Abstract
【解決手段】振りローラーに対接して、振りローラーの移動に追随して軸方向に揺動可能にする印刷機のインキ付けもしくは水付けローラーの揺動方法であって、つば付きの内輪13と外輪12との間に複数個の円筒コロ14を転動体として配置した転がり軸受11の内輪13若しくは外輪12のいずれか一方または双方の、円筒ころ14の軌道面と対向する面の幅方向の長さを円筒コロ14の軸方向の長さよりも3〜5mm長くして、転がり軸受11の内輪13若しくは外輪12がその軸方向に移動可能とした転がり軸受11を、ローラーの軸支承部の一側に装着し、ローラーの軸支承部の他側には、内輪または外輪が軸方向に移動するようにした転がり軸受を装着して、ローラーを軸方向に揺動するローラーの揺動方法。

Description
転がり軸受として、外径72mm、内径30mm、幅19mm、単列、入れ溝なし、非分離形のJIS 深溝玉軸受を用いて、実施例と同じように図17に示す印刷機のインキを転移するインキ着けゴムローラー3両側の軸支承部に取り付けた。この深溝玉軸受は、その構造から内輪及び外輪のいずれも揺動しない標準的なものを使用した。このインキ着けゴムローラーを用いて実施例と同じようにしてインキの転移を行った。ローラーのサイズ、回転数、ニップ幅、使用ゴム、硬度などその他の条件は同一とした。
Claims (9)
- 振りローラーに対接して、振りローラーの移動に追随して軸方向に揺動可能にする印刷機のインキ付けもしくは水付けローラーの揺動方法であって、
つば付きの内輪と外輪との間に複数個の円筒コロを転動体として配置した転がり軸受の内輪若しくは外輪のいずれか一方または双方の、円筒ころの軌道面と対向する面の幅方向の長さを円筒コロの軸方向の長さよりも3〜5mm長くして、転がり軸受の内輪若しくは外輪がその軸方向に移動可能とした転がり軸受を、ローラーの軸支承部の一側に装着し、
ローラーの軸支承部の他側には、内輪または外輪が軸方向に移動するようにした転がり軸受を装着して、
ローラーの軸線方向に往復動する振りローラーに追従してローラーを軸方向に揺動するローラーの揺動方法。 - 前記ローラーの軸支承部の他側に装着した転がり軸受が、外輪が両つば付きでこの両つば間に円筒コロが配置され、内輪がつばなしで内輪が軸方向に移動するようにした転がり軸受である請求項1に記載のローラーの揺動方法。
- 前記ローラーの軸支承部の他側に装着した転がり軸受が、外輪が両つば付きでこの両ツバ間に円筒コロが配置され、内輪が片つば付で、内輪が軸方向に移動するようにした転がり軸受である請求項1に記載のローラー揺動方法。
- 前記ローラーの軸支承部の他側に装着した転がり軸受が、外輪が両つば付きでこの両つば間に円筒コロが配置され、内輪が片つば付きで、かつ内輪の反対側に実質的に内輪と同径のスペーサーを介してつば輪を付け、内輪がつば輪方向に向けて軸方向に移動するようにした転がり軸受である請求項1に記載のローラー揺動方法。
- 前記ローラーの軸支承部の他側に装着した転がり軸受が、外輪が両つば付きでこの両つば間に円筒コロが配置され、内輪が片つば付で、かつ内輪の反対側に実質的に内輪と同径のスペーサーを介してL形つば輪を付け、内輪がL形つば輪方向に向けて軸方向に移動するようにした転がり軸受である請求項1に記載のローラー揺動方法。
- 前記ローラーの軸支承部の他側に装着した転がり軸受が、外輪がつばなしで、内輪が両つば付きでこの両つば間に円筒コロが配置されて、外輪が軸方向に移動するようにした転がり軸受である請求項1に記載のローラー揺動方法。
- 前記ローラーの軸支承部の他側に装着した転がり軸受が、外輪が片つば付きで、内輪が両つば付でこの両つばの間に円筒コロが配置されて、外輪が軸方向に移動するようにした転がり軸受である請求項1に記載のローラー揺動方法。
- 前記ローラーの軸支承部の他側に装着した転がり軸受が、外輪が両つば付で、この両つばの間に円筒コロが複列に配置され、内輪がつばなしでこの内輪が軸方向に移動するようにした転がり軸受である請求項1に記載のローラー揺動方法。
- 前記ローラーの軸支承部の他側に装着した転がり軸受が、内輪が両つば付で、この両つばの間に円筒コロが複列に配置され、外輪がつばなしでこの外輪が軸方向に移動するようにした転がり軸受である請求項1に記載のローラー揺動方法。
