Abstract
本发明涉及一种设备(10),其用于减小船的驱动功率需求,特别是用于慢的完全的船,如油船、散装船和拖轮,并且也可以用于所有类型的不是很快的船,并且用于改善螺旋桨入流以及用于产生预旋流。设备(10)包括一在螺旋桨之前固定安装在船体(100)上的前喷嘴(20)以及在前喷嘴内设置的鳍板或水中翼(30;30a、30b、30c、30d)。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于降低单螺旋桨或多螺旋桨的船的驱动功率需求的设备。
本发明的目的在于提供一种设备,其用于减少船的驱动功率需求。
上述目的通过具有权利要求1的特征的设备实现。
由此根据本发明的用于减小单螺旋桨或多螺旋桨船的驱动功率需要的设备按照这样的方式构成,即在螺旋桨之前固定安装在船体上的设备由一前喷嘴(Vordüse)和在前喷嘴内部设置的鳍板或水中翼(Tragflügel)构成。
利用这样构成的设备可以降低船的驱动功率需求。所获得的成果随着螺旋桨的上升的推力负载因子上升而上升。这种设备特别适合于慢的完全()的船,如油船、散装船和拖轮,也可以用于所有类型的不是很快的船。这种设备自身在船的螺旋桨之前固定安装在船体上并且包括两种功能元件(前喷嘴和鳍板或水中翼)。
在此前喷嘴的工作原理在于在非常高的伴流的区域内提高螺旋桨入流速度并且在较小的伴流的区域内减小螺旋桨入流速度,并且在前喷嘴内部设置的鳍板或水中翼用于制造预旋流,其中两种功能元件针对不同的损失源,即前喷嘴针对减小有效的推力负载,并且鳍板或水中翼针对减小螺旋桨束中的旋流损失。由于这两种效果提高了推动系统的工作效率。
其它的有利的构造是从属权利要求的内容。
从而前喷嘴旋转对称地绕向上偏移的、优选在螺旋桨轴线上方的轴线设置,其中前喷嘴的内直径最大为螺旋桨直径的90%。
优选四个鳍板或水中翼在前喷嘴内部不对称地设置且径向于螺旋桨轴线设置,其中鳍板或水中翼将船体与前喷嘴连接并且设置在前喷嘴的后端部上,其中鳍板或水中翼的水中翼形状和也是透镜形状的横截面轮廓的拱形侧在螺旋桨的向上冲击的一侧向上定向且在螺旋桨的向下冲击的一侧向下定向。在前喷嘴的内腔内设置四个鳍板或水中翼不应当理解为,也可以设置较大或较少数量的鳍板或水中翼。

根据图1用于减小船的驱动功率需求的设备10在于,直接在船体100的在附图中未示出的螺旋桨之前设置一个具有圆柱形的构造或者其它的构造或者横截面形状的前喷嘴20,该前喷嘴固定安装在船体上。在前喷嘴20的内腔20a内设置鳍板或水中翼30。前喷嘴20绕向上偏移的轴线21旋转对称地固定在船体上。
在图2所示的实施例中在前喷嘴20的内腔20a内星形地设置四个具有不同长度的鳍板或水中翼30a、30b、30c、30d。这个四个鳍板或水中翼在前喷嘴内部不对称地设置并且径向于螺旋桨轴线PA设置。在此鳍板或水中翼30a、30b、30c、30d将前喷嘴20与船体100连接并且设置在前喷嘴20的面对螺旋桨的后端部上,其中鳍板或水中翼30a、30b、30c、30d的水中翼形状或透镜形状的横截面轮廓31在船的左舷侧或在螺旋桨的向上冲击侧向上定向,并且在船的右舷侧或螺旋桨的向下冲击侧向下定向。鳍板或水中翼30a、30b、30c、30d此外在左舷侧在前部向上并且在右舷侧在前部向下定向(图2和图3)。螺旋桨的旋转方向在箭头方向X(图1)上实现。设置在前喷嘴20的内腔20a内的鳍板或水中翼30或30a、30b、30c、30d的角度位置可以调节并且可锁定在所调节的角度位置上。
根据一个具有向上朝右舷侧旋转的螺旋桨的实施例,鳍板或水中翼30a、30b、30c、30d占据如下的优选径向的角度位置和初始角度位置:

并且在鳍板角度定义中,从后部看:12点钟=0°,在顺时针方向上增加,其中鳍板角度和迎角(Anstellwinkel)可以与所给出的值有偏差。
根据图1、3和6中示出的实施方式,鳍板或水中翼具有一个透镜形的横截面轮廓31,该横截面轮廓31具有拱形的侧壁32和直线形延伸的底面33。例如两个鳍板30相对于螺旋桨轴线PA的设置和位置可以如此,即上部的鳍板以其底面33大致平行于螺旋桨轴线PA延伸,而下部的鳍板占据这样的一个位置,在此位置上其底面33与螺旋桨轴线PA成一个至少为5°、优选10°的角度α延伸。鳍板的其它角度位置也是可能的。总体上鳍板30a、30b、30c、30d优选具有在图2中示出的位置。
根据图1和图6的前喷嘴20由具有横截面轮廓26的成型体25构成,该横截面轮廓26具有一个位于外侧的、以一角度倾斜于螺旋桨轴线PA延伸的壁部分26a和一个位于内部的直线形且平行于螺旋桨轴线PA延伸的壁部分26b,其在背对螺旋桨的区域内具有一个弧形的壁部分26c,该壁部分26c转入所述外侧的壁部分26a。所述外侧的壁部分26a也可以弧形构成。螺旋桨侧通过在图6中的PS示出。

Claims (6)
1.用于减小单螺旋桨船或多螺旋桨船的驱动功率需求的设备,其特征在于,在螺旋桨之前固定安装在船体(100)上的设备(10)包括一前喷嘴(20)以及在前喷嘴内设置的鳍板或水中翼(30;30a、30b、30c、30d)。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,前喷嘴(20)绕向上偏移的、优选在螺旋桨轴线(PA)上方的轴线(21)旋转对称地设置,所述前喷嘴的内直径小于螺旋桨直径的90%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于,优选四个鳍板或水中翼(30;30a、30b、30c、30d)不对称地在前喷嘴(20)的内腔(20a)内且径向于螺旋桨轴线(PA)设置,其中所述鳍板或水中翼将船体与前喷嘴(20)连接并且设置在前喷嘴(20)的后端部上,其中鳍板或水中翼(30;30a、30b、30c、30d)的透镜形状的横截面轮廓(31)的拱形侧(32)在螺旋桨的向上冲击的一侧向上定向并且在螺旋桨的向下冲击的一侧向下定向。
4.如权利要求1至3之一项所述的设备,其特征在于,

5.如权利要求1至4之一项所述的设备,其特征在于,能够改变或调节在前喷嘴(20)的内腔(20a)内设置的鳍板或水中翼(30)的角度位置。
6.具有权利要求1至5之一项所述的特征的设备(10)应用于减小船的驱动功率需求,特别是用于慢的完全的船,如油船、散装船和拖轮,并且也可以用于所有类型的不是很快的船,并且应用于改善螺旋桨入流以及用于产生预旋流。
