Abstract
Description
本特許出願は、2005年4月15日に出願された米国仮出願番号60/671,493の利益を主張する。
Rは、同一の又は異なる、直鎖又は分枝C2〜C6−アルキレンラジカルであり;Bは分枝であり;
Eは、次の式のアルキレンオキシ単位である
Rは、同一の又は異なる、直鎖又は分枝C2〜C6−アルキレンラジカルであり;
Bは、分枝であり;
Eは、次の式のアルキレンオキシ単位である
R2は、エチレンであり;
R3は、1,2−プロピレンであり;
R4は、同一の又は異なるラジカル:水素;C1〜C4−アルキル(-alkcyl)であり;
X、Y、Zはそれぞれ、2〜150であって、x+y+zの和は、アルコキシル化前のポリアルキレンイミンの平均分子量Mw300〜10000に相当するアルキレンイミン単位の数を表し;
mは、0〜2までの有理数であり;
nは、6〜18までの有理数であり;
pは、3〜12までの有理数であり、0.8≦n/p≦1.0(x+y+z)1/2である;
及びこれらの四級化生成物に関する。

−基本骨格の主鎖及び側鎖の末端にあり、かつその水素原子がその後、アルキレンオキシ単位で置換される、第一級アミノ部分:
R1は、1,2−プロピレン、1,2−ブチレン又は1,2−イソブチレン、好ましくは1,2−プロピレンであり;
R2は、エチレンであり;
R3は、1,2−プロピレンであり;
R4は、水素又はC1〜C4−アルキル、好ましくは水素であり;
mは、0〜2までの有理数であり;mは、0でないときは、好ましくは約1であり;
nは、6〜18までの有理数であり;
pは、3〜12までの有理数であり、0.8≦n/p≦1.0(x+y+z)1/2である。
nは、7〜15までの有理数であり;
pは、4〜10までの有理数であって、0.9≦n/p≦0.8(x+y+z)1/2である。
nは、8〜12までの有理数であり;
pは、5〜8までの有理数であり、1.0≦n/p≦0.6(x+y+z)1/2である。
本発明は、対象とする表面を洗浄する方法を包含する。本明細書で使用するとき、「対象とする表面」には、布地、食器、ガラス、及びその他の調理用表面類、硬質表面類、毛髪又は皮膚等のような表面が包含されてよい。本明細書で使用するとき、「硬質表面」としては、広葉樹、タイル、セラミック、プラスチック、皮革、金属、ガラス等の典型的な家庭で見られる硬質表面が挙げられる。かかる方法には、変性ポリオール化合物を含む組成物をストレートの(neat)形態で又は洗浄溶液で希釈して、対象とする表面の少なくとも一部と接触させた後、任意に、対象とする表面を濯ぐ工程が包含される。好ましくは、対象とする表面は、前述の任意の濯ぎ工程の前に洗浄工程に付される。本発明の目的上、洗浄には、擦ること、拭くこと及び機械的攪拌が包含されるが、これらに限定されない。
(実施例1)
初期エトキシル化
2lのオートクレーブ内で、ポリエチレンイミン5000(平均分子量Mw5000)の50重量%水溶液900gを80℃まで加熱し、0.5MPa(5bar)の圧力となるまで窒素で3回パージした。温度を90℃まで上げた後、エチレンオキシド461gを0.5MPa(5bar)となるまで計量して入れた。この混合物を90℃において0.5MPa(5bar)の一定圧力下で更に1時間攪拌した。揮発性留分を窒素と共に抜いて除去した。
2lのオートクレーブ内で、初期エトキシル化で得られた水溶液163gと40重量%水酸化カリウム水溶液13.9gとの混合物を70℃まで加熱した。0.5MPa(5bar)の圧力となるまで窒素で3回パージした後、この混合物を120℃及び0.001MPa(10mbar)の減圧下において4時間脱水した。次いで、エチレンオキシド506gを120℃で0.8MPa(8bar)の圧力となるまで計量して入れた。混合物を120℃及び0.8MPa(8bar)において4時間攪拌した。分解及び窒素パージの後で、プロピレンオキシド519gを120℃で0.8MPa(8bar)の圧力となるまで計量して入れた。混合物を、120℃及び0.8Mpa(8bar)において更に4時間再度攪拌した。揮発性留分を窒素と共に抜いて除去した。
2lのオートクレーブ内で、初期エトキシル化で得られた水溶液137gと、40重量%水酸化カリウム水溶液11.8gと、キシレン300gとの混合物を0.5MPa(5bar)の圧力となるまで窒素で3回パージした。ジャケット温度175℃において、存在する水を、穏やかな窒素流を供給した水分離器を用いて4時間で分離した。次いで、エチレンオキシド428gを120℃で0.3MPa(3bar)の圧力となるまで計量して入れた。この混合物を120℃において0.3MPa(3bar)の一定圧力下で更に2時間攪拌した。その後、プロピレンオキシド439gを120℃において0.3MPa(3bar)の圧力となるまで計量して入れた。混合物を120℃及び0.3MPa(3bar)において更に3時間攪拌した。溶媒を0.001MPa(10mbar)の減圧下で除去した後、アルコキシル化生成物を0.4MPa(4bar)の流れと共に120℃において3時間で抜き取った。
2lのオートクレーブ内で、実施例1と同様に初期エトキシル化で得られたポリエチレンイミン5000(NH結合1モルにつき1モルのエチレンオキシド)の69.2重量%水溶液321gと、40重量%水酸化カリウム水溶液28gとの混合物を80℃まで加熱した。0.5MPa(5bar)の圧力となるまで窒素で3回パージした後、混合物を120℃において0.001MPa(10mbar)の真空で3時間脱水した。次いで、エチレンオキシド1020gを120℃で0.8MPa(8bar)の圧力となるまで計量して入れた。その後、混合物を120℃及び0.8MPa(8bar)において更に4時間攪拌した。揮発性留分を窒素と共に抜いて除去した。
初期エトキシル化
2lのオートクレーブ内で、ポリエチレンイミン600(平均分子量Mw600)516gと水10.3gの混合物を、0.5MPa(5bar)の圧力となるまで窒素を3回流して、90℃まで加熱した。次いで、エチレンオキシド528gを90℃で計量して入れた。この混合物を90℃において0.5MPa(5bar)の一定圧力下で更に1時間攪拌した。揮発性留分(特に、水)を窒素と共に抜いて除去した。
2lのオートクレーブ内で、初期エトキシル化ポリエチレンイミン600 86gと40重量%水酸化カリウム水溶液10.8gの混合物を80℃まで加熱した。0.5MPa(5bar)の圧力となるまで窒素で3回パージした後、混合物を120℃及び0.001MPa(10mbar)の真空において2.5時間脱水した。窒素を加えて真空を破った後、エチレンオキシド384gを120℃で計量して入れた。混合物を120℃で更に2時間攪拌した。分解及び窒素パージの後で、プロピレンオキシド393gを120℃で計量して入れた。混合物を120℃において更に2時間再度攪拌した。揮発性留分を窒素と共に抜いて除去した。
ジメチルスルフェート7.3gを、実施例1b)で得られたアルコキシル化ポリエチレンイミン5000 300gに滴下して、窒素下、60℃で攪拌した。この過程で、温度が70℃まで上がった。混合物を70℃で更に3時間攪拌した後、混合物を室温まで冷却させた。

3ジエチレントリアミンペンタキスメチレンホスホン酸(diethylenetriaminepentakismethylenephosphonic acid)、ナトリウム塩
4エチレンジアミン四酢酸、ナトリウム塩
5アキュソル(Acusol)OP 301
2非イオン性は、9個のエトキシ基を含有するC11アルキルエトキシ化界面活性剤のいずれかであってもよい。
31,3BACは、1,3−ビス(メチルアミン)−シクロヘキサンである。
4(N,N−ジメチルアミノ)エチルメタクリレートホモポリマー
2例えば、ローム・アンド・ハース(Rohm & Haas)から入手可能なアキュソル(ACUSOL)(登録商標)445N又はアルコ(Alco)から入手可能なアルコスパース(ALCOSPERSE)(登録商標)。
3例えば、オリオン社(Olin Corporation)製SLF−18ポリタージェント(SLF- 18 POLY TERGENT)。
汚れ放出性能を試験するために、アルコキシル化ポリアルキレンイミン類を3連続の実験において洗浄液に、表1に挙げる界面活性剤類及びビルダーと合わせて洗濯洗剤類モデルとして、又は市販の洗濯洗剤と合わせて添加した。次に、表2に挙げる検査布を表3a、4a及び5aに挙げる洗浄条件下で洗浄した。
Claims (10)
- 洗濯洗剤又は洗浄組成物であって、次の一般式Iの両親媒性の水溶性アルコキシル化ポリアルキレンイミン:
Rは、同一の、又は異なる直鎖、又は分枝C2〜C6−アルキレンラジカルであり、好ましくはRエチレンであり;
Bは、分枝であり;
Eは、次の式のアルキレンオキシ単位である
R2は、エチレンであり;
R3は、1,2−プロピレンであり;
R4は、水素又はC1〜C4−アルキルのいずれかから選択される同一の又は異なるラジカルであって、好ましくはR4は水素であり;
X、Y、Zはそれぞれ、2〜150であって、x+y+zの和は、アルコキシル化前のポリアルキレンイミンの平均分子量Mw300〜10,000、好ましくは500〜7500に相当するアルキレンイミン単位の数を表し;
mは、0〜2までの有理数、好ましくは0であり;
nは、6〜18までの有理数、好ましくは7〜15であり;
pは、3〜12までの有理数、好ましくは4〜10であり、0.8≦n/p≦1.0(x+y+z)1/2、好ましくは0.9≦n/p≦0.8(x+y+z)1/2である;
及びこれらの四級化生成物を含む、洗濯洗剤、又は洗浄組成物。 - 前記洗濯洗剤、又は洗浄組成物が、液体洗濯洗剤組成物類、固形洗濯洗剤組成物類、硬質表面洗浄組成物類、液体食器手洗い組成物類、固形自動食器洗い組成物類、液体自動食器洗い及びタブ/一回用量型の自動食器洗い組成物類から成る群より選択される、請求項1に記載の洗濯洗剤、又は洗浄組成物。
- 前記洗剤又は組成物が、当該洗剤、又は組成物の0.05〜10重量%の両親媒性の水溶性アルコキシル化ポリアルキレンイミンを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の洗濯洗剤、又は洗浄組成物。
- 前記洗剤又は組成物が界面活性剤系を更に含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の洗濯洗剤、又は洗浄組成物。
- 前記界面活性剤系がC10〜C15アルキルベンゼンスルホネート類を含む、請求項4に記載の洗濯洗剤、又は洗浄組成物。
- 前記界面活性剤系がC8〜C18直鎖アルキルスルホネート界面活性剤を含む、請求項4に記載の洗濯洗剤、又は洗浄組成物。
- 前記界面活性剤系が、非イオン性界面活性剤類、カチオン性界面活性剤類、アニオン性界面活性剤類、並びにこれらの混合物から成る群より選択される1つ以上の補助界面活性剤を更に含む、請求項5又は6に記載の洗濯洗剤、又は洗浄組成物。
- 前記洗剤、又は組成物が洗浄補助添加物類を更に含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の洗濯洗剤、又は洗浄組成物。
- 不織布基材と、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の洗濯洗剤、又は洗浄組成物とを含む、洗浄用具。
- 次の一般式Iの両親媒性の水溶性アルコキシル化ポリアルキレンイミン:
Rは、同一の、又は異なる直鎖、又は分枝C2〜C6−アルキレンラジカルであり、好ましくは、Rはエチレンであり;
Bは分枝であり;
Eは、次の式のアルキレンオキシ単位である
R2は、エチレンであり;
R3は、1,2−プロピレンであり;
R4は、水素、又はC1〜C4−アルキルのいずれかから選択される同一の、又は異なるラジカルであって、好ましくはR4は水素であり;
X、Y、Zはそれぞれ、2〜150であって;x+y+zの和は、アルコキシル化前のポリアルキレンイミンの平均分子量Mw300〜10,000、好ましくは500〜7500に相当するアルキレンイミン単位の数を表し;
mは、0〜2までの有理数、好ましくは0であり;
