Abstract
【解決手段】第1及び第2ロータ28,78と第3ロータ18との間に回転差が発生するのに伴って第1ロータ巻線30に誘導電流が流れることで回転磁界が発生し、第1ロータ28と第3ロータ18との間にトルクが作用する。さらに、第2ロータ巻線80に流れる誘導電流により発生した回転磁界が第2ステータ66に作用するのに応じて第2ステータ巻線70に誘導起電力が発生し、この誘導起電力が位相調整回路43を介して第1ステータ巻線20に供給されることで回転磁界が発生し、第1ステータ16と第3ロータ18との間にトルクが作用する。さらに、第2ロータ巻線80で発生した回転磁界と第2ステータ巻線70に流れる誘導電流により、第2ステータ66と第2ロータ78との間にトルクが作用する。

Description
図1〜4は、本発明の実施形態1に係る動力伝達装置を備えるハイブリッド駆動装置の構成の概略を示す図であり、図1は全体構成の概略を示し、図2〜4は回転電機10の構成の概略を示す。本実施形態に係るハイブリッド駆動装置は、動力(機械的動力)を発生可能な原動機として設けられたエンジン(内燃機関)36と、エンジン36と車輪38との間に設けられた変速機44と、エンジン36と変速機44との間に設けられた回転電機10と、を備える。なお、本実施形態に係るハイブリッド駆動装置については、例えば車両を駆動するための動力出力装置として用いることができる。
図15,16は、本発明の実施形態2に係る動力伝達装置を備えるハイブリッド駆動装置の構成の概略を示す図であり、図15は全体構成の概略を示し、図16は回転電機10の構成の概略を示す。以下の実施形態2の説明では、実施形態1と同様の構成または対応する構成には同一の符号を付し、重複する説明を省略する。

Claims (10)
- 回転磁界を発生可能な第1回転子導体が配設された第1回転子と、
第1回転子と結合された第2回転子であって、第1回転子導体に接続され且つ回転磁界を発生可能な第2回転子導体が配設された第2回転子と、
回転磁界を発生可能な第1固定子導体が配設された第1固定子と、
第1及び第2回転子に対し相対回転可能な第3回転子であって、第1回転子導体で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて第1回転子との間にトルクが作用し、第1固定子導体で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて第1固定子との間にトルクが作用する第3回転子と、
第2回転子導体で回転磁界が発生するのに応じて誘導電流が流れる第2固定子導体が配設された第2固定子であって、当該誘導電流と第2回転子導体で発生した回転磁界との相互作用により第2回転子にトルクを作用させることが可能な第2固定子と、
を備え、
第1及び第2回転子と第3回転子との一方に原動機からの動力が伝達されるとともに、第1及び第2回転子と第3回転子との他方から負荷へ動力が伝達され、
第1及び第2回転子導体は、第1回転子と第3回転子との間に回転差が発生するのに伴って誘導電流が流れることで回転磁界を発生し、
第1回転子導体及び第2回転子導体に誘導電流が流れる場合に発生する回転磁界の回転方向が第1回転子導体と第2回転子導体で互いに同方向になるように、第1回転子導体と第2回転子導体が接続されており、
第2回転子の極数が第1回転子の極数と等しく、
第2固定子導体から第1固定子導体への電力供給が可能であり、
第2固定子導体と第1固定子導体との間に位相調整回路が設けられている、動力伝達装置。 - 回転磁界を発生可能な第1回転子導体が配設された第1回転子と、
第1回転子と結合された第2回転子であって、第1回転子導体に接続され且つ回転磁界を発生可能な第2回転子導体が配設された第2回転子と、
回転磁界を発生可能な第1固定子導体が配設された第1固定子と、
第1及び第2回転子に対し相対回転可能な第3回転子であって、第1回転子導体で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて第1回転子との間にトルクが作用し、第1固定子導体で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて第1固定子との間にトルクが作用する第3回転子と、
第2回転子導体で回転磁界が発生するのに応じて誘導電流が流れる第2固定子導体が配設された第2固定子であって、当該誘導電流と第2回転子導体で発生した回転磁界との相互作用により第2回転子にトルクを作用させることが可能な第2固定子と、
を備え、
第1及び第2回転子と第3回転子との一方に原動機からの動力が伝達されるとともに、第1及び第2回転子と第3回転子との他方から負荷へ動力が伝達され、
第1及び第2回転子導体は、第1回転子と第3回転子との間に回転差が発生するのに伴って誘導電流が流れることで回転磁界を発生し、
第2固定子導体からの交流電力を整流する整流器が設けられており、
整流器で整流された電力がインバータで交流に変換されて第1固定子導体へ供給可能である、動力伝達装置。 - 回転磁界を発生可能な第1回転子導体が配設された第1回転子と、
第1回転子と結合された第2回転子であって、第1回転子導体に接続され且つ回転磁界を発生可能な第2回転子導体が配設された第2回転子と、
回転磁界を発生可能な第1固定子導体が配設された第1固定子と、
第1及び第2回転子に対し相対回転可能な第3回転子であって、第1回転子導体で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて第1回転子との間にトルクが作用し、第1固定子導体で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて第1固定子との間にトルクが作用する第3回転子と、
第2回転子導体で回転磁界が発生するのに応じて誘導電流が流れる第2固定子導体が配設された第2固定子であって、当該誘導電流と第2回転子導体で発生した回転磁界との相互作用により第2回転子にトルクを作用させることが可能な第2固定子と、
を備え、
第1及び第2回転子と第3回転子との一方に原動機からの動力が伝達されるとともに、第1及び第2回転子と第3回転子との他方から負荷へ動力が伝達され、
第1及び第2回転子導体は、第1回転子と第3回転子との間に回転差が発生するのに伴って誘導電流が流れることで回転磁界を発生し、
第2固定子導体から第1固定子導体への電力供給が可能であり、
直流電源からの直流電力がインバータで交流に変換されて第2固定子導体へ供給可能である、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項2または3に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
第1回転子導体及び第2回転子導体に誘導電流が流れる場合に発生する回転磁界の回転方向が第1回転子導体と第2回転子導体で互いに同方向になるように、第1回転子導体と第2回転子導体が接続されており、
第2回転子の極数が第1回転子の極数以上である、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項2または3に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
第1及び第2回転子導体に誘導電流が流れる場合に発生する回転磁界の回転方向が第1回転子導体と第2回転子導体で互いに逆方向になるように、第1回転子導体と第2回転子導体が接続されている、動力伝達装置。 - 回転磁界を発生可能な回転子導体が配設された第1回転子と、
回転磁界を発生可能な固定子導体が配設された固定子と、
第1回転子に対し相対回転可能な第2回転子であって、回転子導体で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて第1回転子との間にトルクが作用し、固定子導体で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて固定子との間にトルクが作用する第2回転子と、
を備え、
回転子導体は、第1回転子と第2回転子との間に回転差が発生するのに起因して誘導電流が流れることで回転磁界を発生し、
第1回転子と第2回転子との一方に原動機からの動力が伝達されるとともに、第1回転子と第2回転子との他方から負荷へ動力が伝達される動力伝達装置であって、
第1回転子と第2回転子との他方からの動力を変速して負荷へ伝達する変速機と、
回転子導体の交流電力を取り出すための電力伝達部と、
電力伝達部で取り出された交流電力を電力変換して固定子導体へ供給することが可能な電力変換部と、
を備える、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項6に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
電力変換部は、
電力伝達部で取り出された交流電力を整流する整流器と、
整流器で整流された電力を電圧変換して出力するDC−DCコンバータと、
を含み、
DC−DCコンバータで電圧変換された電力がインバータで交流に変換されて固定子導体へ供給可能である、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項6または7に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
電力伝達部は、
第1回転子と結合された電力伝達用回転子であって、第1回転子の回転子導体に接続され且つ回転磁界を発生可能な電力伝達用回転子導体が配設された電力伝達用回転子と、
電力伝達用回転子導体で回転磁界が発生するのに起因して誘導電流が流れる電力伝達用固定子導体が配設された電力伝達用固定子と、
を含み、
電力変換部は、電力伝達用固定子導体からの交流電力を電力変換する、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項6または7に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
電力伝達部は、
電力変換部に接続されたブラシと、
第1回転子の回転子導体に接続され、ブラシに対し摺動しながら第1回転子とともに回転するスリップリングと、
を含む、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項6〜9のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
第1回転子と第2回転子とを機械的に係合させることが可能な係合装置を備える、動力伝達装置。
