Claims (11)
- 側縁をガラスランによって弾力的にガイドされる、湾曲しているガラスに取り付けられるキャリアプレートと、
前記ガラスランと並列的に張設され、キャリアプレートに係止されるケーブルと、
ガラスをキャリアプレートに取り付けるときにキャリアプレートと係合してキャリアプレートの姿勢を安定させる係合部
とを備えている湾曲ガラスの支持構造。 - 前記キャリアプレートにガラスラン内を摺動するガイドプレートを設けており、ガラスランが前記係合部となる請求項1記載の支持構造。
- 前記ガイドプレートがガラスと実質的に同じ厚さを有する請求項2記載の支持構造。
- 前記ガイドプレートが合成樹脂製である請求項1、2または3記載の支持構造。
- 前記係合部が、キャリアプレートがガラスに固定されていない状態でキャリアプレートと係合すると共に、ガラスに固定された昇降操作時にはキャリアプレートと干渉しない位置に設けられている請求項1記載の支持構造。
- 両側縁をガラスランによって弾力的にガイドされる、湾曲しているガラスの下端に取り付けられる第1のキャリアプレートおよび第2のキャリアプレートと、
両方のキャリアプレートに係止されると共に前後のガラスランとそれぞれ並列的に張設されているケーブルと、
そのケーブルを駆動してキャリアプレートを介してガラスを駆動するためのケーブル駆動機構と、
第1のキャリアプレートおよび(または)第2のキャリアプレートをガラスに取り付けるときにキャリアプレートと係合してキャリアプレートの姿勢を安定させる係合部とを備えている、湾曲ガラスのウインドレギュレータ。 - 前記第1または第2キャリアプレートがガラスの下端の端部近辺に取り付けられるものであり、そのキャリアプレートにガラスラン内を摺動するガイドプレートが設けられ、ガラスランが係合部となっている請求項6記載のウインドレギュレータ。
- 前記インナーパネルに、ガラスランと平行に延びるように前記キャリアプレートと摺接してその姿勢を安定させるためのガイド突起が一体に形成されており、そのガイド突起が係合部である請求項6記載のウインドレギュレータ。
- 両側縁をガラスランによって弾力的にガイドされる、湾曲しているガラスの下端に取り付けられるキャリアプレートと、
そのキャリアプレートに係止されると共に前後のガラスランとそれぞれ並列的に張設されているケーブルと、
そのケーブルの方向転換するための、パネルに取り付けられるガイド部材と、
前記ケーブルを駆動してキャリアプレートを介してガラスを駆動するための、パネルに取り付けられるケーブル駆動機構と、
前記キャリアプレートをガラスに取り付けるときにキャリアプレートと係合してキャリアプレートの姿勢を安定させる係合部とを備えている、湾曲ガラスのウインドレギュレータ。 - 前記係合部がケーブル駆動機構の上端に設けられている請求項9記載のウインドレギュレータ。
- 前記係合部が、ガイド部材とケーブル駆動機構との間に設けられる、戻り側のケーブルを囲むチューブであり、キャリアプレートにチューブの周囲に着脱自在に嵌合される嵌合部が設けられている請求項9記載のウインドレギュレータ。
