Abstract
【解決手段】入力側ロータ28と出力側ロータ18との間に回転差が発生するのに起因してロータ巻線30に誘導電流が流れることで回転磁界が発生し、入力側ロータ28と出力側ロータ18との間にトルクが作用する。入力側ロータ28にはエンジン36の動力が伝達され、出力側ロータ18から変速機44の変速ギア機構63−2〜63−5を介さずに伝動機構37を介して変速機44の出力軸62へ動力が伝達される。

Claims (19)
- 原動機の動力が伝達される入力軸と、負荷へ動力を伝達する出力軸と、入力軸と出力軸との間の変速比を変化させることが可能な変速機構と、を含む変速機と、
交流電流が流れることで回転磁界を発生可能な固定子導体が配設された固定子と、
交流電流が流れることで回転磁界を発生可能な回転子導体が配設された第1回転子と、
第1回転子に対し相対回転可能な第2回転子であって、回転子導体で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて第1回転子との間にトルクが作用し、固定子導体で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて固定子との間にトルクが作用する第2回転子と、
回転子導体と固定子導体との間で電力変換を行うことが可能な電力変換部と、
を備え、
回転子導体は、第1回転子と第2回転子との間に回転差が発生するのに起因して誘導電流が流れることで回転磁界を発生し、
第1回転子に原動機の動力が伝達され、第2回転子から変速機構を介さずに変速機の出力軸へ動力が伝達される、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
変速機構を介さずに第2回転子からの動力を変速機の出力軸へ伝達する伝動機構が設けられている、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
伝動機構の変速比が変速機の最大変速比よりも小さい、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項2または3に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
変速機構及び伝動機構の両方を介して原動機の動力を変速機の出力軸へ伝達する場合に、回転子導体の交流電流により第1回転子と第2回転子との間にトルクを作用させる、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
変速機構を介さずに原動機の動力を変速機の出力軸へ伝達する場合に、回転子導体の交流電流により第1回転子と第2回転子との間にトルクを作用させる、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
変速機構は、それぞれ変速比が異なる複数の変速ギア機構と、複数の変速ギア機構のうちのいずれか1つを介して入力軸と出力軸とを係合させ、且つ該係合させる変速ギア機構を切り替えることが可能な係合機構と、を有する、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項6に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
係合機構により係合させる変速ギア機構の切り替え中に、固定子と第2回転子との間にトルクが作用するように、固定子導体への電力供給により固定子導体に交流電流を流す、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項6または7に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
係合機構により係合させる変速ギア機構の切り替え中に、第1回転子の回転速度が第2回転子の回転速度よりも高いときは、第1回転子と第2回転子との間にトルクが作用するように、回転子導体に誘導電流が流れるのを許容する、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項6〜8のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
係合機構により係合させる変速ギア機構の切り替え中に、第1回転子の回転速度が第2回転子の回転速度よりも低いときは、第1回転子と第2回転子との間にトルクが作用するように、回転子導体への電力供給により回転子導体に交流電流を流す、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項7〜9のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
原動機及び第1回転子のいずれかを変速機の入力軸から切り離すことが可能なクラッチ機構をさらに備え、
係合機構により係合させる変速ギア機構の切り替え中に、クラッチ機構により原動機及び第1回転子のいずれかを変速機の入力軸から切り離す、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項7または8に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
原動機及び第1回転子を変速機の入力軸から切り離すことが可能なクラッチ機構をさらに備え、
係合機構により係合させる変速ギア機構の切り替え中に、クラッチ機構により原動機及び第1回転子を変速機の入力軸から切り離し、第1回転子の回転速度が第2回転子の回転速度よりも高くなるように、原動機の回転速度を制御する、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
変速機構は、現変速段に対応する摩擦係合装置を解放して次変速段に対応する摩擦係合装置を係合させることで、入力軸と出力軸との間の変速比を現変速段に対応する変速比から次変速段に対応する変速比に変更することが可能である、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項12に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
変速機の変速比を現変速段に対応する変速比から次変速段に対応する変速比に変更するときに、固定子導体の交流電流により固定子と第2回転子との間にトルクを作用させる、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項12または13に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
変速機の変速比を現変速段に対応する変速比から次変速段に対応する変速比に変更するときに、回転子導体の交流電流により第1回転子と第2回転子との間にトルクを作用させる、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
変速機構は、入力軸に連結された入力回転部材及び出力軸に連結された出力回転部材への変速用伝動部材の接触径を変化させることで、入力軸と出力軸との間の変速比を連続的に変化させることが可能である、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項15に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
原動機から変速機構を介した負荷への動力伝達を遮断するか否かを選択することが可能な動力遮断機構をさらに備える、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項16に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
原動機の動力により停止状態の負荷を駆動するときには、原動機から変速機構を介した負荷への動力伝達を動力遮断機構により遮断し、第1回転子と第2回転子との間にトルクが作用するように、回転子導体に誘導電流が流れるのを許容する、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1〜17のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
回転子導体の交流電力を取り出すための電力伝達部と、
電力伝達部で取り出された交流電力を電力変換して固定子導体へ供給することが可能な電力変換部と、
をさらに備える、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項18に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
電力伝達部は、
電力変換部に接続されたブラシと、
第1回転子の回転子導体に接続され、ブラシに対し摺動しながら第1回転子とともに回転するスリップリングと、
を含む、動力伝達装置。
