Description
a.100pbwの熱可塑性ポリマーと、
b.5〜300pbwの非金属繊維強化剤と、
c.0.01〜20pbwの微細分散された元素鉄と、
d.0〜30pbwのキャリアポリマーとを含み、「pbw」とは「重量部」のことを意味する。
a.94.95〜25質量%の熱可塑性ポリマーと、
b.5〜70質量%の非金属繊維強化剤と、
c.0.05〜16質量%の微細分散された元素鉄と、
d.0〜16質量%のキャリアポリマーと、
e.0〜69.95質量%の無機フィラーと、
f.0〜16質量%の少なくとも1つの他の添加剤とからなり、
質量%は組成物の合計質量を基準としており、(b+c+e)の合計量が組成物の合計質量を基準として最大で75質量%であり、(d+f)の合計量が(a+d+f)の合計量を基準として最大で75質量%であり、(a+b+c+d+e+f)の合計量が100質量%に等しい。
a.94.95〜30質量%の熱可塑性ポリマーと、
b.5〜60質量%の非金属繊維強化剤と、
c.0.10〜10質量%の微細分散された元素鉄と、
d.0〜10質量%のキャリアポリマーと、
e.0〜59.90質量%の無機フィラーと、
f.0〜10質量%の少なくとも1つの他の添加剤とからなり、
質量%は組成物の合計質量を基準としており、(b+c+e)の合計量が組成物の合計質量を基準として最大で65質量%であり、(d+f)の合計量が(a+d+f)の合計量を基準として最大で20質量%であり、(a+b+c+d+e+f)の合計量が100質量%に等しい。

安定助剤A ヨウ化物安定剤201(ステアリン酸中ヨウ化銅/ヨウ化カリウム(80/10/10))(例えば、スイスのチバ(Ciba,Switzerland)製)
安定助剤B ヨウ化銅(Cul)(例えば、DSMミネラBV(DSM Minera BV)...)
安定助剤C ヨウ化カリウム(Kl)(例えば、DSMミネラBV(DSM Minera BV))
処理助剤 アクラワックス(Acrawax)C(潤滑剤)(例えば、イタリアのロンツァ(Lonza, Italy))

ザイテル(Zytel)HTN51G35HSL 半芳香族ポリアミド組成物、PA−6,T/2−MPMD,T、ガラス含量35質量%、天然色、例えば、デュポン(Du Pont)製
ザイテル(Zytel)HTN52G35HSL 半芳香族ポリアミド組成物、PA−6,6/6,T、ガラス含量35質量%、天然色、例えば、デュポン(Du Pont)製
ZSK25二軸押出し機(例えば、ヴェルナ&フライデラー(Werner&Fleiderer)製)を用いて、実施例1および比較実験Aの組成物を製造した。押出し機のシリンダ温度は260℃、スクリューの回転速度は275RPMおよび処理量20kg/時であった。強化剤以外は、全成分をホッパーを介してスロートで添加した。強化剤をサイド投与により溶融物に添加した。コンパウンドされた材料を、ストランドの形態で押出し、水浴中で冷却して、切断して顆粒とした。得られた顆粒を真空下で105℃で16時間乾燥した。
コンパウンドについて押出し機のシリンダ温度が280℃、射出成形について溶融物の温度が290℃であった以外は、実施例2および比較実験Bの組成物およびそれで作製された試験バーを、実施例1および比較実験Aと同様にして製造した。熱老化を230℃で行った。実施例2および比較実験Bの組成および一般試験結果を表2にまとめてある。
コンパウンドについて押出し機のシリンダ温度が310℃、射出成形について溶融物の温度が315℃であった以外は、実施例3および比較実験Cの組成物およびそれで作製された試験バーを、実施例1および比較実験Aと同様にして製造した。熱老化を230℃で行った。実施例3および比較実験Cの組成および一般試験結果を表3にまとめてある。
コンパウンドについて押出し機のシリンダ温度が300℃、射出成形について溶融物の温度が335℃、金型の温度が140℃であった以外は、実施例4の組成物およびそれで作製された試験バーを、実施例1と同様にして製造した。熱老化を230℃で行った。実施例4の組成および一般試験結果を表4にまとめてある。
比較実験D−1については、市販の半芳香族ポリアミド組成物を用いた。溶融温度および金型温度を表5に示したようにした以外は実施例4と同様に射出成形によりこれらの組成物から試験バーを作製した。熱老化を実施例4に関して230℃で行った。比較実験D−1の組成および一般試験結果を表5にまとめてある。
Claims (13)
- 連続相を形成する熱可塑性ポリマー、キャリアポリマー、前記熱可塑性ポリマーと前記キャリアポリマーとの相容剤、非金属繊維強化剤、および重量平均粒度が最大で450μmの元素鉄、を溶融混合して、組成物を形成する工程を含み、前記熱可塑性ポリマーがポリアミドであり、前記元素鉄が、前記キャリアポリマー中に微細分散された元素鉄を含むマスターバッチの形態で添加され、前記キャリアポリマーがポリエチレンである、成形組成物の製造方法。
- 前記元素鉄の重量平均粒度が最大で250μmである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 連続相として熱可塑性ポリマーと、キャリアポリマーと、前記熱可塑性ポリマーと前記キャリアポリマーとの相容剤と、非金属繊維強化剤と、重量平均粒度が最大で450μmの微細分散された元素鉄の形態の熱安定剤とを含み、前記熱可塑性ポリマーがポリアミドであり、前記元素鉄が、前記キャリアポリマー中に微細分散された元素鉄を含むマスターバッチの形態で添加されたものであり、前記キャリアポリマーがポリエチレンであり、
a.94.95〜29.95質量%の熱可塑性ポリマーと、
b.5〜70質量%の非金属繊維強化剤と、
c.0.05〜16質量%の微細分散された元素鉄と、
d.16質量%以下のキャリアポリマーと、
e.0〜69.95質量%の無機フィラーと、
f.16質量%以下の前記相容剤を含む他の添加剤とからなり、
質量%は前記組成物の合計質量を基準としており、(b+c+e)の合計量が前記組成物の合計質量を基準として最大で75質量%であり、(d+f)の合計量が(a+d+f)の合計量を基準として最大で30質量%であり、および(a+b+c+d+e+f)の合計量が100質量%に等しい、成形組成物。 - 前記組成物が少なくともフィラー、または他の添加剤を更に含む請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーが、ISO75/Aに従って測定された熱変形温度が少なくとも220℃であり、ISO527に従った23℃での引張試験における厚さ4mmの試験バーで試験した引張強度および/または破断点伸びが、215℃で800時間の熱老化後少なくとも60%保持されている脂肪族ポリアミドである請求項3〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーが、ISO75/Aに従って測定された熱変形温度が250℃以上であり、ISO527に従った23℃での引張試験における厚さ4mmの試験バーで試験した引張強度および/または破断点伸びが、230℃で800時間の熱老化後少なくとも50%保持されている半芳香族ポリアミドである請求項3〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 成形品を製造するための請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
- 請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を含む成形品。
- 請求項8に記載の成形品を含む組立物品。
- 機械、エンジン、電気または電子設備における請求項8に記載の成形品の使用。
- 請求項8に記載の成形品または請求項9に記載の組立物品を含む電気または電子設備。
- 請求項8に記載の成形品を含む機械、エンジン、電気または電子設備。
- 請求項8に記載の成形品または請求項12に記載の機械またはエンジンを含む自動車、列車、飛行機、船、屋内電気器具または一般工業設備。
