プロペラの前の僅かな距離に船体に取り付けられた装置10が前ノズル内部に配列されたフィン或いは水中翼30a,30b,30c,30dを備える前ノズル20から成り、前ノズルが特に前ノズルの中心点を通して延びている水平に横に位置する軸線を中心に8°までだけ上前方に傾斜されているように設計されている。

Claims (13)
- 単一プロペラ或いは複数プロペラ船、特に幅広建造と非幅広建造のあまり迅速でない船の推進出力必要量を減少させる装置において、プロペラ(101)の前の僅かな距離に船体(100)に取り付けられた装置(10)が前ノズル内部に配列されたフィン或いは水中翼(30;30a,30b,30c,30d)を備える前ノズル(20)から成り、前ノズルが特に前ノズルの中心点を通して延びている水平に横に位置する軸線を中心に8°までだけ上前方に傾斜されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 装置或いは前ノズル(20)がその後辺によりプロペラ平面の前でプロペラ直径の0.3倍より幅広くなくしっかりと取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前ノズル(20)がおよそ4°だけ上前方に傾斜されていることを特徴とする請求項1或いは2に記載の装置。
- 前ノズル(20)が前ノズルの中心点を通して延びている縦軸線に横方向に回転されていて、前ノズル(20)がプロペラ(101)の上方打撃側に前方へ変位されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前ノズル(20)が前ノズルの中心点を通して延びている縦軸線に3°までだけ、好ましくは1°だけ、横方向に回転されていて、前ノズル(20)がプロペラ(101)の上方打撃側に前方へ変位されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前ノズル(20)の輪郭の厚さがその長さの12%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前ノズル(20)の輪郭の厚さがその長さの7.5%或いは9%であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 半径方向におけるフィン或いは水中翼(30;30a,30b,30c,30d)が入射の可変な角度から成り、フィン或いは水中翼は船の前記フィン或いは水中翼が上方に向けれるようにねじられて、入射の角度が前ノズル(20)へ外側に減少させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前ノズル(20)がプロペラ軸線(PA)上に位置される上方に変位された軸線(21)と回転対称的に配列されていて、前ノズルの内径がプロペラ直径の90%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 好ましくは四つのフィン或いは水中翼(30;30a,30b,30c,30d)が前ノズル(20)の内部空間(20a)内に非対称的に且つプロペラ軸線(PA)に対して半径方向に配列されていて、フィン或いは水中翼が船体を前ノズル(20)に連結させて前ノズル(20)の後端に配列されていて、フィン或いは水中翼(30;30a,30b,30c,30d)のレンズ状横断面輪郭(31)の彎曲された側面(32)がプロペラの上方打撃側に上方に向けられ且つプロペラの下方打撃側に下方に向けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- フィン或いは水中翼(30;30a,30b,30c,30d)が次の好ましい半径方向角度位置と初期角度位置を呈示する;

ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前ノズル(20)の内部空間(20a)内に配列されたフィン或いは水中翼(30)の角度位置が変更できる、即ち調整できることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 特にタンカー、ばら荷積み船や引き船のような遅い幅広建造船や非幅広建造船と、非常に速くはない船のために船舶の推進動出力の必要量を減少させ、プロペラに対する流れを改良させ並びに予備渦巻を発生させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の装置(10)の使用方法。
