Description
a.1 熱可塑性ポリアミド組成物の全質量に対して少なくとも50質量%の、融点Tm−1を有する半結晶性ポリアミドまたはガラス転移点Tg−1を有するアモルファスポリアミドであって(Tm−1およびTg−1は合わせてT−1で示される)、T−1が少なくとも200℃である第1のポリアミド(PA−1)と、
a.2.融点Tm−2を有する半結晶性ポリアミドまたはガラス転移点Tg−2を有するアモルファスポリアミドであって(Tm−2およびTg−2は合わせてT−2で示される)、T−2がT−1よりも少なくとも20℃低く、最大でも7のC/N比を有する第2のポリアミド(PA−2)と
を含む少なくとも2種のポリアミドのブレンドからなり、成形組成物は、フェノール系熱的安定剤、有機ホスファイト、芳香族アミン、ならびに周期表のIB族、IIB族、III族およびIV族からの元素の金属塩からなる群から選択される熱的安定剤の次に、(c)周期表のVB族、VIB族、VIIB族およびVIIIB族からの遷移金属元素またはこれらの混合物の金属酸化物またはその塩を含む。
a)熱可塑性ポリアミド組成物の全量に対して、50〜99質量%のPA−1および1〜50質量%のPA−2のブレンドと、
b)0.001〜3質量%の、フェノール系熱的安定剤、有機ホスファイト、芳香族アミン、ならびに周期表のIB族、IIB族、111族およびIV族からの元素の金属塩からなる群から選択される熱的安定剤と、
c)0.05〜10質量%のVB〜VIIIB族の金属酸化物またはその塩と、
d)0〜200質量%の繊維状強化剤と、
e)0〜200質量%の充填剤と、
f)0〜100質量%の難燃剤と、
g)0〜5質量%の黒色顔料と、
h)0〜20質量%のその他の添加剤と、
からなり、ここで、d)、e)およびf)の合計は0〜300質量%であり、そしてb)〜h)の質量%は熱可塑性ポリアミド組成物(a)の全質量に対するものである。
a)60〜97.5質量%のPA−1および2.5〜40質量%のPA−2のブレンド(PA−1およびPA−2は、熱可塑性ポリアミド組成物の100質量%を構成する)と、
b)0.01〜1質量%の銅塩と、
c)0.1〜4質量%の酸化鉄またはその塩と、
d)10〜200質量%の繊維状強化剤と、
e)0〜100質量%の充填剤と、
f)0〜50質量%の難燃剤と、
g)0〜5質量%のカーボンブラック、ニグロシンおよび鉄黒から選択される黒色顔料と、
h)0〜20質量%のその他の添加剤と、
からなる繊維強化された成形組成物であり、ここで、d)、e)およびf)の合計は10〜250質量%であり、そしてb)〜h)の質量%は熱可塑性ポリアミド組成物(a)の全質量に対するものである。
a)30〜95質量%のPA−1および5〜30質量%のPA−2のブレンド(PA−1およびPA−2は、熱可塑性ポリアミド組成物の100質量%を構成する)と、
b)0.01〜1質量%の銅塩と、
c)0.1〜4質量%のVB〜VIIIB族の金属酸化物またはその塩と、
d)20〜200質量%の繊維状強化剤と、
e)0〜100質量%の充填剤と、
f)0.1〜5質量%のカーボンブラックおよびニグロシンから選択される黒色顔料と、
g)0〜20質量%の難燃剤を含まないその他の添加剤と、
からなる繊維強化された成形組成物であり、ここで、d)およびe)の合計は20〜200質量%であり、そしてb)〜h)の質量%は熱可塑性ポリアミド組成物(a)の全質量に対するものである。

実施例Iおよび比較実験A〜F(ガラス繊維強化成形組成物、シリーズI、表1)、ならびに実施例II〜IIIおよび比較実験G〜L(非強化成形組成物、シリーズII、表2)の組成物は、ZSK25二軸スクリュー押出機(ワーナー&フライデラー(Werner&Fleiderer)から)を用いて調製した。押出機のシリンダー温度は300℃であり、スクリューの回転速度は275RPM、そしてスループットは20kg/時であった。スロート部においてホッパーを介して、強化剤を除く全ての成分を添加した。強化剤は、サイド投与により溶融物に添加した。配合材料をストランドの形態で押出して、水浴中で冷却し、そして顆粒状に切断した。得られた顆粒を真空下105℃で16時間乾燥させた。
シリーズI(Ex.IおよびCE A〜F)では230℃、そしてシリーズII(Ex.II〜IIIおよびCE G〜L)では240℃において、フォトシュ(Votsh)オーブン(タイプNT4 60/60)またはグレンコ(GRENCO)オーブン(タイプ:GTTS12500S)内でテストバーを熱老化させた。特定の熱老化時間の後、テストバーをオーブンから取り出し、室温まで冷却させておき、視覚的な検査を行い、そして23℃においてISO 527に従う引張試験により機械特性に関して試験した。
Claims (14)
- a)熱可塑性ポリアミド組成物と、
b)フェノール系熱的安定剤、有機ホスファイト、芳香族アミン、周期表のIB族、IIB族、III族およびIV族からの元素の金属塩、ならびにアルカリおよびアルカリ土類金属の金属ハロゲン化物、そしてこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される熱的安定剤を含む安定化系と
を含む熱的安定化熱可塑性成形組成物であって、
前記熱可塑性ポリアミド組成物(a)が、
a.1.熱可塑性ポリアミド組成物の全質量に対して少なくとも50質量%の、融点Tm−1を有する半結晶性ポリアミドまたはガラス転移点Tg−1を有するアモルファスポリアミドであって(Tm−1およびTg−1は合わせてT−1で示される)、T−1が少なくとも200℃である第1のポリアミド(PA−1)、ならびに
a.2.融点Tm−2を有する半結晶性ポリアミドまたはガラス転移点Tg−2を有するアモルファスポリアミドであって(Tm−2およびTg−2は合わせてT−2で示される)、T−2がT−1よりも少なくとも20℃低く、最大でも7のC/N比を有する第2のポリアミド(PA−2)
を含む少なくとも2種のポリアミドのブレンドからなり、
前記成形組成物が、
c)周期表のVB族、VIB族、VIIB族およびVIIIB族からの遷移金属元素またはこれらの混合物の金属酸化物またはその塩を含むことを特徴とする組成物。 - 前記金属酸化物またはその塩が、酸化鉄、フェライト、鉄リン酸化物またはこれらの混合物を含む請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記金属酸化物またはその塩が、1mm未満、好ましくは0.1mm未満、より好ましくは0.01mm未満の粒径を有する粒子を含む請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記金属酸化物が、熱可塑性ポリアミド組成物の全質量に対して0.01〜10質量%、好ましくは0.1〜4質量%の量で存在する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記安定剤系(b)が銅塩を含む請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記第1のポリアミドが、PA−6,6、PA−4,6または半芳香族ポリアミドである請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の成形組成物。
- 前記第2のポリアミドが、PA−6またはそのコポリアミドである請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の成形組成物。
- T−1が少なくとも220℃であり、T−2がT−1よりも少なくとも30℃低い請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の成形組成物。
- 前記第2のポリアミドが、2.5〜40質量%の量で存在する請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の成形組成物。
- 周期表のVB族、VIB族、VIIB族およびVIIIB族からの遷移金属元素またはこれらの混合物の金属酸化物またはその塩の、熱的安定化熱可塑性ポリアミド成形組成物の調製における熱安定剤としての使用。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の、少なくとも150℃の使用温度を含む高温用途のための成形部品を製造するための使用。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物と、任意でさらなる成分とを成形機に供給することを含む成形部品の作製方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物からなる成形部品。
- 請求項13に記載の成形部品の、自動車エンジン、機械、もしくは電気または電子設備を製造するための組立方法における使用。
